This location in MG is easy to get to as there's street parking as well as it's right by the parking ramp. They have 2 sides VS & Pink. I tend to shop both depending on what I'm looking for or the deals. I find the sales are often better on the Pink side when shopping for apparel & even bra's. I recently had surgery and was looking for a particular type of sports bra in black. I found one on sale (sale not clearance) on the pink side & was looking for a second, same size and style. I asked a sales associate if they had any in the back or if she knew if they were anywhere else in the store. She basically used that as an opportunity to try to upsell me on a VS sports bra that was white & black, a more foam material & thinner, less supportive, also pretty big price jump from the sale price. Basically wasted my time. I ended up just grabbing the one I found. When I went to check out it was a mess. There was no associate at the main check out, despite people trying to checkout/find someone trying to check them out also. They were told to check out on the Pink side but there was 3 people in line and the associate working the checkout stated she was new and called for help several times. There were 2 women in the front of the line trying to use discounts and gift cards and there were a lot of issues w/ that. Like the cashier added the gift card balance to their order as of they were buying a gc instead of using one. Felt like it took forever to get it worked out. Then those people basically ran out the door and the security alarms set off, and the associate was trying to get them to come back because she may have forgot to remove security tags. The girls left so fast despite hearing the alarms and checking that she gave up but the other associates came over and to investigate what happened instead of helping move the growing line along. Just a mess. read more

Your customer service sucks! Got sent over to VS side to check out. Walked over there, rang up my things wrong, when I questioned it she said, just wait until the receipt prints. The receipt printed, the math still wasn't magically mathing. Then she didn't know how to refund, a coworker joined her and verbally screamed at her for accepting cash at that register because it made her life harder at closing. Finally said screw it and walked over to the pink side to stand in the long line to check out and watched the workers at 3:00 pm start changing the sale tags all through the store. The worker changing the sales flyers (hot pink construction paper) walked around the store saying, "f*** this place, I don't even care if I get f***ing fired!" Do better! read more

I'm so glad this location is closed. I moved out of the area but I was literally just here in the beginning of the pandemic. That was my last time ever going to a lingerie store because they had stolen my confidence. I will like to note I am Asian American. End of last year I went in for a few items/self confidence. As I went to pay, I was the only one in line. I was next. I put my things on the counter and was attempting to get my payment out. Amother customer and her teen daughter walked behind me and push my things over on the counter. I'm standing there waiting for the cashier to say something, and the only thing she manages to say is "sorrrgyy..." after just standing there. It's clear to me now why this willing employee let this woman and her teen daughter do this. Because they could get away with it. Because of their skin color. I ended up going to the back of the newly formed line. I waited two minutes before realizing this place did NOT deserve my business. As I dashed towards the front door, I was actually crying at this time. An employee asked if they can help me with anything and I told them to let the cashiers know that I will not be purchasing anything from their location if they're going to treat people different because of their hair or skin. She asked if she could open another register for me. No. read more

Okay.. so I use to work at VS when I was a teenager so i know how they work, and honestly if it wasn't because i love VS i probably wouldn't shop at this one... Lets start with the bad: 1.Not one person asked me if i was finding everything ok... 2.The one person who was attentive was following me around like I was going to steal something (literally) and never said a word to me. 3.They hounded me at the register to apply for a credit card, NO THANKS- end of convo... Not today. Now the good: 1.They always have a good selection. 2.Big store. 3.Clean... That's all i can really say... read more

Well today, I went online to check when my next payment was due ( as I always do every month ) and see that my Limit was reduced. As, I was shocked, seeing I always make all my payments and on time so I called them to find out what was going on with my Limit. WELL SHOCKING NEW..... The lady on the phone tells me that the bank had got a report of something on my credit report back that made them decide to lower my Limit. REALLY???? 1. This company has know right to be pulling my report monthly as I did not give my permission for that. 2. In the last 30 days I have actually raised my score another 29 points ( as I know this for a FACT as I have a credit counselor fixing my report to buy a home ) and have had over 10 items removed off my report. 3. I am in the process of buying a home so why would I have anything bad apper now?? Nice try with the lies Comenity Bank / Victoria's Secret. I have had this card for over a year now and have always made my payments and also had my card almost paid off. However, you have choose to treat your customers in a manner that is so deceiving and not care about them so I will take ALL my business else where!!! ****DON'T GET THERE CARD......... read more

I was in the store today and I was buying some panties for a bachelorette party (which is for my sister) and went to go check out.. I used my Grandmas number. The girl that checked me out decided to say "well I'm guessing you don't want the email receipt, you don't want your grandma knowing you just bought crotchless panties" and I wouldn't have a problem with her saying that but she didn't say it very nicely and she said it very loudly and it was quite embarrassing considering they aren't even for me, and I even told her they were for a bachelorette party and kinda laughed it off but she continued to give me attitude and said "okayyyyy". Not impressed and am actually quite embarrassed. edit: Would NOT GO BACK! read more

Was just in this VS location as was greeted promptly with a smiling face:) Tasha, was very helpful as she helped fit me again and pick the right bra for me! I will be visiting this location again! I was surprised with the negative reviews I read online, as that was not what I experienced today when shopping here. The manager was the person that checked me out and was also very personable and nice, Great, clean store with friendly staff! read more

Ok, why is it so hard for a person to make a payment on their credit card? I lost my cc so I reported it. Just got my statement and called to make a payment over the phone. $9 just to pay your bill over the phone? Really? And the 1st rep couldn't have told me that? He transfers me back into the IVR to get transferred back to another rep who tells me I can't pay over the IVR because my account is closed. Seriously I just wanted to pay my eff'n bill!!!! Grrrr read more

I came here on Christmas Eve to get some last minute gifts and it was packed. However, there were plenty of items in stock and many selections to make. As soon as I walked into this store I was greeted and told if I needed any help just ask. I was overwhelmed by the choices and of course the deals. I had a lot of items in my hands and one of the ladies who worked there was kind enough to grab me a bag to hold everything. The pace of the line to checkout was fine. It wasn't too long or crazy. In fact, the lady who checked me out was very kind and we were discussing the leggings I bought since she was thinking about purchasing a pair herself (a sale is a sale, go get them girl!) I do not understand why this particular store gets a bad rap. The ladies who worked there answered all my questions and were very helpful despite the store being crowded. The location is large, clean, and have a great selection. I'll be coming back. read more

I walked around the store for 30 minutes waiting to be greeted, as that's what Victoria's Secret is known for. I needed help finding a bra, and being that I'm an Angel Cardholder I was very disappointed so I just left. Need to work on Customer Service! read more

Very rude workers. And the manager, Renee, is a very rude, condescending person who made me never want to shop there again.
