I found a text containing grammatical errors, and threats of cancellation over paperwork (that I did fill out prior to the appointment time) of an appointment from a doctor's office to be concerning. I stated simply that the behavior was not encouraging. Their immediate response: "Good morning, Allison! Thank you for your feedback. At Connected Health, we strive to provide a respectful and efficient environment for all of our patients. Given your concerns, we believe it would be best to cancel your appointment. We wish you the very best in finding the care that best fits your needs." Being respectful of your patients would include honoring your appointment commitments. Being respectful of your patients might include not threatening to cancel their appointment the day of, when the patient has already rearranged their schedule. I wanted my deposit back, and my intake information returned to me. I was then forbidden from coming to the office, and told it was not up for debate. Wildly unnecessary.
