While getting my steps, I passed by and saw that they are having their Semi - Annual sale. Yay!!! I stopped by and looked around. They do have good deals. What caught my attention was the 5 for $19.99 underwear. It wasn't for me but it is a good idea for gifting. I scoured the bins and found a few sizes. They're almost gone. Some items were mixed up too. I have to come back from the register and look for a similar item that is included on the sale. What a delay!! Good thing it was not busy. Girls working were so worried about who was calling in sick and why they were calling in sick on 10/15/2022 that they ordered the wrong bra that was just delivered to my house yesterday. I handed them the bra my daughter was purchasing and asked them to please order the same size in white as the store did not have it in stock. The cashier couldn't figure it out so Julie came over to help her. Between two employees, they couldn't get the right bra ordered. I don't understand why people get so involved in business that isn't even their business. It causes mistakes. Very unprofessional to say the least. This group of girls lacks common sense and BASIC customer service skills. Upper leadership should be embarrassed to have the crew they had on 10/15/2022 working in their store. read more

After my shopping experience today, I NEEDED to write a review. I went in to return/exchange a sweater for a pair of leggings I saw online...Unfortunately the leggings were sold out online :( and Laura (I believe that's her name, beautiful brunette) confirmed it as well. Well, she walked me over to the PINK side to double check... Low and behold, I saw sitting right there the LAST PAIR in my size!! Laura and I did a full on happy dance together, I grabbed a shirt to match and went to checkout. We chitchatted for a few minutes about the new remodel going on, and how lucky I was to score exactly what I wanted! I want to say how amazing she was. From the minute my boyfriend and I waked in, she started giggling and joking with us. She had such an amazing, bubbly personality. Helped with EVERY question that I had, plus MORE! I usually have a good experience, but she went above and beyond. I love my local VS! Not only for their great selection (for the room they have during remodel and before grand opening), but for their employees wonderful attitudes everytime that I walk in. 5 stars to you all, you will be seeing me soon. I was visiting my mom for the weekend so we stopped by Victoria's Secret to get some new undies. Originally was in line to buy 5 for $30 but there was a promotion if you spend $100 you get a VS tote bag. So, I said ill be back let me buy more... I added another buy 5 for $30 undies, my mom added 5 for $30 undies for herself and purchased the buy 2 get 1 free rollerball fragrances which all totaled $150+ There was a line to begin with, which I waited patiently as well, I come to pay (Jackie, I believe her name was) I asked her kindly to separate me and my moms purchases in a separate bag so we don't mix up our undies, she goes yeah ill just give you an extra bag on the side because there's a long line.....? I paused right there!!! I was like what? I almost canceled my purchases right there but since my mom also shopped I didn't... I also waited in line and purchased $$ to get that kind of customer service?! I commented, you DON'T HAVE TO BAG my mom's purchase separately then ill do it myself...she didn't say anything after! She then continued to ring me up and said since you spent over $100 you'll be getting a free tote bag... Never am I going to come shop in PALMDALE VS again because of her customer service! Im a manager at a retail store and never in my retail world have I comment a customer like that? I waited in line just like everyone else! The point was not to get our stuff mixed up....charge me extra for a bag or wrap up her undies in a tissue paper or something i don't care but she did not come up with a solution instead commenting that because there was a line? Like rushing me because of the line! So upsetting! I hate how they continue to have someone grill you at the door in an unfriendly way about why you are coming in. Then they radio the other staff about why you are coming in which is pointless since no one offers help or greets you once inside . At least at PINK they have sweet, upbeat people working there so it doesn't feel like they are giving you the third degree. And why are they still reducing capacity now that Los Angeles county is in a low tier. This store is small, dark, with mostly unfriendly staff. And I love Victoria's Secret. Just walked out of this shit hole of a store at 11:30 am on Saturday May 22nd and the staff was completely rude. What killed it the most, for my husband and I, was the red head with a braid at the entrance. She was extremely rude and mumbled a speech about their sales before "allowing" us to enter in the store. This place lost our business for good because of the awful staff they like to hire. Their covid restrictions are absolute bullshit; makes zero sense how they stop you from entering their store just to ask you questions about why you're there and what sales they have. At least hire someone who is thankful to have a job during these times and not someone rude and hating life. All the other negative reviews on there are 100% true. Friendly staff when your buying and they want to be nice to you... once your up to pay with a e-gift card that is the same as a gift card and the difference is that you pay with your phone... they say that they don't accept that and is the store policy and that you can only used it only online the manager was rude and didn't take the time to even call there company to see if they can accept them... Week nights are the perfect time to go shopping at the AV mall. It's not overly crowded and the stores employees have had time to keep the clothes organized and not thrown all over the place. Since pink has moved down the mall a ways, Victoria's Secret is soooo much nicer to shop at. Got to shop for some new bras tonight in peace without being bumped into by other shoppers or kids running around. Sarah was so helpful and sweet and made sure I knew about the sales and promotions. I came here last weekend and I was pretty disappointed by the service I received from the cashier. I think she may have been a manager actually, but I had 3 Angel Rewards that expired the very next day and she refused to use them. I was on vacation and couldn't remember my social for her to look up my Angel Card, which I didn't even need because my purchase was mostly covered by my rewards. There was a free tote with a $75 purchase going on, which she said I couldn't get because I'd have to spend $75 AFTER my coupons, despite several other stores doing it for me in the past. Not a big deal since I didnt want the tote anyway. But then, since my purchase was going to be free, she kept making me run back to get more stuff because apparently I had to put some amount on my card. On the back of the Angel Reward coupons, which I EARNED by spending a ton of money, none of what she told me was on the fine print. Now, I can't use my expired rewards, and I'm pretty sour about the fact that I spent so much money, was rewarded for it, and she refused to use them. I left without getting anything and she didn't even apologize for the trouble. The store was also a HUGE mess and the atmosphere far less intimate and welcoming than any other store I've been to. I spend a lot of money on Victoria's Secret and Pink. I won't be shopping here again though. Make the extra trip to Valencia. Better mall, bigger, better and neater Pink and Victoria's Secret store, better service and more product. read more

I've not been able to shop in VS for many years, but now that I've lost 40 lbs, I was looking forward to it. I went in the Saturday before Valentine's day and there were several customers, but it wasn't packed. I had associate after associate walk past me and after 10-12 minutes of browsing and kind of walking aimlessly, I went to the fitting room to see if she had what I was looking for so I could try it on. She was so nice, but being ignored by everyone else sucks and it's rude and I'll never go back. I am so disappointed in Victoria secret. As a long time customer I expected better service and assistance. I contacted their customer service via live chat and got no assistance! I had recently made an online purchase with a gift card and the remainder on my credit card but with NO WARNING the whole thing was charged to my credit card! And now they say nothing can be done because the purchase was "already processed". I am outraged that they used my credit card for the whole purchase without my consent! I will NEVER shop at this store again! I waited 10 minutes in the fragrance room while 3 assistants walked around me and did not ask me if I needed help BUT they asked a Hispanic man twice. What really made us upset is the manager came over once, saw the line and continued to just walk around. They also had two other just walking around! In my years of coming to this mall, I've always avoided this place because the first time I ever went in the lady looked at my boobs and said they'd have a better selection at Lane Bryant (I've also heard from friends DD+ they aren't treated very well here). She was right lol but to say it so rudely and not even entertain the idea of me as a customer due to my cup size was just not okay.
