Upon walking in, I wanted to look at the different style bras. I was immediately told rudely that , "we are not Macys" and the procedure would be to be measured and bras would be brought to me. I was ready to leave when another sales lady said she would take care of me. She did ask me what I was looking for and together we looked at different bras. She was very pleasant, unlike the nasty woman who first treated me like a thief! I did wind up purchasing a bra. As my credit card was being run, I was told that all sales were final. I wish I was given a "heads up" about that policy. Although, the lady that assisted me was very pleasant and knowledgeable, I would hesitate going back there because of the owner's poor Customer Service attitude. No way to win customers!! read more

My clothing looks so much better with the correct undergarments, it makes a world of difference. It's not inexpensive and it's not discounted, but the customer service and the correct fitting makes it all worthwhile. They were recommended by a similar shop on Long Island in New York. The owners are from Long Island and have an extensive selection. I made an appointment in advance and Dora spent a lot of time fitting and putting me together. It's very much appreciated! read more

New owner since my last prothesis purchase. Did not have my exact size, talked me into something that ended up too BIG. Wanted to return and have them order correct size. NEVER returned my phone calls. Took the prothesis to the store and the person said they were NEVER allowed to take returns. No bras in stock in my size, had to order. Don't even like the style but Medicare pays for them so I will give them a try. Andrea Barbera is the new owner and not a pleasant person and once she has your money you are stuck!!! This is from my beastie, not on Yelp. They sized her wrong. Sold her two bras. She went to return them. One never worn, with tags. They not only wldn't give a refund, not even a store credit. They said return policy was on receipt. Funny, she can't find her receipt - there wasn't one in her bag. She went to an upscale, classy, store in Jupiter that did a better fitting & explained refund policy - no refunds but can get a store credit. The Delray ladies made my friend feel taken care of, but sold wrong size & didn't care to make it right. Be aware of NO return policy (that they don't explain). I recommend only buying one bra, if works out go back & buy more. They also only pushed one bra. Guess great mark up for them!! Excellent selection: high end prices for quality bras. However, I made a $475.00 purchase. Within that purchase I ordered a bra for $65.00 + tax and paid in full. The delivery of 2 weeks is on my receipt. It has been 4 weeks and the owner has not given me the courtesy of returning any of my calls to update the delivery. I purchased a bra that seemed 'right' and then ordered another one of the same in black. So I was billed twice on my credit card. The girl told me wear it on your way home, so I did (I live five minutes away). In the car on the way home, I realized it was somewhat tight and when I got home, I saw it had creases and didn't fit quite right. I called right away and was told I can't return it because it left the store. So NO RETURNS IF YOU LEAVE THE STORE. Even if you're not happy! I went back there to get my credit for the other bra and instead of getting a credit back to my credit card, I was given a check, so have to wait a few weeks to get that back. Would never buy a bra anywhere that you can't return. Most bra places give you time to return. read more

The weird customer experience begins before you ever visit the store. You learn that you must call to schedule an appointment to shop. Making that appointment is a challenge as the phone is frequently not answered and goes directly to a very odd voice mail message ( that made me stop look at my phone and wonder if I had misdialed ) - the message says " If you have a genuine emergency hang up and dial 911...". What is a Lingerie emergency???! When you arrive for your appointment it feels similar to a mammogram. You are placed in a private space and told to strip and put on a robe. You are measured and questioned. The fitter leaves you to secure what she decides is what you need. You are not allowed to walk around and shop. Your breasts are than pushed and placed and lifted into the selected bras and visions of a mammogram technician reappear. This does not hurt but it is awkward as HELL. I selected one of the bras that seemed to be comfortable and asked for 2 more of the same style. I was than informed that the bras that was offered was out of stock except for the one I was trying on. Why suggest a bra so low in stock?? But I was told in 7 or 10 days this bra would be ready for pick up if I placed a PAID ORDER. I placed the order on Aug 25. I was out of town , got busy and did not try to pick up my bras till this past week. Left 3 voice mail messages - Left 3 to an employee messages - finally said I would leave no further messages and that I would hold till the owner was able to speak to me. This was discouraged but I said I would wait. The owner picked up and began with " So busy..,So short handed ... So Sorry but my bras should be at the store in 7 to 10 days. I keep my voice level but I wanted to yell at this owner " How much time does an order placed in Aug need to have in order to be available in Oct.?" Her reply was I can not control the " Supply Chain Problem" . You can have your money back - just come by the store for a check. My response - NO I AM NOT RETURNING - just return my payment to my card. She offered to mail me a check as they do not refund. Now I must wait to see what delays and excuses occur with "that check" that will be in the mail!! If this all sounds like a FUN way to shop for and buy new bras, by all means shop - but I do not plan to visit this store again! read more

I think the owner is horrible. She is rude, abrupt and not a nice person at all. I purchased a strapless bra from her which left marks under my bossoms and on the side torso. I made an appt. to come in to discuss what had happened to me. She flatly said it was not her bra that did it to me. I explained that the bra did cause the marks and she said the bra fit me fine and there was nothing she could do. She was very loud and repeated there is nothing she could do. So if her bras leave you with marks understand that there is nothing she can do because they fit you right even if you have scars. read more

On a recent visit to S. Florida, I decided it was time to get new bras. I found Bras'n Things on Yelp. The reviews were mixed, but I thought I'd give it a try ... I'M SO GLAD I WENT‼ Not only do I LOVE my beautiful, new bras, I couldn't have asked for anyone better to fit me than ANDREA! She was so skillful and quick and funny and cute. She measured me, left the room for a few minutes and came back with a very, very pretty bra that fit like a dream. Andrea told me to put my (knit) shirt on to see how the bra performed. It looked great, felt even better, and that was that! I asked her to please cut the tags off so I could wear it home. They had a nude and a black in stock and ordered me another one of each. The whole experience took less than 20 min and I left feeling great! (Also, I received the bras I ordered in less than a week.) The ladies here are very friendly, but I ended up with a bra that hurts to wear (the underwire digs into my sides, which is the reason I stopped wearing bras with underwire years ago) I am a very big girl (48DDD) and I had asked before making the appointment if they can accommodate my size. I was assured yes. My idea of accommodating my size is selling me a bra that fits properly. The worst part, though, is when I went to pick up my bra. There was an old man sitting at the register. I think he was the husband of one of the owners. When I told him my name he made a DD joke because of my initials. It was juvenile and made me so uncomfortable I wanted to hide. The next day I considered going back to give them a chance to fix my ill-fitting bra and earn a more favorable review, but I couldn't shake the feeling his disgusting comment gave me. I pulled the underwire out and it suffices but it is definitely not worth what I paid. read more

Really excellent service. I came here in need of a fitting to get a comfortable, supportive bra and they delivered! I was so happy to put on one of my new purchases today - it was pretty and fit perfectly. I plan to return the next time I need new bras! I could not recommend this shop enough. Went there yesterday for myself and my daughter, who has difficulty getting bras became of her large bra size. Yes, I made an appointment and signed in upon my arrival and sat in the "waiting room area." After a few minutes we were escorted in and met our consultant, Dora, a delightfully patient woman. She measured us, asked us about our needs and modesty concerns. There are robes in the dressing rooms for us to use while we waiting for her to get other bras for us to try on. She helped us make sure the bras fit correctly, but only after she asked if that was ok with us. We weren't rushed or pushed into buying anything. The only thing I didn't like was that all sales are final. So if you change your mind, you can't return anything! If you want personalized service and proper fit, this is the place to go, you just have to plan in advance and make an appointment. Not too much to ask. read more

Went with a friend. Waited in front for her. It took very long, wanted to see what was going on, she was told everysales person was on lunch at the same time, thought that was odd. When they finished their lunch, she said the owner and her sister I guess also owner was so nasty and never gave her any privacy for her to try on her bras was standing right in front of her and trying to push what she felt did not fit her. This was my fourth trip to this very nasty shop. I think I gave them a fair chance, don't you? Each time the rudeness is unbearable and I had overlooked it, but today I decided to Yelp about the horrors of shopping there. Upon entering you have a locked waiting area where you patiently wait for someone to come out and greet you after you SIGN IN. YIKES RIGHT THERE! Today 3 ladies were in that area waiting ahead of me. I signed in after one of them stood at the counter waiting for someone to come help her after she RANG THE BELL ON THE DESK. A minute later one hurried saleswoman sauntered up to the counter from behind the locked door where apparently all the magic happens and asks me snottily if I need help. I said this lady here is ahead of me, she is the one who rang the bell. She tells me while shaking her head "NO SHE DOES NOT NEED HELP"!! Okaaaaay yes she does. So that woman says she needs a kleenex please. No one gives her one from the store and I am out Then the saleswoman says to me, SIGN IN. I SAY I DID with a nice smile on my face which she did not deserve. Then she says we are very busy what do you need. I say a clear strap bar or a convertable bra She says they have them but they are very busy back there and it will be a long time until someone can help me I ask about how long and she says she has no idea but people have appointments!!!!!!!!!! Ok so this is Fort Knox or they are responsible for containing spent plutonium apparently It would have been good biz if she smiled, spoke nicely, said I can grab you a few to see or anything customer based! Instead she stared me down, a well groomed nicely dressed woman who only wants to hear they will be with me shortly and yes they can help Instead they are nasty for the 4th time to me and the ladies I was with and I will make my own clear strap bra before I ever step foot in that bitchy bra fest again! I had an amazing experience. I am in my twenties and have lost 25 pounds, so none of my old bras fit. I went in and the owner brought me right back. (I made an appointment) She was very sweet and helped size me. She spent a lot of time on me and helped me find the perfect fit. I honestly can't praise this place enough. I have been going to this store for years to shop for mastectomy bras. When you go to a professional fitter, you have to be prepared for loss of privacy and that has to be okay; otherwise, go to a department store. Andrea, one of the owners is so knowledgeable and kind and really knows her stuff! I've been to other stores and the experience is very impersonal and different. They also jump through all of the hoops in regard to your insurance claim and that makes everything effortless. A great store and owners! read more

went in for a bra for my 90 yr old m-i-l. the 1st lady that came from the back said it would be 15-20 minutes because both " fitters" were helping others. fine...can we look around? no. she said we couldn't as people were being helped in the back. we sat down and within minutes a nasty woman came out basically to get rid of us. she wanted to know what we wanted and told us if we didnt buy something there was going to be a "fitting" fee. how would we know...we havent seen anything!?! we just wanted to look. well she said her place isnt for looking! there was no sign that said by appt. only or not open to the public! she made it seem as if we were intruding and interrupting! she said she had been in business for 25 years. i have no idea how that could be. what a nasty unwelcoming business. read more
