Firstly, walking in - my olfactory sense was attacked by a sewer-like smell. It was hard to manage and I asked the staff if they smelled the same - which they denied smelling such. Meanwhile, my friend was experiencing the same as I was. The staff barely moved an inch and showed zero energy upon our entering the store. Not one other single customer was in the store. I was immediately disappointed and even had to ask for help. Truly ZERO offer to assist!!!! I asked the one young lady (looking quite unkempt) to help select a great day face cream with SPF and an overnight facial moisturizer. She recommended a very random brand without understanding my specific needs. When I asked questions she googled for answers. Yikes!!! You don't even know the products or what you're dealing with. So clearly there is no proper training to guide or sell to a savvy customer ready to spend significant money. Needless to say, I purchased a familiar brand and it will be the last few hundred dollars they'll ever see from me. Their service is a complete failure, the store smelled worse than a public restroom in the hot summer, and zero knowledge demonstrated by the staff. Please provide these folks with proper training and how to present themselves appropriately. If they don't have an interest in the beauty and skincare business- please go work somewhere else where you can find passion and energy.

Today I walked into Uniqlo to return a $30 skirt I bought from online using Paypal. First cashier I…read moreapproached told me (before he even looked at my receipt) that they changed the policy to store credit, not direct refunds, for people who were returning items they bought via Paypal. Returns cost $7 if I were to ship the item back to Uniqlo but he suggested that if I wanted to be refunded back on my card. I walked away a bit stunned.. I paced back and forth in the store before finally getting in line again. I wasn't about to argue the policy but decided against shipping back my item since it would take $7. The second cashier I approached was kind enough to inform me that the policy had changed within a few days of the last time I purchased the item, so she was willing to be flexible to refund me back on my card. She told me this AFTER she looked at my receipt. She told me from this day forward, I should know that Uniqlo changed their policy with regards to gift card, apple pay and Paypal. ^ and THAT is what I call quality customer service. Tl;dr: I've been buying a lot from Uniqlo. I even wore a skirt and jacket from Uniqlo as I was returning that purchase, but I wanted a refund instead of store credit. And the second cashier's interaction with me has left me with a lasting positive impression that I have of Uniqlo! Thank you. :)

Where better than a place that is $1-5? HAHA The store is clean and very well kept. Staff was mostly at the registers. They were decently friendly as well. It was about a week before July 4th, and many of their July 4th celebratory items were damaged, at least the ones that were left were damaged. So we kind of avoided them... We picked up a few small pool toys for my SiL pool, and some things that my kid could play with like chalk and markers and coloring books. They have a nice candy section. Everything is cheap, and you can tell that it is cheap. It is slightly higher quality that the dollar store lol, but still, most of the items here are designed to be used lightly or something along those lines. All in all a nice store.
