They quoted me way under anyone else that I had called prior to going with them. I will recommend A-1 Muffler Express to all of my friends and family. They all make you feel that you're part of the family. They offered me coffee and cold water while I waited for my car to be done. This was not how I planned to start my evening but nothing I can do when a tree attacks your car. I called around and sent messages on Yelp trying to get it fixed that same night, but no luck. However, I decided to hire JJ Windshield Repair and Replace because they provided a decent quote AND offered an OEM windshield. The other businesses didn't mention if it was OEM and I figured I would have to pay more money to get the window tinted after it's fixed. With JJ Windshields, I didn't have to worry about that. Eddie showed up at my house (9 minutes after the 2 hour appointment time which was the only downside) the very next morning. He took one look at all the broken glass and said, "What a mess!" I smiled and said, "Don't judge me," and we both started laughing. From there, he got straight to work. He cleaned up all the glass, replaced the windshield, and had everything done in about 45 minutes. Eddie was professional and efficient. Based on Eddie's work and personality alone, I would recommend JJ Windshield Repair and Replace and I would definitely ask for Eddie.

I just had the roof of my 88 civic sedan wrapped gloss black today and I am incredibly stoked on how it turned out, and with the entire interaction and process of working with George. This was my first time getting any part of my car wrapped, so George was patient and super knowledgeable in educating me. His communication skills are excellent, and he is very kind, friendly, and courteous guy, and most importantly does excellent work with great attention to detail. It honestly came out way, way better than I hoped, and George went over and above to prep my roof so it will come out with the best results. I've been considering wrapping my vehicle for quite a while but to hesitant to just take it to any shop. Based on the reviews of this shop made me feel so much more comfortable and decided to give them a shot. George really went the extra mile and hooked me up. I messaged him at 2 am and he replied immediately. And we managed to set up an appointment ASAP. I dropped off my car at his business for a roof wrap. And he went out of his way to take me home so I could wait there while he wrapped my roof. And he even picked me up and took me back to go get my car after he was finished wrapping it. And the wrap came out really good. Especially for the price. 7/14/25 - Honest Experience With a Quote…read more Before reading this, just know I tried my best to be transparent and respectful in this review. I was looking online for a place to install aftermarket taillights on my civic and came across this shop. Yelp AI actually recommended them to me, so I decided to stop by for a free estimate. I expected a fair quote for a relatively simple job--at most, removing some trunk paneling. To my surprise, they quoted me $190 for the installation. That felt excessive considering this is a pretty basic install that mainly involves unscrewing a few clips and bolts. I've done light car work before, and I knew this wasn't something highly technical or time-consuming. I mentioned that other places quoted me slightly over $100, and at that point, I figured I'd rather just do it myself. It felt like the difficulty of the job was being exaggerated, and the price didn't reflect the actual labor involved. To be clear, I'm not rating them 1 star because I didn't go through with the service, and I'm not trying to harm the business. This review is mostly to inform others to expect significantly higher pricing here, at least in my experience. Overpricing may vary shop to shop, but I think transparency and fairness in quotes is something customers value--especially when comparison shopping.
