DO NOT i repeat DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR READING THIS…read more.... Talk about a waste of time, effort, MONEY, and a business that has potential in this area. I'm new to the community and needed a quick wash for my truck. Started off by finding out that only 2 out of the 6 vacuum machines actually works without swallowing quarters. After getting through that I noticed well at least there's 2 out of the 4 bays open so I chose the left one being that the right one was taken. Once again after losing $3 towards a machine that was incompetent to even work, I went over to the other bay and luckily I was able to spray off my car that was covered in pre-rinse soap. The quarter machines for any products you could possibly need to dry your vehicle are all empty and out of order. And the shape of the building and each bay is just disgusting and not well up-kept what so ever... The owner needs to shut this shithole down and stop ROBBING the community with a facade of a old but somewhat working car wash. I will never go back and won't ever refer this place to anybody. Spend your money on a car wash joint that's actually going to work and not ruin your day.

She literally took her time, like 10min of her time to try and get all the dirt/mud off my vehicle. She kindly asked me if I had time to do two washes and of course I said yes. She gave me a free standard wash on top of my highest option wash that I paid for. She even pressured washed my 4Runner again the second time around! I have never came across someone so kind and polite enough to inform me about my vehicle. I gave her a super nice tip, I had to! Highly recommended! Not only are they a drive thru car wash but they also offer a do it self car wash section and vacuums. My new go to place for a wash!

We take our work vehicles here to get cleaned on a schedule and he has very flexible hours and options. Anything he finds in the vehicles he puts in little plastic bags which he leaves in the vehicle for when you pick them up. He also knows how to use the government WEX cards for any GSA vehicles which is helpful if these are the types of vehicles you are using since it is right next to a military installation. It may not seem like it's open sometimes but if you push or knock on the office door someone will be there. There's even a gas attendant. Next to the door is also the flyer which has the prices, services and phone numbers. Definitely support this business and it's great they have reopened since many of the car washes in this area are unreliable.

Immediately after I booked my appointment I got a call the next day to get a confirmation of date and time which I really appreciate. I dropped my car off at 8am and just like he stated, it was ready by 12:30. Throughout the entire time, he texted photos and updates. Never heard of a place that does that. Everything was absolutely professional and efficient. I highly recommend. He did a great job with the mess I had. I've already started texting all my friends about it. Went there for a simple oil change, which I normally do my self but I was in a crunch. I dropped it off, left for an hour and a half, came back, waited another hour and a half. Finally asked about my car and noticed it hadn't even been moved into the garage. They finally move it into the garage, I wait 30 mins, where I'm then called to take a look at my drain plug, which they were saying they were having a hard time getting off. They completely destroyed my drain plug and proceeded to make it seem like it was like that, which I know it wasn't because I change my oil so I know what it looked like. I end up telling them forget it and give me my car back. Later that night I go to start the car and my RPM gauge is all over the place. They left my mf engine oil cover unscrewed so there was a vacuum leak and oil splattered all over my engine bay. Bunch of clowns. I'd rather let my car blow up then go back there

To start I had my mother stop by and schedule an appointment with Flash Mobile Detailing, which is…read moresomething I normally wouldn't do. I feel like a lot of automotive service centers whether it be for sales, repair, tinting, or detailing get a bad reputation for how they interact with women. Unfortunately, this tends to hold true for a lot of places but not at Flash Mobile Detailing. She told me about how great the customer service was and I was personally impressed by how soon they were able to get her into the schedule. My mother's Mercedes has always been kept in good condition, but over the years her headlights started to accumulate severe oxidation and hazing on the exterior. Out of the box solutions I applied either worked temporarily or not at all. I heard about the quality of work that Flash did from other friends in the car scene and honestly this was our last resort. If after this appointment, there was little or marginal improvement, I was just going to look into how much two new ML350 headlight assemblies would cost. This is obviously something I'd rather not expense, but visibility and headlight performance were so poor at night I felt as though it was a hazard for my mother and others on the road. You can't drive safely if you can't see where you're going or if others can't see you! My mother dropped her car off and waited while the team worked. She said they worked quickly, but paid attention to detail and made sure the job was done correctly the first time. All of the oxidation and haziness was removed and every time she drives at night, I get a text about how much of a difference the detail made. I literally got a text tonight out of the blue from her, "Lights are a blessing!" I'm thankful for them taking care of my mom and I would recommend John and his team to anyone looking for everything you would want and more from a detailing and ceramic coating experience.
