The dog wash is traditional stainless step up bin with a hose with all the products like soaps and washes built into the system. There's only 1 unit. The room is very spacious and as clean as you can hope for. Good long dryer hose so you can start while the dog is still in the bin and a vacuum for quick clean up. Shampoos were great. NO TOWELS OR APRONS so keep than in mind. I spent about 30 mins and it was $30 which is a little higher than other places considering no towels or aprons but I'm not complaining over $5-10. I assume they get most of their business in the summer so it comes with the seasonal business territory. Self car wash was perfectly fine. Plenty of vacuum stations as well. My only gripe is when you use a credit card it is impossible to figure out how much you have deposited and the clock counts up not down. I had to look at my credit card app to figure out my charges and I have no idea exactly how much time I got because I was working when time ran out. I think I would use cash or try the app that's advertised on the machine next time.

Here are pictures I took immediately after they finished - please note my dog had NOT been in the car again yet. I didn't check before I drove away, but looked when I got to my next errand. Honestly I'd you aren't going to do a good job with the vacuuming and inside cleaning, why would I pay almost 30 bucks? It's insane how bad my car still looked.

There was still dirt on the side of our car and the windows weren't 100% clean either. They do have the free vacuums available and the wet towels. We used both of these to try and get some of the dirt off that didn't get removed in the car wash.

Finally another worked yelled at him & he pulled my truck out tooted the horn and walked away, still on the phone. I pointed to the tires which had not been coated & he asked the guy outside to do it, while he was still on the phone. Tires were sprayed from a compressor hookup,.not wiped down. By the time I got home which was less than a mile the tire shine was gone and all over the side of my truck. My black rims were still dirty, tailgate dirty, front grill dirty. I didn't know after paying $27 I would have to come home and finish it by hand , coat the tires & wipe off the excess. Back to Blue Wave!!

They also don't provide pricing unless you specifically ask. Otherwise, they hand you a ticket for their most expensive package and charge accordingly. I felt misled by the entire process. Good customer service starts with transparency, and that was lacking here. It feels terrible to leave feeling taken advantage of. Because of this experience, I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place. Paid $36 and change for mediocre wash. Car is still filthy. Still trying to figure out what I paid so much for. Better off going somewhere else or doing it yourself. Garbage everywhere, Have to go home now and clean it myself. $36 down the drain. Stay away from this place!!!
