Visited 8/21/21 This was 2nd Iv but 1st visit to the Brookhaven location. While recovering from Covid 19, this was the best thing I could've done for myself. I initially requested the immune booster, but my Nurse suggested the Myers Cocktail consisted of a blend of B Vitamins, Vitamin c, Antioxidants and I added Zinc. The difference I felt after was amazing, I was even well enough energy-wise to go on my pre-planned Mexico Trip. If you are looking for an energy boost to help you get over an illness this is the way to go. If you aren't sure of which Iv to request, just explain to the Nurse exactly what you're experiencing, and he/she will give you their professional recommendation. The Nurses are very professional and are registered Nurses. While removing the Iv, I didn't experience any bruising or soreness. The Customer Service from the Reception was also great. On 3/29/2022, I had a horrible experience (customer service) which I will not recommend or return to this location. I made an appointment for 630pm. Almost a month into my membership, I feel like it has made an incredible health difference. I recently had simple in-and-out foot surgery, and my mom came in town to visit, and I believe this would have been something she would have benefited from. I arrived seven minutes after 630, and the representative by the name of Sunny, I believe, just wasn't friendly or very customer service professional, if that makes any sense I was walking in on crutches and a boot. The representative just looked and said are you here for an appointment, and I said yes she responded well, we close in 30 minutes. It takes about 45 minutes. You're late And then she responded do you want to reschedule it was very distasteful, especially bringing a visitor, and I didn't expect to have that kind of experience over seven minutes I don't know if I recommend this location based on my experience. After an unexpected night out, I needed a super quick fix. I couldn't keep my food or water down. I was so sick I was considering a visit to the ER. I was 99% positive I was in need of an IV and honestly that's exactly what I would've gotten at the ER anyway for 3x the price. I called ahead to ensure they took walk ins and was reassured they could fit me in. On my way to the facility I was so nauseated that I didn't even think I would make it without having to pull over. Check in was extremely fast. The front desk person went over the pricing and the introductory offer for first timers which was $69. At this point I was almost willing to pay anything because I felt so ill. After check in I was sent to a room to get my vitals taken. The staff was extremely professional. After going over my symptoms she recommended a mix of Toradol (eliminates joint pain and headaches), Zolfran (stops nausea), and Pepcid (antiacid). From the moment the IV was inserted into my arm I began to feel so much better! I left this place feeling back to normal! I expected to be pushed for a membership and I wasn't! That makes me more inclined to return but hopefully never under the same circumstances lol. read more

I had such a calm and relaxing experience at Vida-Flo Brookhaven. This was my first time doing an IV drip and I came in with a migraine and some muscle soreness. The nurse, Sam was extremely helpful and was able to suggest what kind of IV I needed to treat my migraines. The facility is very clean and quiet while you're doing your treatment. Each room was equipped with a television in case you wanted to use it. I was a little cold so I would recommend bringing a jacket or blanket. I am currently at vida flow Brookhaven and have experienced some of the worst customer service ever. I started my membership with this company over a year ago and every month they get nearly $60 from account and I've only visited the location about once or twice. I looked at the time that I arrived at the location which was 6:29 PM the signage on the outside of the door says that walk-ins are welcome and they are open daily until 7 PM. Before I could approach the counter a representative by the name of KARA looked over her shoulder and Stated we are no longer doing IVs. I made my way to the counter and stated that on Google and on your signage outdoors it says that you don't close until 7 PM is there's something wrong with your IVs as to why you're closing early she explained that she couldn't get me in the system it was too late. I said so if you close at 7 o'clock and I drove over 30 minutes plus I have a membership do you think that you should refuse my service. She rudely Replied that it was my choice to choose a membership and if I only decided to come once a year then she had nothing to do with that And she proceeded to give me termination papers. I asked if there was someone that she can put me in contact with other than herself such as a manager and she said no. She refused to give me her last name and told me that "they know who I am" I then proceeded to say that I will be in contact with the register trade agent of this company because the The signage on the outdoor as well as the information on the website and Google is misleading and I felt discriminated against because I arrived before the closing of the store and was refused services. I will be terminating my contract with the company because it's evident that I wasn't valued. I have pictures of the signage outdoors as well as screenshots of the website that shows the hours. This is ridiculous and the customer service was horrible. Kara Knows nothing about having compassion towards customers. I know for a fact my first time coming here the IV drip was only about 20 minutes long if that and it Wouldn't have taken long for me to get an IV especially at the driving 30 minutes to patronize a location that I chose to have a membership with And also have referred others for services. Soooooo not feeling the energy in this place. The young lady that I assume to be the receptionist was extremely unkind to every African American guest that interacted with her. From my mother and her best friend to another guy that came in as I waited for them to finish their treatments in the lobby. The very condescending and almost completely flat affect that she had when interacting with them was very nasty. Then, she immediately perked up and almost kissed the feet of her Caucasian appearing customers. I am not the type to outright call someone racist because everyone has an off day and I'm super understanding of such but there was a blatant difference in treatment. I have been a member of Vida-Flo since they first opened. During that time the quality of the experience has varied greatly. Today was just awful. First, the overwhelmingly nauseating smell of the air freshener gave me a headache. It is so bad it clings to my clothes and my husband asked what the smell was. Secondly, the TVs are so loud I can't hear my TV. I put in my AirPods to listen to a book. Again can't hear anything because one of the TVs is so loud. They turn it down and it goes right back up. I hear the guy. The acoustics have always been bad but it seems so much worse in the front rooms. It is miserable. I'm going to put my membership on hold. The staff was great. I've never been to the doctor and tipped my nurse for giving me a shot or taking my blood pressure. $170 for a IV seemed to be rather reasonable but the request to tip the nurse confused me. I don't tip the Walgreens cashier for placing my items in a bag. That's their job. Vida-Flo, your request for a tip was class-less. It really cheapened the experience I had. A business that provides great service never has to ask for tips. You lost my 5 stars in the last 2 minute interaction with your staff. Sorry. With that being said, I called to see what options I have to cancel so I do not have 5 more months of payments for a service I won't use. I was treated with disrespect, shortness, and was hung up on. Do not do business with Vida Flo! I entered into a 12-month B-12 contract with Vida-Flo in June of 2016 for $39.99/month. On 9/15/17 my credit card was suddenly charged $69. I emailed the General Manager to correct the pricing. I was told via email that $69 was the price for my monthly contract, as though it had always been that price. I emailed back explaining that she must be referencing another person's file because I had a contract in the amount of $39.99/month. She didn't respond so I emailed 24 hours later without response. All in all, called once and stopped by in-person once. None of which was enough to get a response at all from Vida-Flo. As of TODAY, (9/25/17), as I am writing this review, the pricing on the Vida-Flo website still says that a 12-month B-12 contract is $39.99. I still have yet to see the email that they claim that was sent to me in August informing me of this so I could review the changes. I have been inside Vida-Flo every single week since the start of my contract (approximately 63 visits) and not one person mentioned a change to my account. So, I have spoken to someone at Vida-Flo 63 times and nobody brought this up. I am working with my credit card to fix the problem but I highly advise people to not do business with Vida-Flo. I filed a complaint with BBB & Vida-Flo issued what I would consider a rude response that neither resolved the issue or attempted to make it right for me at all. fraud alert: unauthorized charges. beware i am a casualty of and have been caught up by vidaflo's lawsuit with one of their franchisees hydralife. as a result, i have been double charged by both companies! i spoke to someone brookhaven vidaflo the moment i realized there was a problem (the first time was january 2019). i was told they would not charge me again, that they couldn't really talk about the lawsuit, and there attorneys were handling it, and that i could choose to stay with brookhaven or go with the other company. no need to cancel i need not worry. they said i would not be charged again. all of a sudden, out of the blue in april 2019 - they start billing me again for the monthly fee of $129 per month! they billed me for 6 mos, unauthorized, and is only willing to refund the last two months? really? when i wasn't even conducting business with vida-flo? i haven't been there for two years!!! thieves & scammers! these people are impossible to deal with and i will take whatever measures necessary including reporting them to the bbb, the state atty general and of course my attorney! congrats i hope it was worth it for the amount of wrath that will be the result of a very short-sighted decision on vida-flo's part. shame on the manager carrie grossman and the owner pete!!!! read more

They need to be more upfront about pricing. I've been twice, first time had the new person discount and it was fine. Second time (about a year later) I went with a friend who is a member. We go in and after telling them I don't want to be a member probably 4-5 times, we get treatment. We are given a menu to select from with no pricing for non-members. No pricing at all. Select our services and go on with it. Get all wrapped up and go to the counter. Told my bill was well over $300 and I just added two vitamins to the tier 1 package. Asked again if I did t want to be a member, so I caved because it was so much less to be a member. You can't cancel your membership until after the first term. Just annoying as all hell. The staff were wonderful! I always enjoy them. It's the policies above that make this place crappy to go to. Anyways, we felt baited into some membership we don't want. Why not make this a service people feel okay getting from time to time instead of trying to clone massage envy and their member pricing stuff. At least with massage envy you can still get a good massage for relatively cheap. At Vida-Flo it's either be a member and pay high prices for water and vitamins or don't be a member and pay astronomical prices. Keep this in mind if/when ya go. read more

I walked in the door and heard a cheerful hi! Welcome to Vida-flo. A big smile from the nurse and another warm hello from the receptionist. Both ladies walked me through how I could benefit from Vida-flo's programs. My son plays football for Dunwoody High. So as parent we worry about our kids staying fully hydrated in this Georgia heat. We choose the Revitalizer. It has the hydration and electrolytes plus we were given the option to add 3 more essential gains. My son choose Tarodol for his football joint pains and headaches. Vitamin B5 which produces energy. His third choice was vitamin B Complex for improving overall health. I had to add the glutathione for my much needed detox and antioxidants. We sat on these comfy chairs kicked up and watched tv until we were done. Loved it! I will be back for sure. I'm going to share it with my boss at Monge & Associates. My friend flew here from Florida and we went to Vida-flo in Brookhaven. We were so excited because she had recently done this at a similar business in Florida and absolutely loved the effect. At Vida-Flo, though, we both felt very weird and off kilter immediately after receiving whatever it was they injected into us. (Who knows what was really even in there???!?) We both felt extremely exhausted for the next week and a half and tried to attempt to get a refund. We were given the runaround, zero acknowledgement, passed to different people who did nothing whatsoever other than to offer more iv fluids at a discount. No thank you!!! I finally stated that I would have no choice than to describe my experience online in the hopes that it will save someone else from having this experience. The person told me not to threaten and coldly said someone would call me back but no one did. The front desk person said that I would have to bring the account current that I never canceled my account... I needed to sign the paperwork. On top of that..... the nurse took my vitals and they were way off... not sure she was that expereinced. I normally go to the Buckhead location for convenience but I have been to Brookhaven a couple of times. I can't say enough great things about this place!! The staff is knowledgeable and professional.
