This review is similar to Norman G's review (3 years ago). I dropped off a Gaggia espresso machine and told them AI had already said only 2 problems could be at issue. I had already replaced the screen (problem#1) The owner claimed to be able to check the motherboard (problem #2). after paying the same $125 as Norman G, a day later, I called the owner who said he could not identify the problem. On Day 2 after the owner said it would take much more time and money to fix my machine I took the machine back. When I got it home, I checked an electrical connection to the newly installed screen I had asked him to check. Once the wire was checked and simply readjusted in place, the machine worked as new (and without further parts etc.) When I asked any questions he tried to intimidate me by saying I was being disrespectful. My Italian Espresso machine that I purchased in Florence, Italy needed to be serviced and Victoria L'Orignale on N. Federal HIghway in Dania Beach was recommended to me by a friend. They rebuilt my La Pavoni Espresso Machine and were able to add an Italian made pressure gauge. They carry large bags of Intenso Coffee Beans which are considered the best Espresso Beans in Italy. The prices are very good. While I was at the shop, Dominick "Mimmo", one of the owners gave me a shot of Italian Espresso made with Intenso beans. I dropped my espresso machine off at this store for repair on 11/11/22. I was charged a $125.00 fee just for them to look at it. A couple of weeks later I went to pick it per a voicemail and text. I drove over 1/2 hour to pick it up and nothing had been done to it. He told me he would have it fixed in a few days. This was the first lie. He called me to say it was fixed a few days later. I went to pick it up and he tried to charge me more after he said I didn't owe anything. Thank God I had this on text and VM or the person at the counter wasn't going to let me have it. I got it home and the first time I went to use it, same exact problem as when I dropped it off. I texted him with a video and told him nothing was done to this machine nor did anyone ever test it. I demanded my money back and he said he would credit it back. After waiting 6 days still no credit back to my CC. I texted him again and he said I am on my way to the store and I will text you a copy of the refund. Guess what? Another lie!!! Then he started saying I don't owe you a refund! Wow!!! I am contacting the CC company and I will dispute it. Thank God I have all his text and VM's. Someone recommended this place to me. I will make sure they know how I was treated and will make sure I let everyone I know about this place. I have owned many businesses and couldn't have imagined treating my customers like this! This store is truly a staple in the community one of a kind. Local roaster, espresso machines from antiques to modern machines, Pasta machines m, Even Wood burning pizza ovens. When I walked in to get my machine repaired there where a few fire fighters buying some coffee. You could see the respect and appreciation the owner had for the local paramedics and firefighters as thy old them about the 48 hour shift they just got off of after the airport shooting, and how Victoria's coffee is going to get them through the next shift. What experienced & humble people as he gave me an introduction and a complimentary espresso. Instantly impressed, Will be back time and time again what a selection of blends locally roasted. The Establishment provides very inefficient assistance to customers in general. As a bar manager I paid for an unfinished maintenance job on my espresso coffee machine and the owner of the establishment has promised me to finish the job ASAP understanding that I was about to open my bar within a week but instead he has never replied to any of my messages and has never communicated with me again. My DeLonghi espresso machine start leaking water and I took it to Victoria L'Originale to get a diagnostic and I was asked to pay $125 as a deposit. After 2 weeks the technician told me that he had to replace a gasket and the machine is working and ready to be picked up just to realize that the machine was still leaking water just like before. I refused to take it back as I was not satisfied with the service, communication and lack of willingness to look deeper into the problem so I searched online for ways to troubleshoot it and found out that was not the gasket but the brewing gasket support witch I ordered myself and replaced it with the help of Youtube videos. My Gaggia super automatic died on me. I love this machine, but it is pretty old and I didn't know if it was worth trying to repair, or if I should break down and just buy a new machine. Had brought my machine here to have fixed for overheating. I ended up going there twice because one brother did communicate with the other brother. On the second time bringing my espresso machine I got the "I will personally fix it act by one of the brothers" When I brought the machine home after spending $287.00 driving from delray to Dania it was still over heating and the relief valve again let go. Stopped in here looking for a new espresso machine and was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful customer service! Everyone was very helpful and once I decided on a lightly used machine I was interested in, the owner, Joe I believe, pulled me not one, but two espresso shots from it! He also demonstrated the steam capabilities and a couple of tricks on how to get the most out of it. Worst place EVER. Do NOT buy anything from these thieves. I bought a coffee machine and less than a month later stopped working. They told me "we are not Walmart that you can bring a product and be refunded, and we do not repair products for free". The owner is so disrespectful!. Not trusted seller. My husband and I tasted coffee there, which supposed to be Intenso brand. We bought one sealed bag to try. When I opened it at home, it was old, stale coffee, with terrible smell and taste. Useless! I contacted the seller via e-mail, and got the response that they are not aware of any expired coffee in their shop. They asked me to provide with the expiration date. I wrote that I did not find any date on that bag, and I've not heard from them since. No apologies, nothing. Bad business attitude. I'm glad that we lost only $25 and did not buy espresso machine from them. read more

Verified with the owner that he could repair my Italian Espresso Machine ($1500.00 value). I provided all necessary parts and owner agreed to install for labor only. When I picked up the machine, it did not work properly. There was definitely a re-wiring problem but the owner told me someone previously re-wired the machine wrong. I informed him that the unit was never touched by anyone since new and had worked perfectly until I asked him to replace the pressurestat. I left numerous phone messages which have never been returned and also emailed him with specifics and have received no reply. I paid him $350.00 and my machine was returned to me broken and Victoria L' Originale has taken no responsibility or has shown no interest in customer satisfaction.
