Sweet house
Bobbie R.

Our family has been coming here for years. Always clean. Staff is friendly as far as I see. Yes, they charge for launch fees, and this, and that and so on. Name a business that doesn't. It is clean, quiet and from what I see very little problems. You pay for all those accommodations.

We were able to stagger our RVs so we had a nice open area to congregate. Behind our site was a nice open field for the kids.

As somebody has mentioned in a prior tip, this is the hidden gem of the Delta...although I can't really compare it to other RV parks on the Delta since this is my first trip to the Delta.... We came here on the 4th of July weekend and we had a blast. I was a bit disappointed they didn't put the events for the 4th on their website or facebook page. So...if you're coming here on the 4th, bring decorations and a bike or electric vehicle to decorate. There is a parade that goes on. They also do a mini fireworks display at the beach on the 4th. It was perfect for my 4 year old daughter. So, now for the pro's and cons... PROS: - Shaded park with mature trees. - If you get a few spots, you can stagger your RVs so you and your group have room. - 1/2 of the spots back up to the large field so you have a lot of room and can easily watch your kids play on the nicely maintained grass. There is a half basketball court too for the kids to play on. - The RV park store has just about everything you forgot...seriously. They even have kids toys for very reasonable prices. - Reasonably price ($37/night with power and water) - Easy to get to from I-5. - Staff is very friendly and helpful. CONS: - They overcharged me one night. I still have to call and have them fix it. However, upon checkout the girl told me they would mail me a check. :) - If you're camping by yourself and cannot stagger your RVs, you're kinda packed in there... - My wifi password and login didn't work. It said someone was already using it. But, I didn't bother to notify the park so I'm partially to blame...

There is a big dog park with beautifully manicured grass in the RV area, very close to the tent area.

He took us for a small little trip around the resort so that we would be familiar giving us the option to choose the location we would like camp in It was nothing like a pushy, salesman Lynn made us feel right at home, we became fast friends, joking, and sharing our food with him. He gave us the option during our four day. Stay to come speak with him in regards to the membership that is offered at Delta shores I love that flexibility again, we don't like pushy salesman so needless to say my husband and I are proud to mention Lynn and his staff. We will shout from the rooftops to everyone we know about this wonderful resort. We recently purchased our travel trailer and could not afford to spend a great amount of money to be staying at different locations. He offered us an option we could not refuse. We have recently retired, have been Camping for two weeks at a time. Now this can be beneficial for us with Lynn's help we are happy he made this happen for us. Thank you so much Delta shores resort and marina and we will be seeing Lynn and his staff soon not to mention our friends already know how happy we are with the decision we've made. My husband and I are camping fools and we have friends that are the same way!!!! Delta shore resort and Marina 5 Star all the way ask for Lynn

The first and second courses really stood out, especially the risotto, which was truly out of this world. One thing I really appreciated was how seamlessly everything was coordinated. Our party of eight all received our dishes at the same time, which made the experience feel elevated and well thought out. Each dish was carefully explained as it was presented, and anytime we needed anything, the staff was right there to assist. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and added so much to the experience by walking us through each course in detail. The ambiance and view made the evening feel even more special. I was slightly underwhelmed with the lamb main course, as it felt like it hadn't just come fresh off the grill and was a bit cold. That said, by the time it arrived I was already quite full from the earlier courses, so it didn't take away too much from the overall experience. We were celebrating a birthday, and the staff made it feel special by bringing out a candle, which was a really nice touch. The nonalcoholic beverages were also excellent. Overall, despite a small hiccup with the main course, the exceptional service, coordination, and earlier dishes made this a wonderful dining experience.

The portions were surprisingly large for fine dining! I had got the 3 course with wine and that plenty for lunch, had to take a nap after. The view is to die for, so don't miss it if the weather is great. We lucked out and the weather was perfect for outdoor dining. We had: Cheese plate - Cranberry bread was amazing Shrimp - Lovely Pork chop - Perfectly executed Gnocchi - Just lovely, didn't know they still did foam, which is kinda 00s? Sole - More foam, maybe a brothy sauce would've been good too. Clams tasty. Fish was a tad over seared, didn't care for the pickled greens, but they did add the much needed acid to the buttery fish Thai tea tres leches w mango sorbet - Mango was out of season, but they did what they could. Still so good, wanted to lick the plate
