They looked at it Monday morning, called us and said this was a major recall problem that would be covered by the manufacturer at no charge but the work had to be done at a dealership. Even though they didn't do the repair work, they were amazingly helpful, nice and quick. They even helped us arrange to get it towed to the dealership. Anytime she needs work done in future, she will definitely be taking her car to T & E.

Oil change came out to be $99 and the front desk worker did confirm they did a full check on my car including fluids and tire pressure. Well, the next day I checked and my tire pressures were low (around 25 PSI when they're supposed to be 32) and my power steering fluid was also very low. I guess they did a good job on the oil change part but not sure what I paid so much for if I ended up having to refill everything else myself.

I called like I always do to set up an appointment and learned ownership had switched hands to Depo Auto Care. I called and ran it by my car salesman. He let me know although it switched hands the previous owners were still involved. So I scheduled my appointment for an oil change. The oil change took about an hour and a half, and the price was reasonable. About four weeks later my check engine light came on. The first thing I do is check the oil. I find there is barely any oil in my car. I'm forced to hit an auto parts store on my way to work to buy oil to add to my car $37.00. After adding oil and driving it by the time I got to work my check engine light went out. I am puzzled because I've never had any issues with my oil leaking. I end up calling my salesman back and ask for another recommendation for a diagnostic to ensure there's no damage done to my vehicle $130.00 & half a day of work missed. Once they confirmed that it was not leaking. That confirmed something wasn't done correctly when the oil was changed, so I pay a visit to Depo Auto Care. One of the previous owners was there and assisted me. I explained, and he asked for the opportunity to check my car. To be honest, I was very hesitant Considering I already had it checked. We confirmed my car was not leaking oil and also confirmed that not enough oil was put in my at the time of my oil change based on the amount of oil I had to add. He further explained how the oil is dispensed and measured. They have a large drum of oil and use a container to dispense the oil and add it to the vehicle. The person who was working on my car missed a trip to the drum to fill the container. I also asked to double check the sticker because the mileage was not correct on when my next oil change was due. Come to find out the person who changed my oil was not the person who was marked in the system as changing my oil. The previous owner informed me that he needed to make a phone call to run it by another associate to know where to go from here. He informed me that they would refund me the cost of the oil change. I accepted. The last thing that he said to me as I was walking out... he was very sorry and hoped that they did not lose me as a customer. The problem I have with this is they agreed they we're at fault and only willing to refund the oil change. Not the diagnostic or the oil that I had to purchase oh and let's not forget the time I had to take off work. I know people can make mistakes. However, if you're in the wrong, make it. If I would have been paid back for the money out-of-pocket along with the oil change. I might would have considered giving them a second chance. Depo has a lot to learn. I gave you the and you showed me. I can't trust you to make it right! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

Andrew and his team are THE greatest. This is, by FAR, the best place I've ever taken my car to. For many years before moving north, he provided great service for my vehicles. Always straight-up, no BS, no upselling, just plain facts about what your car does and doesn't need. Repairs were always perfect and well-priced. Not to mention the fact that Andrew is just a great guy in general. He truly cares about making sure your vehicle is in good shape but he also genuinely cares about his customers. After I left town, my mom continued to take her car to him for service. I appreciate the fact that he always treated her like family.
