I came across a copy of Hoobastank's first album and bought it without much thought. It was $6, honestly a bit high, but I like that album. The staff member helping me was great and went above and beyond. They didn't have much else I was looking for, and records aren't really my thing. They have always had their books on time. Secondly, when I've had an issue they have helped me out. As a law student, I have at various times needed to keep a book rental longer than the term stated. If I notified Varsity, this has not been a problem. Go to Varsity for your books. Read their policies...they are very explicit and up front about them. If you have issues they are willing to work with you on them.
