The basket my recipient received had four and only one matched up with the description. I understand substitutions are often necessary but this basket looked skimpy rather than bountiful as shown on the website. They did ask what I would like as a "resolution", as if I could be bought off with a credit against my purchase price. What I wanted was for them to admit the basket didn't match what was promised. I called her just a few days before the day we needed the donuts delivered and she was able to send us the donuts within that short time frame. We were allowed to pick the frosting colors for our donuts and which type of sprinkles we wanted. Something like $81 for those 7 donuts and delivery.
