My tire light came on And I pulled into shine tech. It was late in the day but the guy at the desk was happy to help me put air in my tire and even found a small screw causing the leak. He removed the screw and put in a plug. I asked him for the charge and he said don't worry about it today. I'm happy to help. If this is the kind of service they offer paying customers I would recommend going here.

I cannot recommend ShineTechs…read more I originally brought my truck in for body work. When I picked it up, it had a brand-new dent that was not there when I dropped it off. After initially avoiding responsibility, the owner eventually admitted the damage occurred while the truck was in their possession and agreed to repair it. At the owner's request, I dropped the truck off again on a Friday and was told it would be ready Monday or Tuesday. Instead, every single day there was another excuse and another promise that it would be done "tomorrow." After days of delays, I finally asked for a firm completion date and time. The owner assured me it would be ready Thursday morning. When I went to pick it up Thursday afternoon, my truck wasn't even at the shop. I was then told it was at his friend's house in Allentown. I made it clear multiple times that I own and operate a business and that this truck is essential to my livelihood. Despite knowing that, there was no apparent urgency, communication, or concern about returning my vehicle within the promised timeframe. What started as a simple body repair turned into my vehicle being damaged while in their care, repeated broken promises, constant excuses, missed deadlines, and ultimately discovering my truck wasn't even where I was told it would be. The lack of professionalism, accountability, communication, and respect for a customer's time has been extremely disappointing. If you value honest communication, keeping commitments, and knowing where your vehicle is, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I wanted my wife's Telluride tinted as she is extremely sensitive to UV rays. Due to Covid this transaction had to be contactless. So the owner had paperwork in the Dropbox to sign. We arrived, signed, dropped our keys and left. Owner went above and beyond and kept posting us pictures of progress and what was being done to the car. We only needed two windows tinted; driver and passenger but the amount of work done to this car is way more than what I paid. I'm so impressed that I'm getting my Optima tinted tomorrow all 5 windows for an amazing deal. I had one of the best customer service experiences worth sharing today so I highly recommend this place.
