Victory Cab drivers treat medical transports like garbage! My sister is almost blind and uses Victory to go to her doctors appointments and the drivers are always rude and impatient. I called you at 4:30 asking for a pick up at 5:45 am , my girlfriend had to be at work by 6 am , this company promised me they would have her there on time , it's 6:10 and she still has not been picked up. you caused her to get a disciplinary at work , when you could of said no we can't give a ride, I planned my morning around what you said and then you got ignorant when I demanded that you make this up . Seems there should be a Zero rating to select. That's what I'd have to rate it. I'm sending a letter to the BBB and to the Public Service Commission. I will never I was just getting released from the hospital after major surgery. The hospital set up the ride home with this sad azz cab company. When the nasty looking chick driving the car pulled up, I asked if she was there to pick up and to drop off someone. There was a guy in the backseat. What a scum bag she was. She said, "Obviously, I'm here to pick up and drop off". I said, "Not necessarily". The I asked the guy was he getting out. She said that was none of my business. Let me tell you, if I wasn't afraid my staples would pop out, I would have gone off on the b...ch. I told her I wasn't going to ride in the back of a car with some strange man...plus, I just walked away because I didn't want her to drive me anywhere. I don't have to deal with the devil. No one will disrespect me like that and get away with it. I had the hospital call another cab company for me. The second one was so much more professional. I was glad to get to my truck so I could go home. Wait until I write the actual report and complaint to BBB and to the Public Service Commission. I used this company for the first time last night scheduled a pick up time for 11 PM from the tavern to joppatown the driver charged My husband $40 he said gas prices went up our fee went up i called dispatch this morning the guy was really nice and said the fee should have been $21 Told the guy what the driver did he spoke to the driver and said my husband told him to keep the change so the driver got a $19 tip. Got stuck at work in Aberdeen, my ride had a emergency and couldn't pick me up. It snowed last night and other cab companies were closed. I called victory cab . They said it would be 12.00 to havre de grace. Now mind you that's less than 5 miles. When I got to my destination, started to get out of cab, driver said 19.00. WITH? 5.00 snow fee? Really? What do they charge you for rain? When I called the company back,the company to ask about the fee,the dispatcher was nasty as hell and cussed me out. I will never call these people again and I suggest no one do!!! But the cab driver Sherry was very nice. read more

The. WORST. Over an hour late, two days in a row. Ash from a filthy ash tray (someone else comically photographed) flew into my eye as the driver bitched and moaned about traffic and fumbled with her phone for directions WHILE DRIVING on I-95 nearly getting us killed by a big rig. I'm not from around here, so I tried to use them again this morning; there HAD been traffic, after all... I cancelled after waiting an hour and twenty minutes with dishonest updates about their ETA; apparently, they hadn't even dispatched a car yet. There is a company called ABC Taxi that fetched me in less than 10 minutes and had me delivered promptly to my destination. I don't know what's happening with this company lately. Friends and I have used them in the past without. Lately, drivers have been demanding that you leave "collateral" when you have to get cash for the fare when you arrive at your destination. No cab driver should ever demand that you leave your purse, cell phone or ID or anything else for collateral. The police said so too. The company already has your name, address and phone number when you call for a ride so why demand collateral? When you call for ride and ask what the fare will be, the driver has no business demanding that you pay more. Customer service used to be much better. Hope it improves soon. read more

Wow. One of life's worst experiences. Used them twice in the same day (until I found another company to use). The first was a man in a filthy car with another passenger. He was nearly 30 minutes late (I had pre-ordered cab and was guaranteed the time) and in a foul mood because of traffic. They don't take credit cards, which means my limited cash supply took a hit. The return trip was worse. Another filthy vehicle and a driver that openly told me he collects disability and drives the cab for cash. Cabs smell like smoke and are old and dirty. Dirty. Save yourself a lot of frustration and use another company. read more

I try to call this company as little as possible because their wait is ridiculous. They will tell you 15 mins which turns into an hour. They should know people have places to go and shouldn't have to wait a hr when they tell you 15 mins. I called and was told 20 minutes. Which turned into 45 mins. When I called back I was told the cab was on its way. Waited another 15 mins still no cab. So I canceled my ride. An hour wait is completely out of order. read more

Very happy with my Victory Cab experience. I called and prescheduled my trip for the next afternoon. Driver was slightly late - but dispatcher called me at scheduled pickup time to let me know he would be ten minutes late. read more

We used this cab service the other night and it wasn't the best experience. The driver was very nice, but the car was dirty, smelled like an ash tray (the cup holders in the back were actually used as one), and there was no air conditioning. The car was unsafe as the transmission slipped a couple of times. The only reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one is because of the driver. read more

Today Victory Cab #237 came within inches of causing an accident in Joppatown. The driver went through a stop sign, cutting across four lanes of traffic. It is only because of the other drivers that an accident was avoided. The driver never stopped or slowed down. Riding with this company is extremely dangerous, avoid them at all cost. read more

i will never ever call these unprofessional, ignorant, hillbilly's again. the woman dispatcher rebecca is very rude and i have tried numerous times to ask when is the best time to call to be sure i am getting picked up when i need? ive tried up to 8 hrs. even the day before needing them and they cant get it right. i have been told by these cab drivers that "dispatcher rebecca n a few others" are well aware of the time they are suppose to pick u up but send them out on calls even 20 min. before your due to be picked up! i have heard it all just last week i was told it was traffic yea right even the cab driver told me she's a liar! i stood out waiting for them 2 hours in the snow last year not happening again! so beware before you call these people and you have a job that you need to get to on time! one more thing, theres a couple drivers i know are under the influence while driving so be careful and they have no problem informing u so either. i have reported this and hopefully if victory is allowed to continue to do business in the community we will get the service and satisfaction we deserve. read more
