They saw a customer in this and were still delivering poor service. Very sad.

It's a bit sad to see the state of affairs at most Chevrolet dealerships nowadays. The employees seem overwhelmed mentally and as a result they deliver a mediocre customer experience. "Your car will be ready at noon" *I don't get any update until I called 2hrs later. "Let me call you back in 15min after I calculate the parts" *an hour passes with no response. Come on guy, thats 2 inaccurate follow ups. If you need more time just say so, but SAY SOMETHING. Mind you, I was just getting an inspection to confirm I needed new brake rotors. Not to actually get them installed yet. Its 30min worth of labor, according to the bill I got. Why did it take over 5 hours to get an update? Something is WRONG with this process. I already knew I needed new rotors, did they nickel and dime me? Maybe. But Advisor Fernando Torres claimed an inspection was NEEDED. Not sure how these guys are incentivized but dear gosh are they good at wasting your whole day for a 30min job. So at Petaluma it's $255/hr for labor. Abel Chevrolet in Rio Vista quoted me at $175/hr for labor. Grand total I would pay for brake rotor/pads installation at each place? $2900 at Victory Chevrolet in Petaluma OR $1900 at Abel Chevrolet in Rio Vista? A $1000 difference for two dealerships only 1hr 30min apart. Abel Chevrolet even also has WAY better customer service and they're not making little mistakes like failing to follow up on a phone call. Thats very basic stuff, its sad. Corvette owners, the rumors are true. Abel Chevrolet in Rio Vista is the golden standard for chevrolet dealerships in the Bay Area. Every other dealership is just so mediocre, sad, and a waste of time.

If I could I would give them no stars, in March I came to get an oil change and I had to wait for my vehicle because we were headed to San Francisco that day. After almost 2 hours of waiting an employee, John, came to me and explained they broke apart during the oil change and they would comp it, but I wouldn't be able to pick up my car until tomorrow due to the fact that they had to order the part. We had no other mode of transportation so we had to ask if their shuttle would be able to take us back to Santa Rosa, they offered no assistance knowing i was taking my mother to SF for her doctors appointment. The shuttle driver was kind as he drove my mother and I home. On my way home from borrowing my sons vehicle John calls me shortly before closing to tell me my car isn't finished. I asked for a rental car and he suggested I borrow a car again or possibly get a ride because it was almost closing time. Finally after still remaining upset, he acted like he jumped through hoops to get me a loaner. Let me remind you, this was all for an oil change. Than once again, the next day he calls/texts right before closing telling two things: I'm responsible for the cost of repair due to it being "expensive" and I have the rental back by 6. I work and live in Santa Rosa, so I'm not sure what he assumed I was doing. I was at work as the reason why I needed a vehicle. I payed for the repair even though I did not break the part and other mechanics said this is not normal wear & tear. I wanted my car back and I asked him for the receipt and parts. When I got there (around 6:15 b/c I got off work at 6) he wasn't there and had an office lady hand me a print-out with no invoice or part. I had to return the next day to get the part and invoice. I was so upset, little did I know he gave me someone else's invoice. I didn't want to hear he keep telling me that I was responsible for this. Eventually when I was able to, I picked up the correct invoice. Here's all my documents: I saved voicemails, part and texts of the unprofessionalism I experienced with Victory. I will no longer be taking my car there for service.

Love the truck disappointed in the phone contacts....

I have been researching cars like crazy and had finally narrowed it down to 2 cars. The Mazda CX50 Hybrid and the Crown Signia. I had about 45 mins to kill before I had to pick up my kids. Went in and Mark approached me and was super friendly. He backed the car like Austin Powers, it was awesome ( ) Any who, test drive went good. He didn't talk excessively. Which I really appreciate, since I was trying to really get a feel for the car. I had previously test drove the CX-50 and really wanted to see if the feeling was different on how both cars drove. For me the Signia just drove smoother. Acceleration was great and handled very nice. The interior was chefs kiss. Fast forward 40 mins, I had to run to grab the kiddos. They asked if I wanted to pick the kids up in the Signia, as a longer test drive. Which I did, my son walked up and was like why you driving this ugly car . Poor Mark was dragged with me through the pick ups, thank you again for being super awesome! Mark was very no pressure, I had told him about being on the fence between the two vehicles. He was very straight forward and NO pressure. He asked what it would take to have me drive it home. I told him what I would like to see on the deal, but didn't feel that the dealer would be okay with it. He said let's find out. Obviously they were able to, since the cars sitting in my driveway! I really appreciated the no pressure, from Mark, the manager and the finance guy (sorry don't remember their names ‍) But they were all super friendly, great customer service. Would I recommend buying from Hansel Petaluma? In a heartbeat. Just ask for Mark, you won't regret it! P.S. I've serviced my Van here and have never had any issue with the service department. They are great.!!

I went in at the start of a calendar quarter this year, when there were fewer shoppers around. DIllon was calm and knowledgeable; and patient (took the time to run through all the dashboard settings and configure it as I wanted before I drove off). I knew what I wanted going in; this probably also helped make the purchase pretty quick and easy. They did let me take an extended test drive. Never been to this dealership before (former BMW 3 series owner). re: the car, Honda Civic Hybrid. I'm at around 1500 miles since purchase, 20%-30% highway driving. As you can see from the photo, I'm now over 53 MPG, beyond my expectations. Part of that is fewer highway miles, and keeping my speed lower there. Part of it is the design of the engine. You will sometimes be driving on the battery ("EV") even at 65-70 mph while in "Normal" mode. And at 20 mph you may be on gas for awhile even in "Econ" mode (I don't use Sport mode). The handling, steering, braking is surprisingly good, smooth, nimble. Not surprising, in hindsight, it was named one of Ward's 10 Best Engines. This also fit in my garage (the Accord is around 196 inches and would have been a much tighter fit). Thanks to Dillon, Stewart and Hansel for all of the above. DC

It may have been nice to…read morereceive an update status call midweek , but no big deal as they completed the engine replacement on time as estimated (They've done many). At 94K miles (always Ford serviced) We just had our Defective (Class Action lawsuit) 2.0L EcoBoost engine replaced for $11,702.00. Lucky the service manager Keith and I discussed the Turbo (which ford typically puts back on the new engine). With only 10 to 15% of its life left I asked him to replace it with a new one. (Extra $1400). 2014 to 2018 Ecoboosts are defective and ALWAYS Fail leaving the customer having to pay for a new motor. FORD is a DIRTY Rotten cheat company with no balls to admit they designed and sold flawed engines that will definitely fail (Ford Motor Company, NOT Hansel Ford). Ford MC continues to refuse help in any way even though the engine has been proven to be defective and will always Fail (around 100K miles or LESS). Dirty stinking lawyers and judges have sealed the lawsuit case information for an undisclosed reason. LOL (liars cheats thieves) Anyway, My only gripe at this point about HANSEL FORD, is that it would've been a nice gesture to to have had the car washed before returning it after we put out (basically had to come up with) $11,702.00 for a repair. But, the folks and employees are good people.

These people are 100% crooks that do not stand behind the cars that they sell to their customers. Let me tell you my story. I traded them in my 2017 Mustang GT, which was in mint condition for Dodge which sounds funny because I'm at a Ford dealership I know that.. within one month of taking home the Dodge scat pack. I replaced the tires and was having brake issues within two weeks. I of course happen hearing the brake issues. I make an appointment to take the car back now they tell me there's nothing wrong with the brakes. I end up having to replace the rotors and pads, which cost me $5000. They didn't want to help me with anything. Second issue I I had with the dealership with the same vehicle is that I was not told that the exhaust system had been modified on the vehicle which means guess what all of the warranty for anything exhaust related is voided. I am having issues with the active exhaust system right now that is the box that opens and closes when you hit the accelerator which makes the car louder or quieter depend depending on what you're doing.. I was told to take this to Jeep Chevy Chrysler Dodge because it's a Dodge not a Ford which I did cheap Chevy Chrysler Dodge told me the car has been modified. It's gonna cost me $2000 to get this shit fixed. I take it back down to Ford and Ford says it's been a year Mr. Foster. We can't do anything for you. What the fuck!!!! who cares if it's been a year they still be under warranty. I wouldn't have paid for warranty for the car if everything wasn't covered. Don't shop here Highway robbers!!

It wasn't clear enough to ID anyone. Did I mention I had to take my boat in three times for the same issue?

It's been a few years since I've gotten tires from them and it's mainly because I don't go through tires that fast as I don't commute to Berkeley anymore. Recently Chad had come into my work and I had made a comment that I needed to contact their business to get a price quote for 4 new tires for my SUV and specifically for Michelin tires. He asked the make and model of my vehicle and within minutes of him returning back to Big O Tires I received a phone call from him with the cost for 4 new tires which included mounting, disposal of the old tires and alignment if needed. Of course, living in Petaluma an alignment was a given. He also mentioned that the tires weren't in their store but was only a day or 2 away. Two weeks later I called up to have Chad order the tires and schedule an appointment for Saturday 09/04/21 and mentioned I would drop off the vehicle the day before. A few days later I received a call that the tires were in so I decided to drop my car off on Friday the 3rd during my lunch time. Chad was out for lunch and Randy checked in the car and said he didn't see why they couldn't get the car done by the time they closed at 5:00pm but would have Chad call when he returns. He did call and confirmed that it would be done before 5:00pm.
