We found him to be a very friendly person who arrived right on schedule and went straight to his work. He represented your company well as we discussed his service with General and our service from you. As we have seen many, many of your service technicians over the past at least twenty five years, or maybe more, he would rate in my estimation at or near the top. Let me take this opportunity to thank you and your company for the excellent service you have provided us these past many years.

I paid $437.59. Within DAYS the unit stopped working AGAIN so they sent the technician back out. He spent 5 minutes, removed the filter this time and said THAT was the problem. I paid ANOTHER $253.75. Two days later the unit stopped working AGAIN. I called another company and that company was immediately able to find the problem. There wasn't enough FREON in the unit! The technician from General Air never checked the FREON. When I called the manager to let them know what the other company found was the problem - she was extremely rude. DO NOT USE THEM. Call Blue Ridge Heating and Air - they know what they are doing and will actually fix your problem

I had Benton Energy provide insulation services on a previous home, and I expected the same product…read moreto be used. I was not informed that the energy-efficient products previously used were no longer available, and that ordinary, messy insulation was provided until insulation was completed. I was told that Benton Green Energy could no longer obtain this product, which produced an excellent installation and a noticeable reduction in heating bills, with increased comfort. So far, there has been no appreciable energy conservation or change in heating.

Short and sweet: Excellent price, excellent work…read more I found Mr. Benton while searching online for attic insulation installers. Another reviewer on a different site mentioned they liked how he properly sealed their house BEFORE installing insulation. Dean did an excellent job, worked hard, and made sure the job was done right. Here are some details of my experience: * Dean came out, inspected the house, and gave an estimate. * He emailed a contract document detailing the work to be done at what price. * He showed up on time with his necessary equipment. * He tested the house to see just how well (or not) it was sealed. He was also able to nail down the largest problem areas in testing to know where to focus. * He worked hard to make sure the job was done right. It took a long full day due to our house needing LOTS of seal work, being an older home. He stuck it out even with his assistant not showing up to work the same day. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Mr. Benton.

Our system continued to have problems after the heat strips were replaced by him...he was called immediately and he supposedly got another set of strips and was going to come out and replace them, but he never did. Couldnt get a hold of him either. This year our system is having same problems. We have since found out that our heat strips are the ORIGINAL strips.Mr Quinn did NOT replace any of the heat strips. He took advantage of us knowing my husband was severely disabled with MS and is wheelchair bound and would not be able to get under our house and see that he didnt do what we paid him for. That is the lowest of low.. Everyone beware and do not call this man to do any work for you. He literally stole our money.
