She was very pleasant, unlike the nasty woman who first treated me like a thief! I did wind up purchasing a bra. As my credit card was being run, I was told that all sales were final. I wish I was given a "heads up" about that policy. Although, the lady that assisted me was very pleasant and knowledgeable, I would hesitate going back there because of the owner's poor Customer Service attitude. No way to win customers!!
