A bunch of sexy shit to make the guys go wild. The lingerie and bras can't beat anywhere else. I only wear bras that come from here because they are in top notch condition and I wouldn't buy from anywhere else. Plus, the staff makes sure you are happy. They go around asking if you want to try a perfume or making sure you are getting the best buy for your stuff. They have killer eye shadow and lip gloss here too. What are you waiting for? This Victoria's Secret is a wonderful shopping experience. The store manager Donna has really made great improvements to the store. The store is always very clean and very organized. I love Victoria's Secret! All of my bras and panties come from here and I can't complain. The ladies that work at this particular Victoria's Secret are always so awesome. I went in a few days ago looking for a great strapless bra to wear on my wedding day, and one of the associates continually helped me until I walked out of there satisfied with the most comfortable strapless bra I've ever encountered. The clerks behind the counter need to be trained better. I shop at Victoria's Secret a lot and I love the clothing accessories and everything they sell there. My problem numerous times has been your snotty, bitchy, lazy cashiers. You work at a store in the mall , you're a cashier not a model! The cashiers that was a rude bitch had yellow nails and I complimented her on them and she was still bitchy. Then she balled up my tank top and t-shirt put them lazily in a bag ( no tissue again) ( tissue must be expensive cause this store hates to give it out) I took them out of the bag in front of her and folded them properly and asked for tissue. I told the manager on sight about it and she remembered me because she was there when another cashier tried to screw me out of a sale. I think it's because I'm white to be 100 percent honest with you. I don't deserve to get treated like a piece of shit bye people who are soposta be selling clothes. Is Victoria's Secret-allowed-to hires racist cashiers ????. I left feeling very hurt, and disappointed and discriminated against because of my hair and skin. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. After shopping on line last evening as I chose to do to avoid going back to this retail store, I decided to write a complaint about the store. I have already been in touch with corporate about this location. This equates to one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. It seems like a few other people have the same complaints, especially about the staff. I have never seen a more incompetent and unprofessional manager in any Victoria's Secret. After recently moving here from Columbus Ohio, where I frequented one of the main stores since Columbus is the corporate store, I was used to professional and well-trained staff. The manager here was loud, obnoxious, and insisting that the coupon for the $20 reward for the $75 purchase was one per customer when the coupon clearly stated one per transaction. It was clearly written there in English yet she kept insisting that it was one per customer going so far as shouting to all of the customers at the checkout line and to all of the clerks behind the counter to make sure that they only get one coupon per customer. She repeated this time and time again on different occasions. She continued to argue with me that she was right and corporate told her that it was one per customer. I called corporate and they confirmed that I was in fact right. I have never seen such an unprofessional display from a manager in any retail location. Limited Brands have always shown professionalism and class in any retail location of theirs that I have visited, especially in Columbus Ohio, the corporate location. This particular Victoria's Secret location is an embarrassment to the Limited Brand. I will shop online or go to the Boca store before ever setting foot in this store again. Below average compared to other VS locations. I wasn't asked even once if I needed help, even as I dug through the messy bathing suit display trying to find my size. I had to search for somebody to let me into a dressing room (which wasn't even cleared out and was full of stuff from previous customers), and nobody checked on me or stuck around to see if I needed different sizes etc. I begrudging waited in line to pay, only to be scolded by the cashier for not wanting to take the time to give my email address for coupons (I have been a customer for probably 15 years and shop with VS frequently enough to never be dropped from the coupon mailers). I'll drive to Boca or stick to the website rather than deal with this location again. I just moved from the north, where my regular VS location was always clean, organized, and had an abundance of friendly, available associates to provide assistance. Very disappointed the last few times I've shopped at the Boynton Beach location. I was there this weekend lines were very long and they only had two cashiers which was taking forever with the guest they were checking out due to credit card machines. When asked would they be opening up any other registers we were told they only had two working cashiers (which clearly was a lie!) I saw about 4 other workers on the floor and two managers who I noticed as I was walking out the store. After 20 minutes in line finally the cashier proceeds to cash me out but suspends my order because the lady in front of me that she was checking out the machine was giving some error. At that point I was just even more upset because they had no clue as to what was the issue and they didn't even bother to call management for back-up. The other cashier was finally done with guest she nearly took 30 minutes to check out so I asked her can she cash me out. I was given straight attitude after being in the line for over 30 minutes another worker approaches the young lady with curly hair and states "Oh line is not long anymore"!! So when I heard her mention that I said to her well of course because when they needed the help they never called for any back up. So the young lady with the curly hair tells the co-worker we good we don't need no cashiers! At that point I had enough because I was livid but trying to keep calm. As she proceeds to finish my transaction she asks me to swipe my card which I do then she blurts out loud oh your card declined do you have another form of payment? I tell her NO trust me my card has funds! So she asks me to swipe again which I do (Two days later come to find out I check my account this morning and I was double charged)! Not only am I beyond pissed because I had waited in line that long, customer service was very poor and to find out I was charged twice and now I have to wait till 10 am to call and dispute these charges!! I'm 17 and I've never had any issues at a Victoria's Secret before. The employee working here made me feel very uncomfortable and terrible, like I shouldn't be shopping in there. When I was at the check out, the cashier was asking me if the bra I was purchasing was for me several times and I was saying "yes..." each time she asked. It was their new style with the gold V logo in the center of the bra, nothing extravagant, just a lightly lined demi bra. She then went on to say that I was too young to be shopping there and asked me my age. An employee shouldn't be asking anyone their age? It was so rude. When I said 17, she said "wow" and didn't even apologize. I felt so uncomfortable and she was taking forever to ring the single bra I was purchasing up. I should've just left the store then, but I wanted the bra. I will never go to this location again. It was a TERRIBLE experience, I hope no one should ever have to feel the way that employee made me feel. read more
