That day could not have come to be without the hard work, planning, organizing, and orchestrating of such an amazing team, Zeta Entertainment. Roxy and her team helped my husband and myself along the year journey to our wedding day, and honestly the journey was all part of the fun. I met our coordinator extraordinaire after visiting a bridal show. After trying to start the whole wedding planning process myself and becoming very overwhelmed, I decided to call them. I met with Roxy to go over what I had in mind including theme, personal touches I really wanted, any plans for a location, how many people I wanted, and budget. She was very enthusiastic about what I had in mind and made me feel very comfortable about having everything I wanted included within budget, so we signed up for full event planning! Roxy helped us with the entire process from start to finish and am so thankful for her guidance, organization, amazing connections, and even better negotiating skills! Once she get's to know you and your partner's personalities and quirks she'll be sure that everything being planned out is in your favor, to your likes and vision. Not only is she coordinator and director, she becomes personally vested in the event, making it just as much hers as yours. As soon as I saw this, which didn't take long, I knew we were in good hands and that she would do everything she could to make our day spectacular. We chose DJ and lighting though Zeta and had the chance to work with Saul. After meeting to speak about our preferences and organizing the songs for the ceremony, I knew we were in for a party! He definitely knows how to read the crowd to keep people on the dance floor and having fun. Honestly people are still talking about what a great time they had at our wedding because they danced all night long and didn't want the party to end! Roxy introduced us to our amazing photographer, Victoria. I really wanted something unique that I had never seen before and I got my wish and so much more! From one-of-a-kind underwater photography for our save the dates, to lovely engagement photos, to gorgeous wedding day photography, we couldn't have asked for more from Vicky. Her work is beyond compare! She also introduced us to our videographer, Jose. I've never met someone who is so emotional about his work and goes out of his way to ensure every detail is captured. We are so happy with how our wedding video came out and still cry every time we see it. He did an amazing job with editing, song selection and capturing the vision of our spectacular day! We also decided on the photo booth. We had a photo of us on the actual prints so that our guests could have them as a keepsake. Everyone loved it and when I go over to friends and family's homes they still have them up on their fridge! I could go on and on about how happy were with everything. Just a little advice for those looking for a wedding coordinator, I know it can be difficult to open yourself up to other options if you have very particular ideas in mind. Do yourself a favor; be open to their professional opinion, as I learned. Once I did, the result was simply magical! Walgreen's #2 "I can send the electronic copy in 24-48 hours but I can't guarantee that you'll get it." And UPS "We don't do that here" even though the website says it does. Mr. Muñoz took the picture. Gave me a hard copy and had me wait until the email was in my inbox - all within about 15 minutes. The family has been in the photo business for four generations!
