We needed a plug put in our outbuilding for our RV and we had an issue with a plug in the house. Eathan was very nice and very professional. He had us test the RV to make sure the new plug worked. Then he had to figure out why the plug in the house wasn't working. He thoroughly investigated and eventually fished a new connection through the wall. Just a note - we recently bought this house and had no idea the plug in the guest bath wasn't connected to anything. Eathan got it working and cleaned up his mess after. He had so, so, so many matted clumps of fur all over him and we were not sure how it would go, BUT it was amazing! Livia was SOOOO gentle, caring and spoke softly the entire time to this sweet ol man. After he was bathed, he lay on the grooming table purring like crazy, which made us all so happy, because he is no longer in pain do to all the matted fur.
