The short story: I received very respectful service the other day from Dana and want to say thanks. The Long version. I walked by the store, and my elder sweet tooth kicked in. When I entered, I was greeted with a genuine hello sir and a warm smile from Dana. I appreciate respect. I mentioned I was in a rut as I generally only get butterscotch, vanilla and chocolate suckers. She recommended the pumpkin spice and handed me a sample. This is a flavor I would never have chosen. I said I'd try it, walked around outside the store a bit and came back and bought a box of 30. Had it not been for Dana's courtesy I probably would not have tried that flavor. I recommend everyone to give it a try. read more

Always able to receive friendly customer service, very clean. We always fond the candies that my family love.

3:30PM 1/19/25 Two employees there. Observed the guy with a shaved head being super Awesome to guests that were behind us. The person helping us tall, blonde hair, took the time to make a half pound box of dark chocolate for my mom by taking information of what she didn't like rather than what she did like and was super helpful. They were both awesome and the store was clean and we appreciate the attention to detail. read more

I was raised on See's candy...pre-packaged nuts and chews, don't have to bother with the customized box. Visited the store day before Mother's Day, picked up the things that I wanted and went to the cash register. Sales girl would not wait on me but forced me to stand in line behind 10 people who were creating their own box of candy, picking each piece one at a time... painful. Their were two sales people and both were packing customized boxes and would not help those that wanted the pre-packaged goodies. The one had her bangs hanging down over her eyes and had to keep flipping her hair back each time she looked up, told me I couldn't just come to the register to check out...had to stand in line behind all those who were customizing their boxes. Have been to a lot of See's stores, never had customer service like this. Most stores would be more than happy to have one person customizing boxes and the other collecting the money for the pre-packaged goodies and those that got extra help filling up their candy boxes. Need a little help in keeping customers happy!!! read more

On a lovely Friday stroll with my favorite daughter, we happened to find ourselves in See's candies. To our delight we not only found the greatest chocolate, but the greatest service. Today I found service equal to what is sold at See's Candies. High quality, attention to detail and appreciation of me as a customer. I'm hyper sensitive over customer service and these two folks were wonderful. Example: I was looking at some small, kid-size treats on a rotating rack. One of the hosts came over with a sample (which you always get whether you buy something or not) that was the exact confection inside the boxed item I was looking at. Sampled and bought. And bought a few more items. I am a repeat customer. read more
