Stange Builders is a reliable, friendly business. Mike…read moreStange, the owner, is a caring fellow who really listens to the questions, comments and concerns of the customer. He was so kind to my mother, who, at 82 had her 'dream home' built by Mike. He treated her as his own and made her feel comfortable in her decision to have a home built to her specifications. She spent most of her time in the sun-room and enjoyed her home completely. I am lucky enough to be the owner of the home now, and because of the personal touches requested by Mom and carried out by Mike, I am surrounded by fond memories of a wonderful woman. Thank you, Mike. You made Mom very happy.

STS Builders did an amazing job on a total remodel of our kitchen, from start to finish. I had 3…read morecontractor estimates and STS was right in the middle, but the best value for the quality of the work. I'm very picky and wanted things done right, STS did everything right and went over and above my expectations. Their workmanship is amazing and there was not one thing I would change. My wife and I are beyond happy with the results. I am usually insecure about giving someone access to my home when I'm not there, but I had no concerns with Steve (STS) coming into my home, he is very trust worthy and responsible. The Kitchen remodel was a total tear out and everything new and STS finished the project in just over 1 month which was 2 weeks quicker then expected. The key is to have everything ordered and onsite at start up. I AM so satisfied, that I will be calling STS to come and take care of more home projects for me, They are total professionals!!

Prodeck construction is outstanding !!…read more Brandon & crew were extremely knowledgeable & professional. We had a complete tear-down & re-build and looks amazing. They are hard workers, outstanding craftsmanship, meticulous with every detail & went above & beyond the actual job for us. Cleaned up well after every day & returned existing landscaping back even better than it was before. I would recommend these guys 100% !!

We moved into a new home this year and the existing deck was in need of replacement. We researched…read moreseveral builders, and Prodeck offered $6k cheaper than the next best competitor. Pat and his crew are highly adept at their craft and completed our deck and balcony in a week and a half without any issues whatsoever. The final product was as good an outcome as we could have hoped for. No issues with inspection, passed without any problems. Do not be put off by the lack of flashiness of their website or the fewer number of reviews compared to other builders-- they are a relatively new company and are still making a name for themselves, and based on their job with our deck I suspect they will be much larger and more well-known in the next few years. I would recommend Prodeck for anyone in southeast MI looking to get a new deck. 10/10, would 100% use them again for any future deck needs.

Artisan Company was recommended to me by people I trust and I asked the owner to come over and give…read moreme an estimate. He did that and so much more. The job was a complete interior paint of a 17 year old condominium that was previously occupied by an elderly lady who had a rather strange color sense, and painted the place over the years badly. Chad was very helpful in choosing colors and giving me a quote after a thorough inspection. The price was reasonable for the work involved and we set a start date. Work began ahead of schedule, and was completed in a very short time. Best of all, the work was absolutely flawless. Artisan took care of all wall and ceiling fixture removal and replacement, and the finish was absolutely superb. No question that this company does superior work and the final price was exactly what they quoted. I could not be more pleased with the service. Highest recommendation.

Hired to power wash out old polymeric sand and replace with new at my elderly parents' home. The…read morenew sand washed out of most of the joints and flowed over onto the tops of the pavers, staining them and covering them with the sand they hired his company to put in the joints. Since the bonding sand is all over the tops of the pavers and not in between the pavers to hold them together, we now have stained pavers with variable amounts of sand joining the pavers, some overflowing and some with none at all. "The Brick Paver Dr" owner claimed it was a water flow issue and requested videos showing water draining cleanly from the roof and down the downspouts. We took all the videos requested showing water flowing smoothly down the downspout. Would not respond to repeated attempts for communication until legal action began. I see the word "Integrity" all over his website, but I don't see it in his business practices. His last text message from October 1st states that he "will get back to me, but not this week". After several further one-way text messages to get this repaired, we got radio silence unto May 19th, seven and a half months later and now he has a different excuse for why his craftsmanship is not his problem. I will add photos and update this review after court. Currently getting competitive bids to fix this mess. ***I even found this gem on his website in the FAQ's page "Q: Does The Brick Paver Dr. warranty their work? A: Definitely! We go above and beyond to ensure our customers are always satisfied because it's the right thing to do, and referrals are a significant part of our business." ***
