I even headed off to the new sales Videomatica store afterwards and since I bought very little, went back to purchase more including a lessor-seen but reasonably priced Atom Egoyan collection of early films. Late charge (over 7 days for regular titles) is just 50¢/day.

Customer service is above and beyond, Atsuko runs the store with care. I found some rare out of print manga there that are extremely hard to find as they've been out of print since 2007. They even have authentic prepared dishes which sell fairly quickly. They have vada, Dosa a family favourite, idiyappam made from rice flour also called sting hoppers and idily. Different kinds of rolls, rice dishes with authentic Sri Lankan style curries, and many other South Indian snacks. If you are looking to try any of their prepared dishes it is best to call first because they run out fairly quickly. When you call and if they have any of the dishes you are looking for you can ask if they can set it aside for you which I know they have done for me. What I would love to see is for the staff to smile when engaging with their customers it will make the visit feel more welcoming.
