The dog wash is traditional stainless step up bin with a hose with all the products like soaps and washes built into the system. There's only 1 unit. The room is very spacious and as clean as you can hope for. Good long dryer hose so you can start while the dog is still in the bin and a vacuum for quick clean up. Shampoos were great. NO TOWELS OR APRONS so keep than in mind. I spent about 30 mins and it was $30 which is a little higher than other places considering no towels or aprons but I'm not complaining over $5-10. I assume they get most of their business in the summer so it comes with the seasonal business territory. Self car wash was perfectly fine. Plenty of vacuum stations as well. My only gripe is when you use a credit card it is impossible to figure out how much you have deposited and the clock counts up not down. I had to look at my credit card app to figure out my charges and I have no idea exactly how much time I got because I was working when time ran out. I think I would use cash or try the app that's advertised on the machine next time.

Based on our review, we are unable to offer any compensation. Today I went on line to cancel both cars wash programs and website is down. I called location but the recording said customer service is not available at this time. So how am I able to cancel before they both review. Asked at car wash was told you need to cancel on line.
