She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was open to communication, worked with me to achieve the perfect color pallet - she even ordered a special color to match the table runners. I sent her a photo and she recreated it! She arrived early - got straight to work with her brilliant colleagues! Just when I thought things couldn't be more perfect with my experience - the wind kicked up. Antonia and her team moved the arch and spent additional time to ensure it was secure and would withstand the wind. She and her team also assisted us as we pivoted moving all the balloon bunches under the tent! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANTONIA AND HER AMAZING TEAM! I will definitely be taking advantage of her top notch services for every event I plan moving forward! Professional, amazing attention to detail, worked within my budget... I had seen them in wedding Instagram pictures and they looked gorgeous and I had my heart set on having something similar as a background decoration for my wedding anniversary video. Leslie- the owner of Party Time Wishes- listened to me, took one look at the balloons I had, quickly inflated one as a sample and offered her artistic creativity and design. I was sold! You can tell she's been in the business for some time and def loves and excels at what she does! Not only that, but she is super punctual, flexible, professional, and reliable- when you need it and if it's in her power, she'll come through for you! I have already recommended this store to friends who loved our balloons! We are happy customers who will def be returning!

He was very communicative--even with the 13 hour time difference, I was able to coordinate with him easily. I had my husband be taken out of the house three hours before the party to set up... the balloon arch was delivered right on time. The photographer showed up half an hour earlier than the party. The magician I wanted to hire was booked somewhere else and I only found out a few days before, but the balloon sculpture artist Mark recommended instead was an absolute hit with the kids as well as the adults, which was a pleasant surprise. He made my husband the most outrageous birthday hat. Right when he was supposed to be done, one of the kids tripped and popped his balloons and got upset, and he stayed longer to make him (and a few other stragglers) more balloons. Truly kind. The photographer David was also really so helpful, friendly, and on it! He came early and helped with some of the set up... he was attentive and also very nice to talk to. Very natural (sometimes it's awkward when a photographer's in your face taking pictures but it wasn't awkward at all). We got a USB full of pictures right after the party! Really, what a great experience. My husband had a really great time. Thank you Mark and company!

When you're paying between $15-$20 per balloon, you would expect it to last at least a week. I don't know what they're doing wrong, but either the quality of the balloons is really bad or their helium isn't great I really don't know but it's just been very disappointing. And with all of that being said, there's always usually one girl at the front who takes forever trying to help you and ring up people at the same time or they tell you they don't have the balloons you're looking for and you're forced to pick a different style. The overall experience between the wait times the poor quality and the non-existing balloon styles is just way too time consuming and stressful for something that should be very simple. If you're looking for balloons go elsewhere.
