I arrived at 10:30 and you proceeded to lie to me telling me that your assistant was iron my pants then you proceeded to tell me she was removing a stain. Then to find out you still had not even hemmed the pants. I also feel that you did not even try to fix the jacket. I bought the shirt and the bow tie because I'm short on time for further shopping. To finalize this horrible experience I asked you this morning until what time would you be there and you responded till 5:30pm. When my friend showed up to pick up my suit and shirt at 3:30pm, you had the nerve to leave something at by now has cost me well over $700 hanging outside your shop. I took pictures and I will make sure to flood the internet, instagram, facebook and tictok of how you are steeling from your clients by not doing the work and taking payment up front. I will also let everyone know how you have no regard for your customers property. I hope you don't continue to do this to anyone. He showed me a mockup but never sent the final artwork for approval. After hearing nothing for days, I called him -- and was shocked to hear the shirts were already printed without any confirmation from me. When I went to pick them up, the sizes and colors were completely wrong. I even brought in a sample shirt to point out mistakes a previous company made, and somehow they still repeated the exact same errors. I literally had to explain how to do the job properly -- something no client should have to do. Renato said he'd fix it, so I sent him the color codes he requested. After that? No communication. No replies to texts, emails, or calls. Weeks later, someone else called me, promised a follow-up, and of course, never called back. Renato might seem like a nice, honest guy at first -- but it's all talk. He gives excuses, acts like he knows the printing business, but in reality, he clearly doesn't. Bad service, no accountability, and absolutely zero professionalism. As a digital expert, I know how to make sure this kind of dishonest service gets the exposure it deserves. I'll be publishing detailed reviews and content that will hurt their online reputation and get their site flagged and potentially blacklisted by Google. I drove to their shop 20 minutes later the shop owner was incredibly kind, hospitable, and said he was happy to help me with my request. I shared the images I needed printed on item and he said he could complete it that same day or I could come back after work the next day to pick them up. I came back the following day and was thinking about making a slight variation in the size of the images and the shop owner was still so friendly, generous and willing to help with this change. This store and it's employees will go ABOVE AND BEYOND to help ensure you have exactly what you need and they charge fair pricing. Super friendly and I had an extremely positive experience with my purchase and their help. I will 100% be coming here again for all my screen printing and embroidery needs and I didn't even mention the INCREDIBLE collection of hats and shirts that you can purchase from them. I already own headphones that I was going to be buying in here but they were back home....lol They have Apple products & I'm an Apple girl. There was another customer in the store that the employee was helping who just happened to be in the section where there were earphones I wanted to buy. I excused myself & told the employee that I wanted some ear phones that were in the same section if he didn't mind grabbing them while he was unlocking that section which he had no problems doing. I got rung up right away for Apple EarPods for $39.99 plus 7% sales tax. Total: $42.79. Masey was the employee I dealt wuth. He was very nice, knowledgeable & professional. In fact they are used items from previous customers. The store owner refused to return the item and suggested policy at that time of return. He took the AirPods and asked us to call the cops and complain. After clarifying, we left with our original item. Two problems - used or stolen items are being sold, refund policy is discussed after a transaction. No sign of refund policy was displayed in the store.

I had been a customer of Atlas Embroidery & Screen for a few years. I used them because I can bring…read moremy own shirts in to print which is easier for me. To put it simply, Atlas is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. First of all, they are really really slow to print. Getting a mockup from them takes forever and any changes you ask for takes forever to get back. You always have to keep emailing them to ask how the order is proceeding. Unless I paid for express printing I don't think I ever got an order in less than 3 weeks. The worst part is the number of mistakes that they make. The first order I ever printed with them had a pretty big element missing from the graphic when they printed the screen. That client was very nice and let it go and took the shirts. After that first order I would say that 30 - 40% of anything they printed for me had a mistake. Some minor some major. Getting an order from them was nerve racking when you know there is a good chance they printed it wrong. Forget drop shipping anything to a client with Atlas because you never know how they will print an order. And when they make a mistake they have every excuse in the book. On one order they printed a front left logo almost to the armpit on 200 shirts. Their excuse on that was that everyone has a different size chest and it would look different on everyone. Great excuse and all.. but I can't give that to a client when I 100% stand behind anything I sell and the logo is nowhere near where the client asked it to be. At one point I had 2 or 3 boxes full of misprints that my clients wouldn't accept and that Atlas wouldn't reprint. I obviously had to switch to a different printer after all their mistakes. But a few weeks ago I had a customer order a reprint on an order from a while ago. It is quicker to order a reprint than to set up a new order so I sent the reprint to Atlas since they already had the screens. Atlas printed them and drop-shipped to my client. About an hour after they arrived at my client's business I get a text message with a picture of him wearing the shirt. The logo which should have been centered was way off to the left. It looked ridiculously bad. Rather than returning the entire order he only asked that the 11 worst shirts get reprinted. As the shirts got larger the placement was more and more off and he only needed his bigger shirts reprinted. I sent them back to Atlas and then atlas emails me that the shirts "are slightly off but they are within the .5" - 1" variance we allow for printing location." So a 1 inch variance on a 12 - 14 inch printing surface is within the acceptable limits of Atlas. This is pretty ridiculous if you ask me. They are so clearly off-centered it's a joke. It is my opinion that Atlas does not stand by their printing. They systematically make a large number of errors and really need to come up with a new quality control system. They make it a very long and complicated process to get their errors fixed. And based on how awful my last order was with them, it appears as if they aren't even bothering to reprint anything that is less than 1 inch off-centered. My advice is to look elsewhere for a printer. I switched the Duramexink and in the last year they have not made one mistake on anything I printed.
