Shapes change, needs change, ordering the same bra year after year from an online company just isn't the best way to live your life if you've got bigger boobs or you're over 25 and gravity and hormones are getting involved. The selection of bras is extensive despite the small size of this shop- don't be deceived! They also have their own brand - my friend loves their undies- and special handwashing detergent to make your bras last. The changing rooms are private and the staff know their stuff and how to make you feel comfortable showing your chest and torso off so they can check your fit. Highly recommend this store and treating yourself right with good quality, well made bras. You deserve it!

They know their stuff and they have been in business long enough to earn their good rep. Their front window displays alone are always so fun to pass by and enjoy since they switch it up every season; reminding me of a more fun version of the movie Mannequin. I also just learned yesterday that they work with a leather worker for their wide selection of chokers, cuffs, bulldog harnesses, etc. the leather work is soft and comfortable and criminally affordable; they even offer custom made pieces made to fit for the same price as the ready made product! But that's what better than good customer service produces, special customer service! Incredibly helpful with exactly what I was looking for and even came up with an idea that would make what I was planning on buying even better! Their idea went perfectly with it and worked out great! I felt like I could've asked Faye anything and they would've known exactly where to find it, everything about it, and even had some friendly suggestions that actually made sense. This is seriously how every store I shop in should provide service to their customers. Not over-bearing but making sure you're aware that they're there and happy to help if you have any questions. The owner and her friends were staring at us while my friend was in the fitting room trying items on (I looked back in her direction three times and every single time made eye contact with one of them staring at me), and when my friend left the fitting room, she accidentally turned the light off. Without hesitation, the owner snapped at her to leave the light on for the next customer. The whole time she didn't offer to help us at all, and when we tried to place the items we didn't want back on the rack, she immediately grabbed them from us. We said thank you to her for helping, and she didn't respond. Checking out was a similar experience. Even though we bought an item, will never come back. Microaggressions are real and leave a horrible impression on customers. It's not hard to do the bare minimum to be polite, and they missed the mark by a long shot.

I couldn't keep my eyes off her legs. I followed her and asked her were she bought them. She didn't recall the name but she said close to the Louis Vuitton store. My hunt had begun! That's how my desire for tights and fishnets was reawaken. Anyhow, I came figured out it had to be Wolford. I found the store and before looking through tights, I went straight to the cashier and asked if try carried XL. I'm bigger than your average girl, and sometimes XL is more like M. She confirmed they did carry XL and said they would absolutely fit. I started looking around and Daphnie came in with a smile and offered her help. I was a little clueless, however, I explained what I wanted. She showed me several tights and gave me tips to layer tights with fishnets etc and also how to care for your tights. I have been a terrible person and put mine in the washer/dryer at times. I bought the Satin Touch 20 in black for $35. They're a little sheer and with a shiny finish. Unfortunately, when I got to the hotel I realized that my pantyhose were defective. They had little black lines all over. I brought them back to Daphne the next day and she replaced them with no hassle. I hadn't even tried the pantyhose on, but decided to get more since I was there again. I got the Velvet Deluxe 50 for $42, two Satin Touch 20 in black and sand for $35 each (sand looks like a bit more glittery and your legs look amazing), Quaint on sale for $33 (reg $48) and the Tate Control Top fishnets for $65. I decided to open all the pantyhose/tights at the store to check for defect and they were perfect! I'm a hard and picky customer and I couldn't be more pleased with Daphnie's exceptional service. She was amazing, patient, helpful, full of tips and not a pushy sales woman. After exchanging the first pantyhose and buying the rest of the tights, I rushed to the hotel room to try them on. Ohhh, let me tell you... I am in love!!!! The Satin Touch are like silk on your skin! It's extremely soft and comfortable. They fit me just right. I think I can even wear a Large instead of XL. The Velvet Deluxe are heavenly as well. I can immediately tell that these are excellent quality. The Quaint fishnet are my second favorite after the Satin 20 in sand. I didn't really care for the regular fishnets and I would rather buy another funky fishnet for cheaper and without the top control. Daphne was great and even added me to their mailing list so I could know when they have sales! I know I spent a good amount on these bad boys, but I know they will last a while and because they were pricey it will motivate me to take care of them!
