Needed to add the fact that i called on Halloween because at the last minute i was looking for a costume for my son. Now my son is 13 and cant go inside the store but in order to accommodate us the girl that answered literally took the time on the phone and went thru the costumes and told us what was available in a size large. The girlfriend and I decided to end our day with a trip to an adult gift store. So I googled stores around my area and found that FunZone was on the route home. When we pulled up the display window was nicely set up with mannequins in tasteful lingerie nothing too extreme because it is in full public view. Also the set up allowed for customer discretion as the black backdrop for the mannequins blocked passers by from seeing inside the store. Upon entering the store my girl and I were immediately greeted with a smile by both the male and female store employees. The male (David) was quick to offer his assistance asking us if there was anything in particular that we were looking for. We said that we were just looking at the moment and that we were ok for now. David said if we needed anything just let him know. I like the fact that David didn't hover and didn't treat us like we were up to something like trying to steal or anything like that. He gave us our space to explore the store. When we got to the bondage section (my girls favorite section) we took our time looking at all the different restraints and toys. We seen such a large selection by various manufacturers we were definitely amazed by the selection. While in the section the female employee (Jessica) greeted us to let us know that the store has more selections for bondage and directed us to another area of the store that had more amazing toys and tools. Jessica was very professional with a great sense of humor. The three of us were laughing throughout our entire visit. And David's useful knowledge on the restraints definitely expanded my knowledge on the subject. Overall our visit was excellent and the customer service experience was the best either of us ever received at an adult store. We will definitely make FunZone gifts our go to store when the girlfriend and I are feeling adventurous. So I used to frequent this store a lot but not anymore. They moved to a location that is very low class and has a lot of undesirable people around. I hate going there and getting out of my car and either being asked for money or being hit on. At night it's even scarier and I would never go there it's in a high crime area of town. That move was awful. Additionally they are extremely overpriced. I have bought a few things there and the prices are incredibly inflated. One item I found for $40 less online with free shipping. I have now gone in and seen things I like and look it up online to find it much cheaper. I am def going to shop online it is much much cheaper. Plus the staff isn't friendly at all.
