I said I'll check out Sam's Club. he insudyed that I need mini tires because of warranty he said Sam's Club didn't have warranties which is a lie. I felt pressured to get tires. so i agreed to have them done. however they found other issues with my car. Also the tires were late and the service managercwsnted to keep my car over the weekend. which does not make any sense, I told them at this point I don't want tires or any other work done. the service people came up with an almost $10000 bill for my old mini. I felt that the service men took advantge of me as I am a woman and disabled. I do not trust this service department at all. they just want to make money off of you.

I was pleasantly surprised to hear that the work was warranties so if there was a problem he would not have to come back here. Well... after I dropped it off to him a week later it had a small problem. He took it locally in FL and told him he would be reimbursed by calling the 800 number. I stopped in at Carolina Automotive to get a copy of the original receipt and they reimbursed me completely without having to call the number. They were (again) extremely nice and I certainly appreciated not having to put in the claim. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs!
