Victoria Secret was one of the very last stores to open up in the mall during Covid shut down. I love how they are taking this seriously and making sure their employees area safe. All employees are wearing face masks and hand sanitizers are available in store. Cashiers would also wipe down the counter and credit card machine after each customer. They also have markers on the floor to make sure customers are 6 ft apart while waiting in line. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Store is clean and clothes are neatly hung/folded. Besides their VS brand clothes, this store also carries a small variety of PINK brand clothes, beauty and perfume. If you are looking for just PINK stuff, they have a PINK store on the opposite end of the mall. I love stopping by the store during holiday season to see all the fun holiday colors on display on the mannequins. read more

Worst service ever. I was at this location for 40 minutes. Not one associate acknowledged me at any point till I checked out. I used the fitting room on my own as well. One of the managers called a lady on the headpiece that closed the night before to ask her if she sized the bins. The lady said not completely and she responded the answer would of been no. So rude. I went to pay for my items and the lady in front of me had a complicated return. The line got longer and no one came to help and the cashier didn't ask for assistance. I've had bad experiences at VS in the past for bra shopping. Their sizing can be really off and Ive had fitters try to push bras with far too large of bands. But today was a great experience. Incredible customer service! Nadia and Heidi helped me figure out a bikini, which, as we all know, can be a stressful situation. They worked with me to come up with the best pairing, sizing and even color to compliment me. (This included bringing inventor boxes from back!) I probably would have to burst the bubble because I'm a VS loyal fan myself... but this location really disappointed me. I came here because it was really close to Great Lakes IL & I was looking for a night "slip" & for a specific color. I asked one of the employees & she completely said "no we do not have that in deep red." I noticed she didn't even bother to look. As eager as I was & also bummed that she told me they didn't have it, something told me to just look around the store. Well guess what, they had the slip in the color I wanted. They kind of pissed me today. I go in there regularly because I love the quality. Bras from Victoria's secret last years, from Wal-Mart you're lucky if it lasts a month without a wire popping through. this time I went to exchange a make up bag because the zipper was broken, it was missing a few of the teeth (made from plastic, which surprised me). I got it as a gift, asked if I could just do an even exchange. No way! Gotta have the receipt and the lotion that came with it. I took the lotion out a while ago, I didn't need that exchanged. But she said there's nothing they can do without the receipt. That kinda surprised me. Most places don't require a receipt for an even exchange on an unused product. So now Im stuck with a broken bag. Gee thanks. Just makes me mad I spend hundreds of dollars at a time there and they can't exchange a chincy bag. read more

Terrible service !! 5 girls working at the store and not one single one could help me with the purchase !! Store assistants where standing folding underwear and talking to each other . I had coupon for free underwear and asked to help me find the underwear that eligible for that coupon , no one bother to help me ! One of the sales Assistant waive her arm towards the back of the store :" Go find there !" . I was walking around the store for 30 min and finally was able find the table with the underwear that qualifies for that coupon ! At the cash register I almost made purchase worth of $100 and girl told me that my coupon is not eligible for free underwear because i have to buy full price item !! However the coupon says " free underwear with Any purchase" . I walked out of the store without buying anything there . Where is the good customer service when you need it! I work in the customer service industry so I feel like when I go into a store I expect to be greeted and helped not wondering around the store like I'm lost looking for someone to help me. Also there were two girls at the register talking about something not work related and another girl in fitting room helping people but saw me and didn't ask me if I needed help just walked right past me like I was a ghost. I don't accept this type of customer service and honestly it's just LAZY don't employ lazy people that don't deserve to be in the customer service industry. read more

I was so disappointed with this locations customer service. I walked in, was not greeted. As I got further into the store I still was not greeted or asked if I was finding everything okay. I found the few items I wanted, and decided to time how long it would take for an employee to say hello. Multiple employees passed, *25* minutes later two women passed within seconds of each other. One asked me if I was shopping for someone, like a gift. When I said no she replied "oh" and walked away. The next woman said "are you finding everything okay ma'am" to which I nodded and smiled. I would have given them a little more credit if it was busy, but there wasn't more than 15-20 people in the store. I would recommend coming here for deals and product. But I'd beware the customer service is spotty. read more

By far the BEST customer service I have ever experienced, not only at a VS, but everywhere!! I was shopping at this mall the other day and passed by VS and saw they were having a sale, so I decided to go in. I was immediately greeted and offered assistance. The sale included 2 multiway bras for $42, which was such a good deal, so those were what I was looking at. I didn't remember what my bra size was (wasn't sure if I was a 32 or 34), so I asked a sales associate if she could measure me. She was very helpful and when I found out the bras I wanted were sold out in my size, she told me that they could order them online and have them shipped to my home for free. She took me to the fitting room, so I could verify the sizes of the bras I wanted. I decided to get one bra in the store and order one online, since they didn't have the pattern I wanted. The sales associate told me that I could still get the sale price, even if I ordered half of my order online, so I decided to do this. There was a HUGE line, and all of the available associates were helping at the registers. By the time I got to the front of the line, I realized why the line was so long/slow, the sales associates genuinely cared and wanted to make you happy. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied with their purchases. The man who was assisting me looked up the bra I wanted online, and sadly, they didn't have it. He then offered to call the catalogue and order it from there. I said sure, so he went ahead and did that. When he told me that they didn't have the bra I wanted either, I was about to tell him that it was fine and I'd just pick out a different bra that they had there, and then he told me he was going to call some other stores to see if they had the bra I wanted. I felt bad because there was still a huge line behind me, but he completely insisted and told me it would just be a few minutes and he wanted to make sure I was happy. I agreed and he went to the back and called a couple stores. He came back a couple minutes later succesful and told me a store in Schaumberg had the bra I wanted! Yay! Since I'm not from the area, I don't have a car, so I told him that I couldn't pick it up, even if they put it on hold, he told me it wasn't a problem and they could just charge me over the phone and mail it to me for free. I'm still waiting for the package to arrive, but I am very happy with the bra I did get at this store and I'm sure I'll be just as satisfied with the one that's coming in the mail. My roommate and I bought a bunch of underwear from here a couple of months ago. Unfortunately we both had a few pairs that the lace ripped. I called customer service and they would only replace the underwear if I brought back my damaged underwear. I think that is absolutely disgusting to ask for a customers for their used underwear, I offered to send pictures since that request made me so uncomfortable. They did not accept that, now we are stuck with a bunch of over priced ripped underwear that can never be worn. It is so upsetting considering these were Xmas gifts from a gift card I had received. I was so excited to finally get some new underwear, what a huge disappointment! read more
