For someone who hates shopping, the sweetest gal made my shopping experience so easy and comfortable! I could not find my correct size bra so she found it for me. I could only find one color I was interested in and casually spoke about ordering the second color online. She quickly offered to go check the back to see if she had my size and color.... and they did! Lastly, I picked up the 5 for $30 pair panties. She informed me of a bonus pair because it was a new line that I had no idea about. So I got 6. What is usually torture for me, was made into a very pleasant shopping experience with very fast service. I am grateful for the gal that helped me! If she wasn't the manager, I hope the manager reads this review on this date, September 16, 2025 around 4:10 PM and let her know that her customer interaction with me was outstanding and greatly appreciated! If she was a manager, I hope corporate reads this! read more

Worst customer service from a "manager" today, that I have ever experienced in a Victorias Secret Store. From the moment I walked in and was "greeted" by her, I felt the attitude! The way she spoke was as if she is above the rest. I have a good feeling that was my last trip into the Redding VS. it's no wonder why most shopping is done online now, customer service these days is not what it used to be. read more

First off, it took a lot for me to come on here and leave a bad review. I've shopped at this Victoria's Secret for many years. I've never had such a bad experience till today. The girls working the register were extremely unprofessional and I learned a lot about them while patiently waiting in line, they were 20 and 21. I was the only one in line and there were 2 girls at the register being checked out. The girls behind the register were playing and joking around the entire time and too concerned about having personal conversations with the young girls checking out. One associate was doing stretches behind the register complaining of her hip being numb, then talking about her boyfriend of 6 years, and much more that really isn't appropriate to even put online. The associates were using odd slang words, and I wasn't sure if I was seriously witnessing this or if I was watching a TikTok video. Regardless of age, they need to be taught to be professional at work as they are representing the company as a whole. I really wanted to mention this to a manager but couldn't stand to wait any longer as I had waited 25 minutes in line (still the only one waiting) while they proceeded to have their hangout session with the customers in front of me. I'm saddened this store has hired people like this, in the previous years it's always been professional and helpful service. This experience has deterred me from going back and made me realize online ordering may be the best option. read more

worst customer service ever as the store is closing one of the nice young ladies says that the store is closing and that if we have what we are looking for they can us out as we make our way over cash are already helping store supervisor comes up and tells us that they're closed and that she could help us right over here though and as she takes the bras and leggings from my hands says you'll have to come back I guess the moral of the story is they close the at 8 o'clock not 805. then proceeds to call security. All I wanted to know is what the girls name was so I could put in a complaint that she actually removed the clothing items from my hands instead of ringing up a $200 sale. Funny thing is has she rang us up. We probably would've came back the next day and dropped another $500 to $800 Without blinking an eye. read more

One of the cleanest VS stores I've been to. I needed some items shipped out to my friends and was able to get taken care of at the register by Maria. She moved quickly, engaged in conversation and was helpful in making sure I didn't need to pay for shipping. Great customer service! read more

Worst place to shop the workers are very snobby and mean to new hires lots of favoritism from what I've heard over the years/seen. Haven't shopped here since read more

Just waited in line for 25 minutes to check out, this is ridiculous and a terrible way to run a business! No excuse given by the staff was good enough to make to me at all happy about this experience read more

Surprisingly, I feel better after reading all the similar reviews. It's not me, I'm not crazy. After the 10th time of this happening I finally decided I will not go to this store ever again. There are typically 5 to 7 people working the floor, and then you've made your selection and there is one person working the register and you have to wait for 20 minutes. It's incredible that they are not acknowledging the staffing issue in correcting it. read more

At first it started out very pleasant. Then after I came out of dressing room the girl that had been helping me they said "she left"...but I seen her helping others!? After that a girl name "Ashley, was helping me for a moment and then left me and went to help some others (Guys). My husband was there as well and noticed what had happened "he said that was rude" of her (them) and I agreed! I was ready to purchase a few bra's and other items and then just put everything down and left! Very Disappointed. read more

Terrible service, long lines. Seems that helping clients and speedy lines aren't a priority. Tragic, will have to stick to online ordering.

My favorite store. I love this place. They have very good quality stuff here. friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff. But you always usually have to stand in The checkout line for a while. That's why I gave them four stars. read more

Ive always been fascinated with Victoria Secret, from when Tyra Banks was strutting her stuff down the catwalk in them. Sooo to finally get to store it was like a dream! All the nickers and bras were laid out nicely and color coordinated as well, which made you want to look through them. They had a offer on knickers and thongs which was five for $25 which I thought was good. I still got them now, and they are still wearable. I also bought a PINK water bottle, its a big bottle and good for when i go to the gym, from what i remember i got that for £12. From the time I stepped in the store and from the time I left the customer service was excellent. When I go back to America, I'm definitely making a trip to Victoria Secret. read more

I was using the fitting room with my friend since they no longer have associates to bring different sizes or help with the fitting process. I was waiting outside to bring my friend another size when an associate rudely came up and told me I needed to leave immediately. She was very condescending when I was doing nothing wrong. I was going to buy things for myself, but they have now lost a customer. read more

Manager in Redding today was so rude mind you all 4 of us bought from the store the rudest and the attitude was way out of line no need to treat ppl like crap what was worst she was Hispanic what a shame we where having a great time until my family encountered her rudeness well you guys will lose a lot of good customers that spend a lot more $300 saves us a pretty penny I love to use my rewards and coupons I get from the mail like wtf you don't have to be salty about it and get attitude we have never got to experience someone so unkind and rude before their to make matters worst we are the same race people like her make our race look like we have no manners or ethic or values mind you next time I see you and my sisters decide to go with my eldest and you don't change your attitude I will put you in your place make sure I call corporate your lucky I wasn't their when that happened their is no need to work in a place like victoria secret and not be polite and know your place especially if your a manager you lead by example. read more

Staff is very helpful. I just wish it had more f a selection, this store is very small. But so is redding so what an you do. read more

Worst customer service ever! They have no manners! They absolutely do not like there jobs! They have no product knowledge! Very disappointed

The staff is very nice and attentive. However, NO ONE wants to stand in line for 20 minutes! 3 times I've gone in had multiple bras and panties in hand only to leave because I got tired of being in line. Why such a large check out counter if only one girl is going to manage it no matter how long the line is? Apparently they don't mind loosing customers after they do all the work to sell me things. I think the manager needs to start managing the long wait! read more

Worst Victorias Secret ever! One the staff members needs to remember she works in customer service/retail. I didn't appreciate the rude and tacky attitude. This store doesn't have much to offer either. read more

The reason I am giving three stars is because the staff member I dealt with was not very knowledgeable. I'll start off with I'm not a skinny woman, but I'm not huge. I asked to be fitted, to see what the lady would reccomend me to wear. When she measured me, she told me I looked to be a 40 B. I was a little shocked and asked her if she felt that was right and she said yes. She gave me a bra to try on and it was too small in the cup and too large around. I told her I usually wear a DD cup with a 36 around. She gave me that to try and it was perfect. I was searching the store and found many cute bras, to only be told that they'd have to order one online for me because my bust size is one they don't normally carry in stores in select variety. They had plain nude colored bras in my size, anything fun was in sizes A, B, and C. Mostly smaller cup sizes in this store, which is disappointing when in search for a bra that day. So for any larger girls out there, this isn't the most friendly shop for you. It caters well to smaller girls for in store. I have done online shopping and their bras are great and always fit nicely for any cup size. For bigger women, this store, I would consider a hit or miss. read more

I decided to give the Redding Victoria Secret another try, and I was not disappointed!! The girls were so helpful!! Within minutes of me being there Tahlia had me in a dressing room being measured and brought me 6 or 7 different bras and came in multiple times checking on me. Once I decided which bras I wanted to purchase Hannah showed me where they were in the store and I picked out which colors and matching panties. Then Alanna the cashier was more then helpful and pleasant!! This was by far my best time in the store and the girls made me wanna come back soon. Thanks ladies I feel like a simple thank you wouldn't suffice. read more

Hello I have to say there is limited shopping here in Nor Cal. This is a great place for Yoga clothes, bra's, undies, anything casual and cute. If you need a present for a local teen girl great place to buy cute casual wear or fun summer bags. So although it's not an amazing place it's one of the best up here. Otherwise head to Sac or SF. read more

The Victoria's Secret in Redding, CA was okay. They helped me right away to get a fitting for a bra size and to get me into the dressing room. but then there was a very long line that was to get in the dressing rooms. they put me in the dressing room and I tried on the bra and it fit so I pressed the button and had to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to check on me. Then I went and picked out the color and got in line. The line was way backed up and I had to wait 10-20 minutes in line JUST FOR 1 THING!!!! The only person in the store that I think really helped me was Kanna. So thank you Kanna for helping me and being so helpful and nice. read more

DON'T EVER BUY A GIFT CARD FROM THIS PLACE! I purchased a gift card for my daughter for Christmas 2017 and when she tried to use it, it had already been used. The only way that could have happened is duplicate cards or someone that works here stole the card number and used it. I've tried to work with Victoria's Secret on this and their resolution is that I need to contact my local authorities as there is nothing they can do. If there were a way to put 0 stars, that would be what i put. I find it absolutely ridiculous that a company puts the problem that was caused by them back on the customer that paid for a product that they never received. I've contacted them again for a better resolution and my next will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and my bank to get my money back. So sad, my daughter, 20, loves this store and I thought it would be a perfect additional gift for her. I will never do business with Victoria's Secret again as they don't care about their customers, but rather just about taking peoples money. read more

Waited in line for 20 minutes and never advanced once, only one person working at the register while there were several other employees in the store. I even asked the manager if she could get some more help up front but no one else came up to help. When I left the store without making a purchase there were at least 12 people in line, the same person was still being waited on and still only one person working the registers. I do not want anything in this store enough to be treated like that. I was there in the early afternoon on a Tuesday!! read more

My favorite place to shop. At any occasion I always ask hubby to bring me here and get goodies. I love their body by Victoria multiway bra and only wear them. I spend $60 on each bra, and love their panties for comfort. Not kidding when I say that I'm always ignored when I come in. Maybe because I'm in my work clothes most of the time? Should that matter though? For the last 5 times I've been in, someone at the register always asks if someone has helped me, and NO, no one ever does. Blonde girl at the fitting room loves to not help, and there's an older brunette that looks like she's always mad. I've never had this problem at other locations such as the Arden mall and Roseville Galleria in Sacramento area. read more

Waited in line for over 20 minutes!!! I had about 5 people in front of me and about the same behind me, they were only 2 cashiers working!!! I asked an employee if they could please get more help and she said "that that was it" and that "they were short of people today", mind you that there were at least 6 girls working around the store. On top of that, when I finally got to the front of the line the cashier totally messed up my purchase and had to call the manager for help. WHY!!!! I've been at this location about 4 times now and my experience is been about the same. They need a more efficient way to help the customers and more friendly and knowledgeable training for the staff! read more

This is my favorite place to shop. Unfortunately the Redding location has always been below average in the customer service department. Just this week I went in there, knew exactly the product I was looking for-- I just couldn't find it since the store had been remodeled. I asked FOUR different girls to help me and they ALL blew me off. This wasn't the first time. Customers who have shopped at Vickie's before most likely know their size and what fits them best, making shopping online that much more of a positive experience than having to deal with the local staff. read more

I was helped out immediately and the employee figured out my size and found me 2 bras that fit, looked great, and were on sale. So, I just had to buy them both! I didn't have to wait too long in line. The cashier signed me up for Pink Nation. And I got a free panty. Then when I was having trouble finding a panty that fit and matched one of my new bras, another lady helped me. They are really nice. Maybe the other reviewers shopped during rush hour! read more

I made a trip to this store yesterday, and it was BAD. Nobody offered to help me find anything, there were MEN working (I don't want to be seen by other men choosing my underwear or lingerie and I certainly don't want them ringing me up!) I ended up just walking out without buying what I went for because the experience was so uninviting and awkward. read more

I went into Victoria's Secret Redding, CA store the other day and witnessed the epitome of political correctness. Now, I am all for fairness in the workplace and don't believe in discrimination. With that said, I was appalled to see a young man (probably in his late teens/early twenties) assisting a young teenage girl in selecting her panties. He was describing the panties to her and their type of fit. WHAT?! It was beyond creepy. I then turn the corner to see another male employee working with customers at the register. To say the least, that will be the last time I shop at this Victoria's Secret since they aren't concerned with how uncomfortable it would make a teenage girl or woman feel having young men assisting them in the selection and sizing of a their bras and panties. Wow, I never cease to be amazed. read more
