just now First time going to this store ..very huge selection.. Was able to get out with my purchase of $226.28. My biggest mistake was not looking at the size of this cute outfit I selected with the help of the girl employee..it's a small size .and am a xlarge ..so when I realized the mistake, I immediately call the store, if it was possible to make an exchange to the correct size and I was told that by law in california... No exchange or refund can be done ...the outfit was $50.... I was asked by the male employee if I had tried it on....lol ...really?? .would someone of an XL size really fit in a small size ?..that's a joke !!.. Ooh and something else ...please don't say at check out what your customers are taking home out loud .. while you have other customers nearby and can hear...not everyone is comfortable to have others know the exact name to our items...you were very loud and I had a male guy behind me just staring... The employee said "they are no longer available" and "out of date." The worse part of all was the employee behind the counter got a phone call and says to me, in an accusing rude voice, "Its my boss. He sees you on the cameras and says, why are wondering around, not buying anything."!!! That was very rude and they obviously do not like their customers to browse before they buy. I've never been to a adult shop and felt uncomfortable. From the time we walked in the workers were snooty and rude. There were teenagers in the shop giggling and playing with the products. But the workers decided to follow my wife and I who are adults... around the shop. My wife picked something up and came to find me and was immediately told "not to play with the products". These shops are supposed to be judgement free zones and fun. sexuality is something that should not include bias or judgement. No customer service experience at all the owner could care less what goes on in his store there's no management well at least there's been no management for the past two weeks. they sell ripped clothing thats more than obvious it hasn't been warn and it's ripped but they want to talk about no exchange if you don't want people to complain or try to exchange something you shouldn't be selling rip items. The owner of this place is really cool. But I went here the other day with a friend who is getting married and the worker in the front just stared us down when we walked in and kept talking to her friend in the front. As we walked around the store no one came to help us and the ladies in the front again would just stare at us as we looked around. It made us feel very uncomfortable. She even had a mean look on her face as we paid and a very monotone voice. I asked the male "owner" if he had any newer dvds and not ones from the 90s to which he responds "sex is sex doesn't matter what year it is from" umm... yes it does matter. Wow! All these good reviews and yet I'm wondering how come I didn't get the same great experience everyone else had. Me and my husband came to this store around October. When me and my husband walked in, we was not greeted at all, instead they sent a employee to me to tell me I could not bring my purse in the store, and that I had to leave it at the front of the store. Now I'm completely confused by this and was going to argue with the lady but my husband convince me to just give them my purse and not ruin our night, so I gave her my purse. While me and my husband are walking around I notice a couple of ladies walking around with their purse in the store. At first I thought the employee did not see this and she will say something. When I saw the employee who told me I could not have my purse in the store, helping a couple of women in the store with their purse in front of her I was pissed because I realized that I was racially discriminated against. I'm black and ladies walking around with their purse was white and Latino. I was so upset that I told my husband I want to leave. He went to the front of the store and talked to, who I believe, was the manager and asked him to give him back my purse and that he thought there was a no purse policy but we see a couple of women with their purses. he says there is, and proceeded to call the women employee a moron while giving me back my purse. now about a week ago they did the same thing to my sisters who went their and guess what? all the women that was not black had their purses while they was telling my sister she had to give her purse up.
