Amusespot is truly amazing!…read more In a time when large department stores and on line vendors have ridiculous prices, Amusespot is in a league of its own offering unique, high-end items at surprisingly reasonable prices. Amusespot has been less expensive every single time I have liked an item and tried to find the best price. What also really stood out to me was the level of personal attention I received. There was a minor hiccup with shipping on a recent order, and Joanne reached out with clear instructions to resolve the issue. It was handled quickly and efficiently, and I was given the kind of service that keeps you coming back to a place. Amusespot treats you like a valued customer. That kind of care is so rare these days. Highly recommend Amusespot for super cool gift ideas or those special pieces that make a house feel like a home.

These items were allegedly IN STOCK and ready to ship. It hass been three weeks, I inquired again just to make sure it would arrive, now they are telling me that they are sorry and will not be able to fulfill the order. So not only did they waste my time because now I am back to zero, I even had to run after them. if a business cannot stay on top of their orders and their stock, leads the customer on and is not even capable of reaching out to the customer, THAT IS A PROBLEM.

What really sets this place apart is not only the outstanding design expertise, but also the consistently high-quality products offered at very fair prices. You truly feel like you're getting premium results without being overcharged. Nancy, the owner, is simply incredible. She treats you like a friend, not just a customer. You can genuinely feel how much she cares about getting things right for you. Her advice is thoughtful, honest, and clearly comes from deep experience and passion. She takes the time to understand your needs and ensures every decision delivers both beauty and value. It's rare to find a business that combines exceptional service, top-quality products, and real value at a fair price--but this is it. The level of care, design guidance, and overall experience is second to none. This is the only place we'll go from now on. Highly recommend! Oops almost forgot the Master BR and Beautiful family room.

First time in and was greeted by a woman who asked if I needed help with anything!…read more Amazing I didn't because I was just there to look around but as soon as I walked in, to be greeted like that is GREAT. I found some Stonewall Kitchen merchandise right around the corner and of course I bought a couple Jars, one for a Christmas gift and one for a friend. (Blueberry was the one for the friend) They had Christmas and Halloween Decor but were just getting around to the Christmas stuff so the Halloween stuff was discounted, in fact so were the Jams I bought, 25% off! I was greeted by another woman who welcomed me into the store.... and then a man and then another woman behind the counter, all very friendly and asked if I needed any help, I was pretty amazed by this because some stories you go in and are ignored.... They had diffusers and oils and candles, usually my thing but spendy, around $45 for a single candle up to $60 and not knowing if the brand has a good throw or not when lit makes me hesitant to buy, I am sure for that price it would mind you but again, not knowing for sure..... that is a lot to spend...PM me though if you have tried any and they have excellent throws, I will go back this weekend and buy a couple (Thanks) All in all, I would go back because they were adding more items and Id like to see what they add next. Thanks so much for such a great welcome for this first time customer!

It so happens that we came across the store manager Jeff, very patient and very helpful. He went to look up their inventory and kindly told us that he's awaiting a new batch that would come in wednesday which is today and he said to just call first thing in the morning and have the staff out some on hold with Jeff's request. I never called in the morning because i was too busy BUT at 5pm ish i called, they still had some in stock and they kept it for me til closing (8pm). It's creepy if you're not ready for all the jesus stuff staring down at you. This place is the worst money grab of crafts stores, if you ask me. Went in June 26th, summer began June 21st. The spring stuff is on some clearance at the front doorway, there are a couple rows of Independence Day things at the front of the store, but the rest of it has been overtaken by the pumpkins, leaves and "It's fall, y'all" signs already. Kind of a shame for hobbyists because don't a lot of people have hobbies so they can relax and enjoy their time? Not speed through and leave the year behind, getting ready for fall the same week that summer began. Yuck. And if Christian values or whatever are added, their employees sure arent indicative of it as they scurry around trying to avoid customers and/ or roll their eyes and brush them off if they so happen to be caught by one. Anyways, some cute things here and there, nothing original. Mostly a bunch of stuff made in another country (you know) on display, marked up so they can put "Everything with red yellow orange tags 30 50 90% off!!"-signs in front of them. Obviously, buy what you have/ want to, but don't fall for their "buy it now or it might not be on sale later!"- game. If you shop for your home decor here, you will surely find a duplicate painting or dish or pillow at a friend's house too. Save the planet, buy secondhand! ;)
