Lina and Stacey are amazing and your store will go under without them. Other than the management, the store is so messy it's hard to find anything. The prices don't match with the quality of the clothing. The carpet and condition of the store is disgusting. I am shocked people don't get sick from the mold that has to be in the carpet. The plus size section is a joke. Good luck.

Found this shop on Google and decided to check it out on my way home one evening, I'm so glad I…read moredid! I was expecting a small store with just a few items but this place by far exceeded my expectations. Not only is it spacious and stylish, but it's clean and well organized. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They offer a small selection of used clothing as well as some maternity wear. They have a ton of stuff throughout the store, from toys to accessories and gifts to necessities. I'll definitely be back!

Such an adorable baby supply store. I went shopping here for my sister in law to find gifts that…read morematched her Amazon baby registry (support local!). Many items were reasonably priced -- for example, the stainless steel Ubbi diaper can was the exact same price in this local store as you'd see on Amazon. I found some great Muslin crib sheets and silicone bpa free pacifier clips. They also offered to gift wrap my smaller items (for free) and it looks so good! Their aesthetic is wonderful for a baby store. They also have an event area that looked clean and pretty that they have available for hosting baby showers, birthday parties, gender parties, etc. I wanted to go play in there even though I'm an adult. Prices were a little too high for swaddles, plates, utensils, and whatnot (for me). I'd love to see them get more business from their community so that way they can expand their product range.

When I entered, I was greeted with a genuine hello sir and a warm smile from Dana. I appreciate respect. I mentioned I was in a rut as I generally only get butterscotch, vanilla and chocolate suckers. She recommended the pumpkin spice and handed me a sample. This is a flavor I would never have chosen. I said I'd try it, walked around outside the store a bit and came back and bought a box of 30. Had it not been for Dana's courtesy I probably would not have tried that flavor. I recommend everyone to give it a try.

When they see you holding stuff they approach you. Your name gets put on the fitting room Door. They take your clothes to be tried on in the room for you and set them up oh so neatly awaiting you to try them on. Trying clothes on is the worst. You get hot. You get sweaty. Then you get frustrated and end up leaving. Not at Torrid. Nope. Built in rotating fans in each fitting room. That you have the control dial to its speed and where it points. Can you say HEAVEN!! And when you like an item but need to try another size. But you know dang well Once you get dressed your not coming back to the fitting room again. Heck no. But no worries at Torrid. Nope. They check on you and get you any different sizes and/or items as you need anything while your inside the fitting room. The staff is AMAZE BALLS. The Redding store is my FAV. They know the regulars by name and shopping often turns into fun with friends it feels like. Never a depressing sad experience like I always used to have. Prices are up there but the clothes last FOREVER! High quality and high fashion and it's well worth the money. Highly recommend.
