Gave it a 1 because there is no zero! Very poor customer service if any at Valet Auto Wash the customer is always wrong. My new car 2 days old was damaged when the employee did not guide me through the wash when entering. I heard a grind when I entered the car wash. I reported concerns to Brian and James who took photos of the rim. Every week I would check the status with no reply from the manager, the two attendances would say they would follow up. Two months later the manager replied with an email stating while visibility is limited, there is no indication the rim was damaged during either stage. Based on our review, we are unable to offer any compensation. Today I went on line to cancel both cars wash programs and website is down. I called location but the recording said customer service is not available at this time. So how am I able to cancel before they both review. Beware! If you pay for a month of unlimited washes instead of a single wash the fraudulently enter you into a recurring monthly charge from the original card you use to pay for it. This is never mentioned or advertised. Very unscrupulous ! I didn't sign up for that! read more

I wanted a clean car for our drive home back to Brooklyn, and was in desperate need of a car wash. I found this place to be only 12 minutes from where we were staying, and decided to take the leap. Very high tech and everything was electronic! I low-key loved the experience! You ride up to the monitor and pick what wash you want, and you actually drive in neutral through the car wash, which was reliving my childhood. For $20, I couldn't have gotten this more clean than if I did it myself and took 2+ hours to do it. I didn't realize that I had to vacuum the interior myself, but the process was effortless. I enjoyed rage vacuuming every last crushed gold fish and crumb my toddler littered in the backseat. You are allotted 15 minutes to do what you need to, and even offer additional towels to further dry off your car - very nice! This will become an every trip must-do before heading home! read more

This auto wash did a great job with our Telluride today. I chose the ultimate for $20 because I wanted an undercarriage rinse for salt. The vacuums are very strong and the available towels are great. I would have given five stars if there had been a convenient place to clip the rugs while I vacuumed or a little water available to rub out missed spots... Car looks much better. read more

Just cancelled my membership. The quality has deteriorated over time and I think that the equipment needs to be improved for better coverage and cleaned more frequently. The tires and rims don't get cleaned much at all, and if you have a small SUV take note you will see that the equipment misses a lot places on the back of the car. This last time, a few days before Christmas, my car actually came out dirtier than when I went in. Very disappointing. read more

You guys this place is absolutely incredible. Imagine seeing an old furniture showroom with a large attached Wearhouse and thinking to yourself "you know what, I'm gonna gut the whole place, and throw a carwash inside of it". Crazy right? Well that's exactly what the guys who run this small chain of carwashes did, and man was the end result awesome: *Manicured grounds - pulling into this place was like a little test track with theme park vibes (rolling hills and nice flower beds and windy little paths). *Reasonable pricing - living in Brooklyn, I'm used to small expensive car washes, so 16$ for the high-end wash seemed more than reasonable to me. *Unlimited pass (aka "the wash club") - for a fixed monthly fee you can get your car washed as many times as you want AND there is a fast track lane (again - there's another example of the theme park thing they have going on). *The quality wash system - the actual wash system is so much nicer than what you find in the city...and sorry magic wash, but it's got you beat too (it's brand new and super nice). *The vacuum area- I can't stress how awesome set up is. Bays upon bays of FREE vacumes for use post car wash, rags included. More places should be doing this. Instead of tiny, quarter operated stand-alone vacumes, this place put in a giant centralized system with multiple hoses in multiple parking bays (pro tip, there's more outside). The result is a stress-free vacuum for your car that you can take your time with. So yeah, it seems silly to get so excited about something as basic as a car wash, but when a place reinvents the wheel a little and gives you an experience you didn't know you needed it makes you wanna write home about it (or you know, yelp it). I used the Valet Auto Wash on Rt. 72 in Manahawkin yesterday and somehow my car came out of the conveyor carrier and hit the car in front of me causing damage to the rear bumper of that car. The line was stopped and the attendant came up and I asked what happened. He said I drove into the car in front of me. I replied that I was in neutral so how could I drive into that car. My windshield was covered with soap, so I had no way of knowing that I was even close to the car in front on me. His response was they have it on camera. My response was this should have never happened. I would stay away from this place and find a car wash that takes a car in one at a time. This car wash is highly automated with very few attendants. Somehow there is a problem with their carrier system that they will not admit to. Find someplace else to have your car washed. read more

Great car wash, but the kids they got working there yelling and acting like morons all the time will keep me away. Not paying $18 for a car wash to be disrespected by immature staff. The smart ass with the curly hair is going to mess with the wrong person one of these days. Management needs to deal with this problem, it's like romper room every time I go there. . i was skeptical about the price of washes at this place until i realized the vacuums, air, and towels were complimentary after a wash! this makes the price for a wash considerably more worth it. after only 20 minutes thru the wash and the vacuum bay my car looks cleaner than it has since i got it in 2016! vacuums are strong enough to pick up pesky sand in your rugs. the microfiber towels are helpful in picking up dust on your dash and displays. read more

Had been coming to this car wash for several months now and never really had any verbal interaction with the staff until yesterday when I had my suv washed there. After I towel dried my car I decided to remove some scratches of my car so I used a scratch remover and not even 3 minutes while I'm buffing my car this guy comes out to me and says that I can't detail there. First of all the car wash vacuuming area is near empty and the place is huge there was only me and maybe 1 or 2 others, second I didn't even bother explaining to him that I wasn't detailing because he didn't looked like he was there to have a conversation with me. I thought it was anti customer service and unnecessary. Not worth going there because obviously they don't care. They want you in and out ASAP, with the money they charge and even raised their prices this year. Bad service not recommending it there are better ones out there. read more

I love the car wash however they do not pay for any damage caused by them to your car. I had the monthly pass for months. Went through one day and it not only punctured my tire, it took a piece out of my wheel/rim. Did the report and waited for a response. THEY SAID IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT. Hence they would not pay for it. It costs me $300 for a tire and $250 to refinish my rim. I have a Jaguar XJ. Was there last week and while cleaning the inside of my car I heard the machines stop and there was a truck leaning on it's side. Mass confusion to back up the truck and everyone behind it. It put a whole in the tire and messed up the rim. The truck's problem was on the passenger side. My incident was on the driver's side. BEWARE. I think if Chris Vernon operated his LBI Hotel the same way, he wouldn't have many visitors. Since I do like the car wash and it is convenient for me, now I roll down my window as ask the employee to look at my tires and rim before I go in. Crazy isn't it. read more
