A month later with no call from Full Line on the status of my repair, I called and spoke to Oliver who told me my lens was just picked up by the repair guy and he should have an estimate for me within a few days. Since I never heard from Full Line Digital Supply, I decided to drive there today 7/6/2022 to find out about my lens. A gentleman named Juan who was there told me Oliver "is no longer with us". He went on to say he shouldn't have said that because it implied Oliver was no longer alive. Since Juan could not locate the order in the computer, I proceeded to give him the invoice order number. From that moment on, he started rambling about the facts that he is trying to organize the company since many things were being done incorrectly. He then claimed he called me and left a message on my voicemail about my lens which was totally not true because he couldn't find any updates on my lens under my work invoice. He then texted the repair guy who told him there was nothing wrong with my lens. What got me more irritated was not the lack of communication by this company but the lack of professionalism displayed by Juan. He was dropping F bombs left and right while rambling on and on about them not reaching out about my lens and the company not doing things the right way. I had to tell Juan about the inappropriate use of his language and to know his clientele to which he responded he didn't find a problem with it and it was probably a "generation gap". At that moment, I asked him to give him my lens back since I no longer wanted to have any business to do with this company anymore. Juan came back with my lens unprotected, not even labeled and the lens cap missing. Keep in mind I dropped my lens in the box it was purchased with a protective cover. He also had my camera box (that I had to ask for) in a different drawer and I was surprised at this point it didn't go missing as my lens cap. I told Juan they needed to replace my lost lens cap. He asked me if I wanted to pick up everything together and I sarcastically responded no because I was afraid my lens would go missing as well by the time I come back to pick up the lens cap. I went home and connected the lens back to my camera and the grinding noise is still there...not surprised to say the least. I will never do business with this company again. I'm just grateful they didn't lose my $2000 camera when I had dropped it off to have the sensor cleaned. Video with grinding noise couldn't be uploaded. Too bad there's not an option for zero star.

I would say the only negative thing is that the turnaround time is longer than I I had hoped. It seems like things always just take a little bit longer than sometimes he even quotes. He is closed Sundays and Mondays. If you want quality photo printing, come to this shop and support a local business. You will get much better quality photos compared to CVS or Walgreens.

Shoutout to Sergio and a few other friends on Instagram who suggested this spot as it is pretty much the only place that fixes cameras in Miami -- crazy I know! The man helping me was honest and gave me realistic expectations on how much it'll cost to fix and the timeframe. Additionally, he gave me great advice and best practices and how I should use my cameras with more causation. I'm hopeful that he'll be able to fix my camera without breaking the bank! The spot itself is very vintage like and outdated but kind of nostalgic and exactly what you'd imagine a spot that fixes cameras to look like. I told him to just cancel the order, he said he would, less shipping charges, but he would have to mail me a check, vs crediting my charge card for some excuse that I can't remember. The check bounced, and guess what, he can't be reached now. You see this name, don't do business with them! Be for warned.

Tom and I talked about using some of our pics from trips and moments in time as living room wall art. We figured it would personalize the space and remind us of fun times. CanvaFab's site has a nice gallery of work. But what really did it for me was their easy-to-use software that let me upload my pic, try different products and sizes, see my art with my options and get a price for the custom work. We picked 32" x 16" size canvas and were concerned the images might look fuzzy. But on my screen each pic looked great, so we started to put an order together. Then they emailed me a new customer code for 50% off my first order. Yeah baby! That tipped the scale and, willing to take a chance on the picture quality, kept ordering. I got emails during the process - I knew when they got the order and when they shipped the order. They managed my order without being asked - thank you CanvasFab. It's refreshing to just stay out of the way and watch you manage your business. If only more companies would do that...(maybe a handyman wouldn't have installed 2 door knobs on the same door in my house, one on top of the other. I have pics.) The pics came in a box that was well packed. I could have picked up the art in their MIami shop but I opted for delivery instead. The quality was beyond our expectations! We were going to get simple frames but in the meantime we ordered 'mirror edge' pics on canvas - they look so good we are not getting frames! Then 2 weeks later Paypal sent me an email saying that the refund was canceled. I sent them multiple emails about that, called them and even messaged them on instagram and 0 response. I thought I would give them more time since it was December and I figured they were still on holiday. It's almost February and still no response. Thankfully Paypal is very good about these things and they opened a case against them and will give me my money back!
