Jim was very knowledgeable, very patient with all my questions and always made sure that I understood the reason behind the thing that had to be done. Quality of their work speaks for itself and the final result of the sound system has surpassed my expectations. It's hard to find a shop that you can genuinely trust with a car you care about, but these guys made me feel confident every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with their work and would recommend Jim and the crew to anyone looking for quality work from people who are honest and genuinely care about what they do. Thank you!

I've been to Tronix probably 4 times in the last few weeks. I have a bmw whose factory radio…read morestopped working. I went through so many eBay sellers to get a radio to work. Every single time I went in to have them try to install yet another one, the employees here were incredibly respectful, kind, and made me laugh every time. I really have not had as good of an experience with customer service with my car as this place. It really felt like they actually cared about my issue, and even made recommendations on how to solve the issue if I wanted other options. It just felt personal on a level most other places don't do. It didn't feel like they were just trying to get a quick buck out of a 21 year old girl lol. Which most car places do unfortunately. The place is also super clean and well maintained and great hits are always played in the store on the radio that create a welcoming environment. The price for my install was MORE than reasonable considering the amount of time and energy these guys put into helping me. Thank you so much!!! I was blasting white snake the whole way home!!!

I rescheduled for two weeks later. canceled again. After I got upset he said he was coming in the afternoon and never showed up. He constantly blames Samantha for his scheduling. Then he came the next day and seemed very off. He was in and out of his car 20 times and left 4 different times. At 5 o'clock he told me it was not going to be finished. I was very frustrated and told him I want my money back. Then later that night I offered to give him a chance to finish the job the next day. He told me he would be there at noon. Once again, no call no-show canceled at 1 o'clock. He still has my money and did not do the job. I'm still waiting for a refund. it's been four days and he has not answering or returning my calls. Do not give him a deposit. Do not buy a gift card. I don't recommend using this company. This review will come down if he gives me my money back.

Brandon was quick to return my call and to my surprise very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was needing wrapped. He has very reasonable pricing. Along with a great mind for design, paired with amazing patience when applying the material to the car or sign whatever your having done... as he was able to wrap the back end of our race car! Which is all curved areas. Yet the wrap came out with no wrinkles or blemishes whatsoever, amazing!! He is very understanding and will accommodate any need you throw at him as long as it can be done. Overall was a great 1st experience in the wrap world. Thank you Brandon :)
