I've been doing business with Vic Bailey for 20 years and this last experience takes the cake! Dropped off my wife's car on the night drop thinking it was just a minor ignition problem. Tyrone called me early Monday morning after the Technicians finished up their diagnostic and said it was the torque converter and the transmission, but they wouldn't be able to start it for 6-8 weeks. My wife uses this car pretty much 7 days a week, so this was not great news. So, to keep our spot in line we just decided to leave it there and make due. I knew this was going to cost a large chunk of money and was pretty stressed out and not a great way to start your Monday off. A few days later Tyrone calls back, he did some investigating and found that our insurance was going to cover the cost ($8000) and a rental car. He said it's all set up and enterprise should be calling you shortly. Literally got off the phone and they called saying the rental was ready for pick up! YES!! Things we're looking up. 2 weeks in and Tyrone calls me up and says "come and pick up your car, it's completed". I'm shaking my head, WHAT??? This team expedited their service and cut the timeline by a month, outstanding!!! Tyrone, you my friend are trustworthy, genuine and kind. After trying to buy a new Mustang Convertible through several Ford dealers here in Florida and getting unreasonable offers from them on my trade and frustration on lack of inventory, I decided to shop out of state. I found the exact car I wanted at this dealership. All of my communications with the sales manager and salesman were so pleasant and easy. They answered all my questions, and they gave me an Out the Door Quote exactly as I requested. It was so refreshing to work with a dealership that was willing to work with you without adding a bunch of ridiculous fees and nonsense dealer add ons. Contacted internet person first explaining what truck I was looking for and then spoke with Sean. We negotiated a deal and I informed him I would be in a church mission trip when the truck was delivered. we agreed I would come in the morning after I arrived Home to sign paperwork. late The evening before the signing appointed he notifies me they sold the Truck. Their customer service in the tire center is great. I had ordered tires from Cosco set up my appointment to have them installed and got there 10 minutes before my appointment time. Checked in left my keys and went shopping. Not the first person let me know my tires were not there. Over 1 hour later they finally told me my tires had not come in. To be quite honest I was beyond angry. I was leaving the next morning to go out of town for work. Which Cosco knew before I ordered from them. I took a chance on Vic Bailey to have the tires in stock. They did. Not only did they get them on my car the same day but were a delight to work with. Took my car in for service and had the absolute worst experience. After not receiving updates on my vehicle by the time I was given I called and left a message. After not receiving a call back I called again the next day and this continued...not once, but over 5 times during a 4 day span and I left a message everytime and not once was the phone answered or was I called back. I went in to get answers after not hearing back from them for almost a week and I discovered for the 2nd time my car had been left unlocked in the lot (meanwhile there's signs everywhere that say they're not responsible for lost or stolen material), I waited 30+ minutes to speak to someone who only spoke to me for 2 minutes. I bought a vehicle from Vic Bailey Ford. I also purchased a vehicle service contract. I tried three times to have my oil changed under the contract. The service manger was rude and each time he said " I can't get to your car today". He always had an excuse why he couldn't get to my vehicle. His latest was " I can maybe get to it today or maybe I can't". I asked for clarification on this and he just shrugged his shoulders and turned around and walked off. Mean while two employees were lounging in the customer lounge. I called the Sales office and was told they couldn't do anything about it. NEVER BY A SERVICE CONTRACT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They take your money and give you nothing in return. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never do business of any kind with this dealership again. read more

Sales managers have bad business practices. Their word don't mean anything. Don't care about the customer just about money. Test drove a truck for over 2 hours. Came back and worked the deal or numbers. I was using my credit union for financing so we agreed to that and I had a sign copy of the deal. I told them I would call as soon as I had everything either worked out with my credit union or if there was any issues. But while I was at my credit union they sold the truck to someone else. I would high encourage anyone to purchase elsewhere. read more

Stay away! Very greedy! I bought a vehicle there that had a keyless entry pad. I was told the code would be in the owners manual, on a card. About a month later I looked for the card, and there was none. Went back to Vic Bailey and was told by the service department that they would charge me $100 to retrieve the code, regardless of the fact I bought the car there! I had purchased three cars there in four years. They'll never get another penny out of me, but they'll lose thousands on commissions from future sales. read more

Great experience with Vic Bailey. Robert and Scott were very helpful and had my car serviced with the Works oil change package. Even though it was the 4th of July weekend and they were busy I still got done in under an hour! They have a great oil change program where you get the 5th one free. They really seem to forget you after the sale. I purchased a Ford Taurus limited there and any time I have called with a question or for service they are fairly rude. It almost seems like they do not want you to come back after the sale. read more

I found myself is desperate need of a vehicle. I spent hours searching through Craigslist, going to different dealers, and dealing with less than honest personal owners. I started to feel like my vehicle search was hopeless! Then I came across Vic Bailey Ford's website! I wandered across a few cars and SUVs that fit my style and my taste but not my wallet. I thought to myself, "what the heck, I have nothing to lose!" I then sent them an email and received a swift reply Grover, their internet manager, who convinced me to put my trust in their ability to find something that works for me. I told him my situation and he took the time to text me pictures of perfect vehicles for me! He sent me a picture of a vehicle, inside and out, and I felt I had to have it! I had one last problem. He went well and beyond his call of duty to ensure that I can could get their and get back on the road. Mr. A. Garcia picked me up. We had an amazing conversation on the way to the lot and it felt really genuine! I felt as though I had know him for years though I just met him minutes prior! We safely arrived to our destination.
