He explained why my tires were so terribly misbalanced, and cut me a deal to rebalance the tires the correct way on my F150, and did a fantastic job. It rides like new again. He was more than willing to share his extensive knowledge if tires and how they are made, and the tricks to mounting and balancing them correctly. Hes my new tire guy!
