The noodles were perfectly cooked. The beef brisket was SO tender and tasty. We devoured every last drop. The Mai Thi banh mi was also good! The bun was soft and the meat was very well-seasoned. I do wish the sauce didn't overpower the rest of the filling though -- instead I wish that the pickled veg and herbs were a little more prominent. Also a little on the bland side, but the portion of shrimp and wontons was generous. Lastly, the server was friendly, but once I got my dish, I was left alone for quite some time. Sat for a good while after I was finished, napkin in the bowl and everything, until I got up to ask for the bill myself.
