After 11mins of standing outside the door waiting for the employee be finally walks towards us. Not to open the door but to grab the broom. When asked if they were open he says no and states they are closed 2-4am. We advised the employee that it was 4:11am. He says no to us and walks away. As we pull out of the business the employee walks to the door and unlocks the business. This employee was extremely unprofessional and turned down business to customers waiting patiently.

The customer service was great! I needed the attendant to turn on the vacuum for me at least three (3) times and he was ready and happy to do it every time.
