Our living room, family room and dinning room hardwood floors were very clean. The kitchen sink is like brand new. Awful! Unable to communicate our specific needs to Ashley, the owner. They cleaned three times…read moreand after each cleaning I spoke to Ashley about what I felt were problems with the result. The first time they cleaned Ashley was part of the cleaning team and things seemed to go well. They were here a little over an hour. The second time...no Ashley and they were gone in under an hour. This week...a whopping 45 minutes. Mind you we have 3 full baths, 3 bedrooms, a great room, living room, dining room, laundry room, sun porch, office...45 minutes?!!! Really? They charge by the job; not by the hour so the the faster they get a job done...the more money they can make. I told Ashley that I'd rather pay for more time if they would do a more thorough job. So if all you want is "light" cleaning...these are your people. If you need anything more than light dusting, vacuuming, etc....look elsewhere. I spent more time cleaning up after the cleaners then they spent cleaning. They also refuse to give a scheduled time when they will arrive. Twice they caught us early in the morning and bee-lined for the bathrooms preventing us from even being able to brush our teeth! During my initial conversation with Ashley I made it clear that I was interested in "deep-cleaning" not routine over the top stuff. I cleaned houses myself for 15 years and have a family member who owns a professional cleaning service. I KNOW what services can and cannot be expected by cleaning companies. Ashley assured me they could and would surpass my expectations. Not! Duties are divided between the cleaning team. One does bathrooms, one does the kitchen and the poor third person does EVERYTHING else! They do not work as a team. It's no wonder that things...LOTS of things get missed. Ashley's employees were really sweet people for the most part...just seemed to have a very inefficient approach to housecleaning and communication with the client. What really boggled my mind was that Ashley was part of the team that cleaned the first time. She was awesome...she cleaned my floors on her hands and knees! Scrubbed the baseboards and cleaned anything she saw that needed attention. Absent Ashley and there's no-telling what will happen. My recommendation is no recommendation at all.
