So I took pictures and a video or two of what I saw! What I did see was a professional team that had the right answers and worked their tails off! Everything they did was explained to me so I could understand it! These folks have been in business for long time! I'm not sure why I hadn't taken a car here before! The brake job was perfectly done and completed when they said it would be! The only problem I had was my wife had called them and got a quote of 140.00. The final price was 190.00 plus! I'm not sure what the issue was but I suppose it was the higher priced ceramic bakes. Still what I paid was well worth the money and I'm happy! I really liked the signage in the office area. The store manager told me he needed to talk to the owner - I asked if he wanted to look at the damage and he said "no, I take your word for it". My dad Lee Bright witnessed this conversation. I messaged the owner three times with no response even though he told the manager to tell me (even though the owner had not laid eyes on my vehicle) that he knows his shop didn't do the damage.
