Amazing! My exchange went well. I had a gift receipt for a sweater and wanted a bigger size. Unfortunately they didn't have the color and size I wanted so I decided to opt in for another and I fell in love with it. I tried it on and made sure it was to my liking before I left. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out the customer service was top notch. Super kind ladies here. It also appeared it was a 40% off everything day and this place was not hectic. Maybe because it's somewhat hidden, regardless- I had a great experience and would love to come back for more of their active wear! It's Victoria's Secret so coming on the days they have sales is best! Came in the store today to exchange a few things I bought online (which ended up being a difficult exchange but Myra and Rene the store manager was so helpful and patient, amazing customer service which was completely different from last week. Also thank you to Christine that was on the floor to help as well. I would have given 5 stars but My last experience here was horrible. I came with my mother in law and purchased a lot of perfumes . I just came in today and all the staff were so friendly and helpful! I will definitely be back and this is my new home Victoria secret store! I love that they had a bigger selection and fully stocked than I expected it to be. I found everything and more than I was there for, and very very pleased with everything. I just had a baby 8 months ago and lost 34 lbs so I wanted to treat myself to some sexy comfy stuff, since my man was making fun of my Walmart panties lol so I splurged today and am super happy.. the panties actually were a better deal than kohls & way sexier lol so you can't go wrong here. I took it to inland center mall shopped for about an hour waited in line for another hour just to be told that my card balance was zero after hours of trying to reach customer service, I finally got a hold of somebody and was told that my card was scanned twice on the 23rd which was when my card was still in a present bag waiting for Christmas. I just had the BEST VS Experience I have ever had today with Ms. Deisy (hope I'm spelling her correctly) I admit I have been to other VS where the staff NEVER even acknowledges me. However here not only did she acknowledge me she was kind, helpful, knew what she was taking about, and most of all she taught me about me about my body and bra options. Given that this should be one of the most pretentious & snobby stores one can shop at, I'm actually really surprised at the level of service and attentiveness one gets. The staff members at this store usually go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and appreciated while you're shopping here. Ladies, it's never been easier to shop for bras, as this place gives you custom fittings to help you find your perfect size & shape. With all the different sections, it's almost impossible not to find something for that special someone; the PINK section is my favorite, as they have something called the 'Boyfriend Fit' pants, which are THE coolest-looking sweatpants, as well as the most comfortable I've ever worn. They make me look forward to Winter. They're quite flattering to the figure, too. Obviously, they also carry a huge amount of lingerie for every imaginable occasion, (and for a few unimaginable ones, as well), however I really don't think they're worth the exorbitant prices you pay if you're really the only one who is going to see it. The store, itself, has actually expanded over the years, and on top of some of the most comfortable satin pajamas, workout apparel, and "sexiest" lingerie, they also now carry an assortment of makeup & perfumes, as well as plenty of miscellaneous accessories, and even gift sets to make things easy for you. This whole situation happened at the chino location on a Friday at 8:30 right before closing I suck I know but I came in knowing exactly what I wanted color size brand etc even if they reran the cameras in the building they would realize this is exactly how it went. unfortunately the female that greeted me was the one who caught my attention super sweet girl but honestly believe she was just trying to get me in and out she took me straight to the bra grabbed my color and so I thought "size" she took me to the register and my night was in and out I left the bra in my car due to laziness and the fact that I had bought it specifically to wear for work so it sat in my car for two days when Monday had came I was super excited to wear my bra and be super comfy but when I went to cut the tags off I realized it was a whole bra size bigger , her head must've been somewhere else no big deal ppl make mistakes but here's where my experience with Victoria secret gets better and where and why I'm writing this review I walk in to the Montclair location bc it's litterally a block from my house knowing my size , and color once again knowingly I was going to walk in and ask another girl to direct me to the same bra so I can grab it myself the girl directed me in seconds but then let's me know that when I go up to the register that the girl can order me one bc they didn't have it in stock I wasn't about to drive to chino just for a bra knowing they would've had exactly what I wanted so I continued on to the register and the girl greets me so I walk up and the girl didn't even pull my bra from the bag to let me know she wasn't going to accept my bra for return I looked at her confused due to her not even seeing the item so I questioned her she mumbled " it smells like weed " I asked her again to repeat what she said because to me it was historical for one the fact that she was so scared that she had to mumble it then she begins to say I can't accept this because the bra smells like marijuana and to be quiet honest , I wasn't in the mood to argue but I wasn't gonna let this chick tell me I couldn't return it just because the bra so happened to be in my car while I smoked a blunt oops ? Today, had the pleasure of meeting Melodi , she was super sweet, and patient . I was on the hunt for a lacy bra in black, she measured me and brought me different styles to try on. To my surprise she had me try on one style and size that I never would of picked up myself, she said just try this size , I would like to see how this fits. She gave me her honest opinion and I loved it. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because they didn't have my size in the color or type of bra I wanted, so I bought the first one in black , and the size she suggested in white . Melodi kept coming back to check on me and brought me other styles to try. I'm having a photoshoot tomorrow and needed some lingerie. I dont usually shop at Victoria's Secret but I have shopped here before. They usually don't have good customer service and today was no different. As soon as I walked in I saw an employee and walked up to her asking for help. She just looked up like I was bugging her, and asked what I needed. I let her know I needed something for a boudoir photo shoot, and she replies "and that is...?" I explained and she was like oh ok..... she led me to another employee and they tried helping me. They got me a few items and I went to the dressing room to try them on. I didnt like the fit nor the look of the items and was about ready to leave, until the fitting room attendant, Melody came and asked if I was happy with anything I let her know I wasnt, and she offered to help. I let her know what i was looking for and how self conscious i am about certain areas, she didnt hesitate to rush out and grabbed me multiple items! I fell in love with 2 of the items and was so happy. I feel like she actually listened to what I needed and was happy to help. I am truly so grateful, I've been self conscious about myself for a long time, but now I am looking forward to my shoot! As far as long lines, this is true. But I see no reason to complain. The girls are not hanging around being lazy. The cashiers were moving as quickly and efficiently as they could. Tgere was a cashier who was stuck on the phone helping instore customers for a while, since I had walked into the store until I left. Melody was bouncing back and forth from fitting room, grabbing items, and ringing customers up. Girls are putting in work! My cashier was wonderful as well, she was quick but was sure to give great customer service. I didnt get her name but my receipt says cashier #3186596. This store has by far the worst lines. They usually go all the way to the PINK dept. It takes like 5-10minutes for each person to be checked out. A lot of reviews on here say the staff is slow but I don't think it's always the staff. I've witnessed a lot of customers trying to do odd returns and exchanges at this location to where there's haggling about what the customer wants. I partially blame the clientele at this store for the wait times. Yes I think at times they do need more on people on registers though. I've always had quick friendly assistance in the fitting room at this store but the staff on the floor is hit and miss. I was looking at bras today right next to two employees who were talking to each other and didn't say one word to me. Won't be shopping at this location anymore. read more

Customer service supervisors/ management online is a joke!!! A bunch of bedwetters!!! In August we made several online orders and we were sent 3 expired coupons(buy $50.00 and get $20.00 off). Went to store in Montclair Mall, but couldn't help and told us to call customer service. Called customer service 9/14/2020 and was told to call back with orders. Called back 9/23/2020 to place the 3 orders. The first order no problem, the second order supervisor/ management wouldn't let us utilize coupon after 1 1/2 hour on phone, I got upset and your friendly neighbor hood bedwetter hung up. The bras are what you'd expect from Victoria's Secret. The staff were very helpful with choosing my new bra. The 1 star is completely about the line and wait. There were 2 people at the registers, 1 person doing the fitting and 1 person standing at the front. There were 5-7 people in line (I think 5 but may have been a couple more). My husband and I waited 20-25mins at 3pm on a Monday... That is so absolutely stupid. Each customer was taking 2-5mins per transaction. Once I got to the cashier I asked why the wait was so terrible, and she said they were waiting for another person to come in and she wasn't a cashier. That's fine, so I asked where the manager is, and she said she was up at the front. Seriously, Victoria Secret? Is this a policy or something? I strongly recommend waiting on coming here for a few weeks until they get more staff. read more

Jeez.. I don't know what happened but customer service and store does not look as good as it used to. Check out line is about a 25-30 minute wait. Very short staffed or something. Manager rang me up I think and she kinda had an attitude. Tried to use two rewards, one on my phone the other is a physical reward. She's like it's the same thing I'm like no.. it's two different codes. She keeps insisting they're they're the same without even scanning them. I'm like no.. they are different!! She finally scans them and she's like oh. Okay...? Why would I lie about that lady? Eesh. And then she scans a pair of leggings that wasn't even mine. Ugh. Also, there's clothes on the ground everywhere. The store has seen better days. Would rather go to Victoria Gardens location even if it's a 30-40 minute drive. Overall, eh. Disappointed to see this. I'm now waiting in this line wrapped around the store and I don't even care because the customer service is phenomenal. They have like 8 people at the registers rocking it and being super efficient for this god forsaken crowd that they have no control over. The lady at the counter was rude with a fake happy attitude. Standing on the side patiently waiting for the counter girl to help another customer. There was no one else around but me standing there. Then another couple comes up from the other side of the black rope. After she's finishing helping the lady I approach her with my question. She informs me that I can get my free panty from the counter but that the line was over there and that I needed to get back in line. She then helped the other couple that obviously came after me. Are kidding me?! You saw me there before that couple approached and yet you tell me to get back in line? I thought it was rude and a great example of horrible customer service. Why are you even in the front? You should be put in the back where you don't need to deal with customers! With all the bad reviews, it just shows what a lousy Victoria Secret this is. I went in the sore because of the Semi-annual sale. First of all when I was looking through some of the bins I found something I liked but I wasn't crazy about the color. When the sales associate asked if I needed help I asked her if they had any other items stored somewhere else and she proceeded to say what was out was all they had. Well, I can tell you that that was a lie. Right under the table were three boxes filled with others but I guess she was too lazy to lift the table cloth to look. That was the first thing that bothered me about this store. The second thing that happened was while my sister was checking out. First of all they have so many people behind the register but half of them are there socializing and not doing anything even though there is a long line right infront of them. But that is not the issue I had. My sister was paying for her items and the girl at the register asked for her telephone number. She didn't want to give it to her so she let her know she would rather not give her her number. I guess this irritated the sales girl because after that she proceeded to give her a dirty look and throw the receipt into the bag and pushed the bag towards my sister. I couldn't believe my eyes. It was like a knob was switch when my sister didn't give her the information she wanted. The manager at this store needs to reevaluate the people they hire and realize that they are in a customer service driven business. read more

Stores like this one give Limited Brands a bad name. It was the most pathetic Victoria's Secret I have ever been to. When my friend and I walked in on 4.30.13, we weren't greeted or even looked at. The girl fixing the PINK panties was too busy organizing the mess. It's funny she was doing that because when I went through the drawers, they were a disgusting mess with XS in L and M in XS panties. I walked around the table several times, and the employee did not even glance at me. The drawers were also pretty empty and there was really nothing to choose from even if I was able to find the correct size. I was able to find something I liked, BBV panties, but there were barely any sizes or colors. Then I stood in a long line that was not split up between the registers. Furthermore, I noticed that a bunch of their lights were out and the cashwrap area was quite dim. Weird. It was finally my turn and I handed my items to the employee, 1001959, and I also had 2 rewards cards. There was a difference I needed to pay, therefore I asked her to look up my account. She acted like I asked her for some money. " Just so you know, next time make sure you tell me before to look up your account." Excuse me? It takes a whole 10 seconds to look up the account. Suspend, key in the SSN and zip code, and retrieve. Not that difficult. The employee was so snooty, I wanted to punch her. My recommendation would be to hire qualified people, replenish, and organize the store. I'm never coming back here. read more

I have walked by this VS many times and the only time I went in was when I recieved a free 'undie' coupon. Since the item was free I didn't expect much... so I was happy to get good service. The store itself is overly stuffed with all the products. The sales people are also VERY young & itty bitty things that look like they have no knowledge of anything. Don't get me wrong... they were nice... but that's all. The first girl walked me over the undies that were free... but didn't tell me that I could only get a certain color so I had to go back & grab them while 3 people just walked into line. The employees here are the nicest. It's the holidays and the store is jam packed but they still help everyone. I was looking for a certain shirt in a specific size and once I asked one employee a bunch of other employees also helped, they went to check the stock room for more, and even gave me other colors, and said that if they don't have the size I can pay and they'll ship it free to my house.
