They looked at it Monday morning, called us and said this was a major recall problem that would be covered by the manufacturer at no charge but the work had to be done at a dealership. Even though they didn't do the repair work, they were amazingly helpful, nice and quick. They even helped us arrange to get it towed to the dealership. Anytime she needs work done in future, she will definitely be taking her car to T & E.

Oil change came out to be $99 and the front desk worker did confirm they did a full check on my car including fluids and tire pressure. Well, the next day I checked and my tire pressures were low (around 25 PSI when they're supposed to be 32) and my power steering fluid was also very low. I guess they did a good job on the oil change part but not sure what I paid so much for if I ended up having to refill everything else myself.

Let me start off by saying I did business with the previous owners, Dillinger Brothers. Hands down…read morethe best. The car lot that I purchased my Mercedes GLE 350 referred me. I called like I always do to set up an appointment and learned ownership had switched hands to Depo Auto Care. I called and ran it by my car salesman. He let me know although it switched hands the previous owners were still involved. So I scheduled my appointment for an oil change. The oil change took about an hour and a half, and the price was reasonable. About four weeks later my check engine light came on. The first thing I do is check the oil. I find there is barely any oil in my car. I'm forced to hit an auto parts store on my way to work to buy oil to add to my car $37.00. After adding oil and driving it by the time I got to work my check engine light went out. I am puzzled because I've never had any issues with my oil leaking. I end up calling my salesman back and ask for another recommendation for a diagnostic to ensure there's no damage done to my vehicle $130.00 & half a day of work missed. Once they confirmed that it was not leaking. That confirmed something wasn't done correctly when the oil was changed, so I pay a visit to Depo Auto Care. One of the previous owners was there and assisted me. I explained, and he asked for the opportunity to check my car. To be honest, I was very hesitant Considering I already had it checked. We confirmed my car was not leaking oil and also confirmed that not enough oil was put in my at the time of my oil change based on the amount of oil I had to add. He further explained how the oil is dispensed and measured. They have a large drum of oil and use a container to dispense the oil and add it to the vehicle. The person who was working on my car missed a trip to the drum to fill the container. I also asked to double check the sticker because the mileage was not correct on when my next oil change was due. Come to find out the person who changed my oil was not the person who was marked in the system as changing my oil. The previous owner informed me that he needed to make a phone call to run it by another associate to know where to go from here. He informed me that they would refund me the cost of the oil change. I accepted. The last thing that he said to me as I was walking out... he was very sorry and hoped that they did not lose me as a customer. The problem I have with this is they agreed they we're at fault and only willing to refund the oil change. Not the diagnostic or the oil that I had to purchase oh and let's not forget the time I had to take off work. I know people can make mistakes. However, if you're in the wrong, make it. If I would have been paid back for the money out-of-pocket along with the oil change. I might would have considered giving them a second chance. Depo has a lot to learn. He recommended this company as he had used it. The driver back door had to be replced and some other issues around that. First time I went to pick it up, the bottom half of door was not painted. The owner acted surprised it was not done. No quality control here. This was a Friday, he had to keep til Monday as they were closing. Rental car extended, which was more expense to the person paying. Owner did not care. Went to pick up on Tuesday as instructed. The door did not align with the front door when closed. The two doors should close flush as the other side did. The owner wanted to keep it another 3 days to fix this. I, at this point, did not trust the owner not to do something to my car. He had already gotten ugly because it was not right. The basic in your face issues. He also did not replace the trim at bottom of door that was scratched. He just tried to clear coat over it to not see. Which I noticed immediately,. He got nasty and said " When I try to save someone money they do not appreciate it", referring to the gentleman paying. He then quoted $2,000 to replace that small trim piece. I am sure he would never try to save someone money. I just said leave it to save the paying gentleman money. I could live with it. While I was there he was going to try to adjust the crooked door. I had to go out to the reception, which I did not want to leave car at this point. He said insurance requird it. There were no tools or equipment being used, but I went. He was yelling at me and told me I was difficult. Because I wanted my car right, I was difficult. After 3 times, you would think it would be right. I went to front and they set the camera so I could see what they were doing. They pushed and pulled for a while, making me nervous, but brought it out and it was acceptable, not great, but I needed to get out of there. At this point he was very angry and I did not want this to escalate. I will say I would not, under any circumstances, recommend this place. Ever. All nice when he starts, but if you do not accept his poor work,, then all hell breaks loose. There is also bubbles in the door paint....just to replace the door, the rental was 5/12 til 6/1. when was told 1 week to repair. Just does not care. Horrible business.
