7 people standing around doing nothing. Asked for help twice and got a blank stare. Wall out and will not be returning.

I have never written a bad review before however today I went into VS for a bra and had a really bad experience. I needed to get fitted and had never done that before so I went up to a girl on the floor to ask if they do them. She was on her phone and did not look up until the second time I said excuse me, then rudely said "in the fitting room" and looked back at her phone. I shook it off and went into the fitting room where the woman told me to take off my shirt and just be in a bra which I didn't know was necessary so I was a bit nervous but that was totally ok. She gave me a bra to try first that didn't fit and while I was trying to explain why it felt weird she looked at me and said "relax" in a tone that made me feel ashamed for even trying to explain. I ended up leaving the entire mall after this happened because I felt so embarrassed. read more

I have religiously hated bra shopping my entire life. Either you can't find one that's comfortable or one that fits correctly or the employees in the store are unwelcoming or impolite...I've been searching for awhile now but every time I go bra shopping I end up frustrated and keep on wearing bandeaus or some other sorry excuse for a bra but I came into this store on the hunt without even knowing what size I am because it's been years since I had one that fits correctly and I've lost a lot of weight since my last buy. I walked in and was measured no problem (with an accurate measurement mind you) and the two women I had helping me were wonderful! Kerrigan and Donna went out of their way to help me restart my bra collection and we're mindful of my budget as well. I was in there for far longer than I ever would've thought and tried on 15 to 20 different bras... they were patient and very helpful with the entire process. I highly recommend this Victoria's Secret. Thank you ladies for making my painstaking search for bras come to an end! read more

I wanted to take a moment to shout out Nelly who was at the very front of the story during my visit to this Victoria Secret. This review is a 4 for the lack of employees in the store avaliable to help and the very low stock. However, Nelly was extremely helpful and on it! She was very productive and focused on her work. When I got to the store she asked me what I needed, my size, if I felt it was a good measurement, and called someone on radio to come and help. Nelly is sharp and her confidence and initiative is such an asset to this store. After some time shopping around, I came to her again to help send someone to me for additional assistance which she promptly did. She could easily be a manager or trainer. Nelly is a boss! read more

Me: "Hi!" Salesgirl #1: "Hi" Me: Waiting for can I help you. "Um er....I'm looking for bra's that are IBTC size" *feel free to fill in the size* Salesgirl#1: Not in this section try over in Pink. Me: "Uh.....OK" *Thinking wouldn't a sales person show me the way? Me to Sales Girl#2: *Note not even looking at me as I talk* "Hi can you tell me where I can find some strapless Bras?" Sales Girl#2 *Still not looking at me* Over there. Me: "Can you show me where over there may be?" Sales Girl#2: *Points* "That way" Me to Sales Girl #3 (whos one of the manager): "Can you please show me where I can find IBTC size strapless bra?" Salesgirl #3: "You can find them up front." Me: *Wondering WTF is with this store? Do sales people just refuse to show you where to look* " Do you think you can actually lead me in the direction? I don't understand why that's an issue as you are the 3rd person I asked and no one seems to want to help." Salesgirl #3: *Huffing* This way and takes me back to Salesgirl#1. Salesgirl#1: "Oh yeah, there are strapless bra's right there?". Me: "Yeah, would it have been that difficult for you to show me where to look?" Which leads this poor girl to almost breakdown in tears. OK now I feel bad. She begins to tell me the sales people are not aloud to leave their sections, NOT EVEN TO SHOW YOU WHERE YOU WANT TO BE. That's freaking lame. VS if this is the way you treat your employees, I am going to boycott. I mean I love your product and the thongs make my lady lumps get you drunk. But seriously last time I checked this is a sexy secret store, not a zoo. Very SAD to hear this girl break down and to be honest I didn't give her any attitude. I can only imagine what would have happend it I switched it on. Shame on you VS. I like your product, but I refuse to shop in a store where you treat your sales team like poo. read more

CRAP! I nearly got into an argument with the sales woman because she was measuring women the wrong way for their bras. I've been mis measured by many VS sales people and it's just pathetic. The company makes quality bras, why can't they properly train their sales people? I'd be more likely to tell people to buy bras from a company that properly fits people, but every time I would say "I'm a 38 DDD" they would try and tell me that a 40DD is the same thing. read more

First time visiting this location since they moved the pink store and pink merchandise into a separate part of the mall. Came during the semi-annual sale around 10am and was pleased with the customer service, product availability, friendliness, organization and over all store display/layout. Although the pink store is a fraction of the size of the VS store, the amount of "sale" merchandise was adequate. Can't complain as I was able to walk away with a bra, panties, and sweats for under $40 (had coupon). I highly recommend coming to this store early without loads of ppl toppling over each other, friendly and informative staff, and a fair amount of sale/ regular merchandise read more

Devina was great. However 3 associates standing around chatting while store was busy. I needed help and they avoided me. Shout-out to Devina, everyone else, bad customer service. read more

Re Irene's post from 2007 - actually the sales lady DOES know what shes talking about. When you go up a band size, you go down a cup size. The volume of the cup is the same for both sizes you mentioned. Google it, its not just VS. After my last VS bra broke (it was 1.5 yrs old, worn daily), i decided to get cheaper alternatives. I spent 2 hours in the maidenform store at wrenthem and an hour in kohls. Got a total of 4 bras that all did different things, because I couldnt find all the features I wanted in one. None of them were perfect. 6 months later I was tired of looking flat and blah and decided to go to VS "just to see". The staff was perfectly friendly and fine, but I helped myself and went tot he fitting room. Settled on 2 bras and was trying to decide which one if any as they are very pricey and I never get to spend that much money on myself without consequence (not being able to buy groceries or pay a bill, etc) Enter salesperson/fitter extraordinaire - Miranda. A woman maybe in her mid 40's, sweet as pie and is a virtual encyclopedia of boob information. I told her I liked them both but I had so much fat hanging out the sides. She looked at the bras I had chose in a 38C and looked at me, knew immediately I had picked the wrong size and went and got me a 38D. I put it on and then she came in the fitting room w me after which normally I'm a bit shy about, but was comfortable with her. She worked some boob magic! I always wear my straps tight thinking it will help me lift the girls, but i was wearing them too tight and the back way too high. She adjusted things and even lifted me into the cups and voila! I looked like I couldve been in the catalog my boobs looked that good! I was amazed, comfortable and sexy as heck. I tried on the other one I was considering, the bombshell, and holy heck! After she did some adjusting for the perfect fit - I was amazed. I worked in the lingerie dept of Sears for 6 years and didn't know half as much as Miranda. She seriously is the MASTER at bra fitting. I recommend everyone go to her. I walked out of there with 2 bras when I wasn't planning on buying any. I'm walking tall and proud today and I love my bras. Best 45 mins ever spent. Lesson learned - you get what you pay for, VS is worth the price if you wearing the right size and for that, you must see Miranda - the bra Goddess read more

This review is more for Vicky's products than service. I love their bras and panties. I needed some new bras a while back, but being broke, I got some bras at the Maidenform outlet in Wrenthem. Boy was that a mistake! Since they were only $6 on clearance, I guess you get what you pay for. Vicky's bras fit great and last. I've washed mine in the laundry tons of times (in lingerie bags, of course). The padding doesn't get lumpy and the fabric doesn't rip, unlike one of my Maidenform bras. The material was so thin (and it wasn't lace or anything) that I stuck my thumb right through it when I was hooking the clasp. Vicky's bras also give you the support and lift that you need. I love their panties, too, especially the low-rise bikini in the VS Cotton and PINK collections. Again, I needed some new underwear, but being broke, I headed to Walmart to check out the Hanes and Fruit of the Loom bulk packs that my sister likes to get. (OK, I just put my sister out there...good thing I have three and you don't know which one I'm talking about!) The selection was disappointing with ugly styles and even more hideous colors and patterns. Vicky's panties are cute, fun, and make my butt look good (that's what I've been told, hehehe). I have also received and purchased some other wonderful products that are just too private to share. Ha! The bras can be a bit pricey, but it doesn't seem to stop people from buying them. The great thing is that they have a semi-annual sale in January and July. That's when I stock up! I just bought 10 pairs of underwear for $25! It can get a bit crazy in there, especially when there is a sale, but that doesn't stop me. I do agree it is lame that employees aren't allowed to leave their sections...I ran into that and was a bit annoyed, but they are wired so that they can let the employee in the other section know that you are on the way. read more

I just tried to shop here and had to leave because the whole store smelled like weed. I couldn't breathe and was gasping for air. Shouldn't it smell like garbage perfume or fruited body spray? read more

The store is clean and organized , employees always ask if customers needed any kind of help, and actually take their time to do so. I've never felt rushed to find things in the store. The lady name Jessica is always so helpful, she usually works in the fitting room area assisting customers needs and goes out of the way to help customers not just in the fitting room. Will definitely go back for all my undergarment needs :) read more

Sold us the sample, I had to drive for miles to go back there. No apologies or complimentary gifts for the inconvenience. Keep it up VS, you are doing good. read more

Went in and had a great experiment with LEE!! Told her I was live in brockton and went in to the local store to get sized for new bras and got 2 different sizes from 2 different people. So she did it herself and couldn't understand how they came up with what they did. She set me up in a fitting room to try on different styles preferenced to what I was looking for. LEE is by far the best representation of customer service I have ever seen!! Thank you Lee!! read more

Shopping at this Victoria Secret in Braintree Massachusetts was one of the the worst experiences of my life. I was humiliated. I was shopping for sweatpants because I had recently put on weight due to pregnancy. When I asked her for a different size she walked away snickering and muttering about my weight saying " I hope im not as fat her". I was devastated. When I asked the girl to speak to her manager she said " I am the manager." I was so embarrassed I began to leave the store. I stopped and approached another sales girl near the door and asked her if that girl was the manager. She said no that that was just an employee and her name was Erin Sahhvett. The girl lied and pretended to be the manager. I was so upset I just left the store and cried the whole way home. I am too humiliated to complain to the store. Do not shop here if your feelings are easily hurt. read more

I have paid numerous visits to this VS location & have never found the service to be genuine. The ladies typically just stand around & gossip while ignoring customers. However, I stopped by couple days ago, and received very attentive service from one of the floor associates; Donna! She was super helpful. read more

Love VS bras but will never buy another one again! I purchased a bra and loved it but all of a sudden the strap broke. Horrible! So I went into the store and found the same exact bra and just wanted to get the same bra; no big deal right??? Well apparently VS only expects their bras to last 90 days! The manager tells me that he couldn't do anything with the bra except damage it and it's past the 90 days so he couldn't take it back. (side note: I wouldn't expect them to sell someone a bra that I returned with a broken strap; even if it was a week later) Anyways, Letme just say that as a fellow retail manager that if something is damaged and a customer just wants to get the SAME EXACT thing; I'd simply say "so sorry about that let's get you a new one" and then I'd damage it out and move on. What an easy solution! read more

The sales people on the floor were ok. At least one of them asked if I needed help. The people behind the register were a different story. There were three behind the register but only one was ringing. The other 2 were just restocking bags. They looked right at me but then kept on doing what they were doing. I work in retail so I understand if only one of you can ring. But at least acknowledge people when they're waiting in line with either an apology for the wait or even just a smile. Overall, clothes are great but employees need training on customer service read more

I had been searching for days to find lingerie online. I was going to Puerto Rico to visit my boyfriend. We're both military and in a very long distance relationship. I wanted to buy lingerie for the special occasion. Anyways, I'm a 32B and it is very hard to find anything that flatters me. So I ended up here at the VS in the South Shore Mall. Most of their corsets run 34B & up. They had just put out some new spring arrivals. The first one I see and, of course, it's only 34B & up. A worker then shows me to another one where she finds a 32B! I was so excited! Then I needed to spice it up with a garter belt, but she did not see my size. Another worker named Patty looked around the store and found XS for me. I literally felt like it was Christmas. All the other workers were so friendly and helpful. It was the first time I've ever experience this at a VS. Thanks ladies! You made me feel comfortable and happy. read more
