We…read morerecently had an issue with our heat pump cooling system and Cody came out on a Friday AM a week ago to fix. After he left, the system was not working quite right that afternoon, the customer service dispatcher called him, he came back late on Friday afternoon, spent a couple of hours going over the system and corrected the issue...and it has been working great ever since! Cody was very informative as to what the problem was and gave us a heads up on another possible problem for the future (it is an older system)...very helpful! I highly recommend Complete Heat and Air and kudos to Cody for his excellent service!

So I got quotes from other companies because I don't do 1 quote and McGee was high. Settled on one. Well when he put in the new unit it was doing the same thing as the old one. So he researched the problem and found out the Neutral line coming from the pole had got cut probably from the Hurricane. So when he got my old unit to his shop there was nothing wrong with it. So under the advised of McGee I spent $8200.00 For nothing. Now I'm over 70 years old on Social Security and still working part time to make ends meet. So taking this amount of money out of savings HURTS, Now if the Tech had been doing his job right he would have told me to call Duke Energy. To have the line fixed instead of assuming he knew what the problem was. Now I have talked to McGee and their just trying to brush me off. I want them to refund me the money I spent on the new unit since I trusted them. I wasn't going to tell the other company to try to put the old one back in. But they will back me up that nothing was wrong with the unit I had. Now no telling how many people have been told that their HVAC needs to be replaced when it didn't. The reason I used McGee the person that originally owned the company I knew and trusted. But he retired and sold the company out to McGee so I thought I could trust them also. MY MISTAKE !!! McGee will probably say well my unit was 26 years old big deal had the thing serviced every year so when the Tech told me what was wrong it was totally opposite from the earlier inspection of it when that company said it had no problems and was good to go. So should I bear the burden of someone assuming they think they know the problem I think not. Because this could very well happen to you.

It was placed in my living room, where a 12yr old unit has been struggling to keep this area under 85 even wide open. They came installed the unit and it was up and running before the lunch hour. There was an issue unrelated to the install but needed to be addressed. They stayed and made sure everything was in working order before leaving that day. They men were professional, polite, kind, and knowledgeable about all the issues at hand. They cleaned everything up and all you knew was we had a new unit, no trash, no boxes , and no mess. Steve was quick to respond with my initial contact. Came out to look at system same day. I know…read morethey are busy but he was working in the area and came right over. Gave me an estimate with items needed that the other company had missed which needed to be there. Wasn't cheapest, wasn't most expensive...very reasonable though. They came and completed the work for us by installing the two systems we chose. Work went fast and finished same day. When we got the bill there was no surprises and it was what they had quoted. You can't find a more honest and responsive team than the one Steve has at TurnKey Sales and Service. They're the best in the area. I have dealt with two or three of the other companies and, trust me, you won't be sorry.
