The $349, 40 foot obstacle course is what I paid for, the little Bounce House with the slide is what I got in the pictures below. Although the red one looks cool, which is the one I got is not the one I paid for and it was not big enough for our party. Rebecca did nothing to rectify it. She was literally passive aggressive and just continuing to send me the same copy and paste message. I chose to disengage from the conversation at that point because dealing with someone at that level is not how I wanted to spend a Monday morning. Please don't rent from here. They will jip you and send you the wrong items.

Automatically I contacted Pablo from PL Party Rentals. It was this past Friday, late afternoon, and I needed chairs, tables and bounce house for next day-Saturday 3 pm. Our party was a success thanks to them!!!!

I highly recommend this company and look forward to using them again in the future. 5/5 stars!

I had a very frustrating experience with this company and would not recommend them. I ordered a 70…read moreft obstacle course with a water slide for my child's party and was charged $890. The day before the event, they delivered the obstacle course, but it wasn't a water slide as requested. The delivery drivers suggested I could just attach a hose to make it work, but when I called the company to confirm, they told me that would actually damage the unit. Because of that, they had to return and swap out the inflatable. Instead of bringing me the correct obstacle course with a water slide, they replaced it with a much smaller 20 ft water slide -- nothing close to what I had ordered or paid for. My party guests were expecting a large obstacle course and water slide (I had even put this on the invitations), but what we got was a major letdown. Despite clearly not providing what I ordered, the company still charged me the full $890 and the only "solution" they offered was a $100 credit. That doesn't come close to making things right, and it shows how little regard they have for their customers. This experience was incredibly disappointing and unfair. Customers should receive what they order and pay for, especially for important events. Unfortunately, this company failed to deliver both literally and figuratively.

From beginning to end, he was professional, attentive, proactive, and incredibly conscientious. During a hectic party weekend, he stayed calm, organized, and always one step ahead, anticipating what was needed before anyone even had to ask. What really stood out was his work ethic -- he never stood around idle and was constantly looking for ways to help and improve the flow of the event. His excellent English and communication skills made everything smooth and stress-free, especially while coordinating with guests and handling different requests throughout the party. Michael truly embodies everything you would hope for in someone assisting with an important family celebration. He helped make the weekend feel seamless and enjoyable, allowing us to focus on celebrating my mother's special day. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, hardworking, and exceptional service. Thank you again, Michael, for helping make such a memorable weekend even more special! Every detail of my wedding was perfect. She is so creative and has so many wonderful ideas! I bought the full package (planning and design) which meant she worked with me to plan every detail of the wedding and was with me on the wedding day all day long. She was there before and after also! She is a very hard worker!! She really does go above and beyond what anyone would ever expect!! During the planning process we met for hours many days! She can help you as much or as little as you needed. She brought me to pick out the venue, cake, flowers, all the details like that! On the wedding day she brought a wonderful team. While we were getting ready in the morning she brought everyone together and we prayed!! That was really meaningful to me! My wedding day was really relaxing and we were able to enjoy the day because of her! She does everything and I really mean everything!!! I feel like I don't have the words to even express her kindness and all that she did! My guests said things like "this wedding belongs in a magazine, "this is the best night of my life, "this is the most beautiful wedding I have ever been to". It really was a beautiful magical romantic wedding!! She made it so meaningful to me and our families. She gave me a million dollar wedding!! She helped me save so much money also. The wedding looked like expensive but we had a budget. She knows where and how to save you money. I would never have had a wedding like that with out her. She made the flower girl baskets, designed the invitations, menus, save the date. She helped me pick every single song to be played, every single detail she was there! She made us a webpage with all our pictures, a countdown and details of the wedding. I told her the story of how we met and she wrote it into our love story on the webpage with all our favorite songs. She knows how to make everything unique and special for you! I could write pages and pages of everything she did foe me but I don't think there's enough room on yelp. If your getting married, planning any fun event, Contact Beauty in the making!!!
