This review is for the PINK portion of Victoria Secret. I did not shop on the traditional side of the store. I was in town visiting family and we wanted to go shopping. I went into VS because there are usually always good finds in any VS store. Low inventory, there were a few casual outfits but very limited stock. Maybe three or four items all in small or one of the three xlarge and then that's it. I notice this situation a few times. No leggings very limited T-shirt's and low stock. We were in the store to shop but ended up only getting panties, which by the way had very limited selection when looking for large. Plenty of small sand mediums! Customer service is definitely lacking because during the whole time we were in the store I never seen a salesperson on the sales floor to offer any assistance, this was strange because everytime I visit VS in my hometown I'm greeted at the door and there are at least 2-3 sales people on the floor offering assistance. read more

All Victoria's Secrets are NOT the same! Love the look, vibe, and selection here. I've always noticed the window displays they have - eye-catching and bold for sure. The selection of undies and pjs and Pink gear is fantastic for the size of the store. I got two super soft zip-ups today and I love them! The one thing I didn't like that was different from other visits is that they sprayed the hell out of the store with Victoria's Secret perfume... Abercrombie does that enough for all the stores in the world so cut it out! read more

My sister purchased a $100 gift card for my daughter on 12/10/2019 in Bend Oregon (store # 5086512) and gave it to her on 12/25 as a christmas gift. We just tried to redeem the card on 3/15/2019 and was told it had a zero balance. The PIN was scratched off in the car right before we went into the store. There was no chance we had already redeemed it and didn't remember or that my sister gave us an empty card. I called the gift card customer service line and was told the balance was redeemed in Canada (store # 51672) on 12/22/2018! Clearly this is inofrmation fraud. I called the store and spoke with the manager, who was nicer than the cashiers. She offered me a coupon, but that was all she could do. I called the main customer service line and was told that I should give the card back to my sister who should locate the receipt and call the police. All in all VS did not accept responsibility for the information breach issue. They did not offer to investigate the trail associated with the gift card and did not bat an eye at the fact that the card was purchased in the US and redeemed in another country. I believe the theft was attributable to an information breach or unsecured information pertaining to gift cards, either internally with VS employees or somehow a hacker manufactured a card with the same GC number and PIN so that the funds could be redeemed for merchandise at a store in Canada! Either way I would not trust Victoria Secret with monetary information until they acknowledge they are vulnerable to information hacking and honor the sale of stolen gift card funds. Your credit card, gift card and personal information is clearly unsafe in their system. I canceled my credit card with them and will not be spending any money there until something changes with their security and customer service. As far as I am concerned they are complicit in theft. I will also tell everyone I know this story. VS needs to feel the hurt of revenue loss in order to treat their customers fairly. This is not a proactive way to conduct business in our information age. read more

I asked for a bra that is good with backless dresses the lady shows me the bra and BAM throws the measure tape around me to size me right in front of the whole store. I say "were doing this right here?!" She responded with a 'yup'. So unprofessional and inconsiderate. Love the store and what they offer. The one star is for the employee. read more

Love coming in to shop. Fun selection of bras and panties. Can usually find a good deal with sales and coupons. Sign up for there card and you'll receive coupons, notifications and other special deals. Service is friendly and personable. If you haven't been fitted for awhile, definately have one of the gals help you out. They are courteous and professional and will ensure you get the best fitting bra. Great shop overall. Very helpful staff. I found one who acted more like management to listen to my requests/preferences better than my first sales lady. I appreciate that they brought me several bras to try over a long period of time rather than me just randomly shopping and having to come and go from the dressing room a lot. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I spent 45 minutes in the store with 6 staff walking around and no one would assist me.. then they tried to short change me on a sale at the register by not honoring the sale because they did not have enough panties in my size to honor the 9 pairs for 30$. That would have been a 80.00 difference in price.. that's rediculous.. finally someone came up to offer to order them online once I complained. No one should have to go through that to find an anniversary outfit to surprise their spouse or underwear in their size. There were 4 other women my age that did not even get acknowledged. I use to love shopping at Victoria's Secret, but now I cannot stand to shop there. The sales girls immediately jump on you as you walk in the door, it is overwhelming. They are so pushy and I feel trapped and pressured whenever I shop at VS. I have had a sales girl get in between me and my husband and chase me around the store and he had to chase after her trying to get to me. I am really bothered by the fact that I had told the sales girl "just looking around thanks" and started walking away and was then chased around the store. The sizes have changed also over the years. The cups are so tiny now! Having a larger chest I can NO LONGER buy bras at VS. It is very frustrating to go into a "bra" store and feel like there is something wrong with you when all the bras are too small. I had to go else where to get true 36DD-DDD bras. read more

Really glad I got a proper bra fitting today, I was in denial I was wearing a cup smaller. Hilary helped pick out two perfect fitting bras, and between her and Mariah and the sweet girl who liked my yoga pants, it was a very good experience. They made sure I got my free panty & umbrella with the current promo and discounts off two of the bras. Poor Customer Service I ended up buying at Athleta.If I walk in with my wife they can't stop asking if we need help. The minute I walk in by myself to buy my wife something the Bend location treats men like they have the plague. They will walk within 2 feet of a male customer and not even make eye contact or ask if help is needed. I keep going in to try BUT have realized we get a better experience in Portland or online. I was so frustrated for Valentines day (thought I will keep the budget at $200 at Victoria's Secret) and walked out after being shunned for 10 minutes. Athleta was amazing and the girls in there had such a great attitude that i am gicing them 5 stars after giving Vicky's a lackluster review. You have been warned:) read more

I can't remember the name of the girl who sized me or the one who sized my sister, but I was not impressed. I've been sized before at a 32D-DD, which was the VS bra I was wearing that day as well. Since they advise getting measured every six months I figured it was about time for me to be measured again. My sister got measured first, although the employee who did it looked new and had to double check with a coworker before she gave us the size. She also sized my sister over two layers of clothes. My sister came in at a 32DD, and we both tried on DD's, which fit well. After trying on a few styles I ask to be sized, just to get a measurement of my own. A different employee sized me, and told me I was a 32C. I told her I was wearing a 32D, and she argued and told me I was definitely a 32C. So to humor her I tried on a 32C, and obviously was spilling out of it! It was wayyyy too small. The VS locations in Medford and Eugene are much better at sizing, and it just goes to show they are not consistent across stores. Pretty disappointing since VS is supposedly the standard for sizing. Their employees need to be trained better! read more
