Contrary to popular votes, I really like this branch. I've always been given good service here, especially from Ms. Ash, (yeah she does MAKE SURE you remember her name lol). I usually go in to browse, to see what the men are being entertained with by their women. I've only purchase one or few items as too fancy undergarments I kinda don't like. I also use here as my personal bathroom when I'm in Green Acres Mall (though sometimes they play too much with that fake "out of service" sign). The facility is so clean and so PINK, all shades, blush, baby, neon.... I feel like a proper millennial using it. I Lysol down and have a good ole pee-pee time. I'll always come back. Totally appalled by the way I was treated after such a pleasant shopping experience with Luz. The young lady behind the counter after joking around in a crouched down position came back with such a nasty disposition towards me that I asked for my money back immediately and reported her to the manager. read more

This VS is big on customer service which makes me appreciate it even more. When anyone enters this store they are always greeted. There is always a staff member ready to help you with anything you need. The store is always clean, organized, and easy to navigate around. The fitting is clean as well. The issue is the lines. BOY OH BOY can the line get painfully long on weekends and any busy time of day. The staff takes their time with each customer which is understandable, but they should at least have more cashiers. VS prides itself in being one of the largest lingerie retailers in the country (possibly world). I've been shopping here so long that I should own stock in the company. The Valley Stream location has really raised and set the bar in customer service. This location has sales people (yes MEN and women) that pride themselves on being knowledgeable about the products and providing a exceptional,personal shopping experience. A clean store layout, merchandise fully stocked and helpful sales floor staff is the key to good business. Everytime I visit, I am informed of the sales for the day upon entry greeted and assisted. Women want to feel like they are floating on air when they leave here and true heavenly angels turned devilish vixens in the bedroom. read more

Usually VS in Manhattan never disappointed me like they do in green acres mall in valley stream. Customer service is so bad i almost want to cut ties with VS after 17 years. I have never encountered so disrespectful team ever. I discouraged myself not to go there ever. read more

So I am a super hater of Victoria secret. But I was in desperate need of new bras and the mall was closing so I went in, I tried on like three sizes and found one that fit. I would just like to leave a post complaining about my terrible time at Victoria's Secret Victoria's Secret PINK Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream. I had made a rather large purchase and included in my purchase was 3 pairs of sweatpants. When leaving the store, an alarm had gone off and my bag was checked .. no big deal. The sales associate had taken my clothes out of the bag while she was still handing other items, and she took the bags again behind the register to check. I followed along and was also handed my receipt which I was told was in the bag when I left. I put my bags right into the car when I left and went home. I came home and went to put everything away and my 3 pairs of sweatpants are gone! My flip flops are also 2 left feet that are separated when I originally picked up a pair that was intact with proper packaging. Since then I have made several calls and talked with managers, store relations, and corporate and no one can help me. I am usually not the person to complain but honestly im beyond pissed this shouldnt be a problem and Ive never had one before. This is ridiculous because now I am out of $150 and 3 pairs of sweatpants and I can't even wear these flip flops. Cameras "were watched" and im beyond irritated with the service. I know for a fact those pants are not in my posession whatsoever and no one wants to help me! Not the store, not the manager, not corporate, no one! Please please don't go to this location totally suck there. I was at this location because I had to return some items. The line was not that long but it took forever . First off the cashiers look like they don't want to be there doing their job. They are not courteous at all. I am so pissed that my ears were getting hot& ringing ,so I was waiting on line for about 15 mins or more I had four people ahead of me they had three cashiers . All the cashier were taking care of customers but their was this one customer with the cashier that ticked me off so much, she got her items rang up and was done with her purchase. Tell me why she went to get more items,and decided she was going to skip everyone on the line and go to another cashier to get ringed up because her cashier went on break . First of all Victoria Secret cashiers need to have a system which people can not skipped other people that's been waiting forever on the god damn line .... and furthermore the cashier didn't even tell the customer she has to wait on the line all over again to make another purchase what sh*t is that , I'll tell u wack service & wack customer service ...... read more

I went in to get a bra fitting and they sized me at a 34B the bra was still uncomfortable and I insisted that it didn't feel right and felt very tight. I go to the Roosevelt field one and they sized me at a 32DD or 34D. That's a huge jump! Haha but it's okay i still go often to buy my thongs and perfumes! read more

Terrible customer service. No one asked if I needed help, then when I finally found someone, she was new and had no idea how to help me and instead of asking someone else, she walked around aimlessly. Finally, I was directed to the fitting room, where the girl who was in charge there was a great help, but unfortunately she couldn't leave the fitting room to help me on the floor. Instead she wrote down what bra I needed and attempted to get someone from the floor. Turned out to be the same New girl. I asked for another person to help and they couldn't find anyone else. They did not check to see if they had the bra I was looking for in stock but instead told me to order it at the register, that there was a manager there if I needed help. Seeing as to how I already wasted so much time there already, not to mention my husband was waiting on the long line for me, I decided to do so. BIG MISTAKE! At the register, Both girls who called "next" were playing around and neither one of them couldn't decide which girl would help me, I asked to speak to a manager and turns out a young man with glasses was standing right there behind them watching and doing nothing (I was told he was the manager). I ended up dropping the paper with the information to order the bra and I left. Never will I ever shop at this location again. Terrible customer service, they need to hire more mature people. read more

Had a bad experience with returning something and the nice gentlemen that works there came to find me at my job down the hall to over ride my return at first I was very upset and left unhappy but he went out of his way to find me and fix my return problem. Great customer service read more
